The number of bookkeeping errors, fraudulent charges, and other scams to over charge me are out of control. I am again fighting a depute over payments to cover my monthly rental fee. An employee, Brandon, told us he remembered seeing a suspicious truck take the trailer and even made a note in his phone, yet no one contacted us to confirm whether the removal was authorized. At the time, the gate was broken, which only made the situation worse. Based on our experience, I would not recommend storing anything here. It's clear the theft involved someone with access to the property, and the lack of communication and security is unacceptable.

My husband and I make sure we get in and out before the closing time so we don't get locked in. We don't wait until the last minute, so we have never been locked in. Everyone was nice to us when we filled out the paperwork and paid. We pay automatically each month. I have not had to talk to and have not seen a staff member since the first day.
