This is a Huge inconvenience for those of us customers whom work during business hours and only can access our storage after hours. US Storage has not compensated or even offered any form of inconvenience discount. From my knowledge, commercial gates usually have vendor warranty. Issue still remains unresolved as of 7/22/26.
