They offer insurance, which I have but the can only pay $500 with a $100 deductible. If you can prove there is rat urine in your items, they may pay $500 more. My unit was broken into along with several others. I was never notified. Not only that, but when I…read moreadvised management that my unit was broken into he just said ok here's the number to call. Didn't look at the unit, didn't call the police, just a fake "sorry" and kept it pushing. I asked about the cameras and he just nodded his head no. Ridiculous. Stupidly, I should have just moved out after that, but was unable to. I had my brother drop a few things off for me about a week later. New guy calls me and asks me if I'm at my unit. I explained my brother was dropping things off for me, but I was not there. He accused him of burning out in the driveway entering the place and that he has kids there. I was shocked by this and apologized for him and then called my brother to ask what happened. He didn't burn out, his tires skid a bit when he accelerated bc they needed air. He even told me that the workers were there BBQing and there were kids running around, he would not be disrespectful like that. I believe my brother. Especially since the following day I received another phone call from the new manager who told me I need to move out. I asked why and he is accusing my brother of breaking into several units while he was there the night before! I can't believe it! He told me that he is no longer allowed on the property and that I need to move out of the unit. I asked my brother what the hell happened and he was just as surprised. Of course he didn't do it. He said he only was there for 30 minutes. He said that that night he was there 30 minutes before they were closing and that management came over to him when he was taking pics of the unit and about to lock it. He told him they were closing soon and my brother assured him he was just locking up and was outta there. The manager went back to the 2nd story of the office and watched my brother leave from the window. What a jerk! Now I received a $5067 bill for "other fees" since new management took over. I've been here for 7 years and have never had an issue until now. This is just absurd. I'm moving my crap out ASAP. Screw this place. They are very unprofessional and outright LIARS. Bad business.
