The up side is there are multiple places to dump so we didn't have to wait in line like we usually do It seems nice and clean and could be a possible stop in the winter.

Day of the move, and the 3 men who spent a very hot day patiently moving furniture and boxes were polite, kind and helpful as we worked to downsize and set up her new house. This location is gated, and you're provided with a code when you sign up. Also, the location provides security cameras throughout. There are multiple signs posted for a speed limit of 5 mph, which I think is great. It's nice for us to carefully and thoughtfully make it to our storage units. It's good to be respectful of the property. This is a pretty large self-storage facility. There's space for RVs, boats, and cars. The employees are always very friendly, even if there's a long line. My interactions with them overall have been very positive. I occasionally notice litter around the facility, but overall, the premises are kept relatively clean. They recently did some asphalt maintenance. They sent out emails and contacted us to let us know what was happening. We had plenty of advance notice, which was very professional. I like that I can pay online, pay in advance, and I can set up autopay. Overall, I believe it's a good value. The biggest thing I've noticed with my unit is that it gets pretty dusty, so I recommend the appropriate covers for furniture or mattresses. Even with the door closed and the unit being slightly elevated, the dust still gets into the unit. I decided to elevate my items this time and put them on metal shelving racks, and have a storage design of sorts. I didn't do that before, but since I've had many storage units over my lifetime, I've learned that elevating your items is better than leaving them on the unit's floor. Overall, I'm very pleased with this facility.

The manager Alex poorly manages his staff especially when it comes to making sure customer payments are processed correctly. One time they said we haven't sent our payment but our bank records indicated that they cashed our check. We had to argue for two straight days and even presented our bank documents as proof. Despite that they rejected our assertions and insisted that we send a new check. They eventually discovered their mistake but not after us constantly asking to check. Alex and his staff are incompetent yet very condescending. Do not patronize this facility. Horrible customer service!!!
