The booking was a bit longer and harder than expected. Not a big deal. After talking to the owner we agreed on few days, but we could not execute the days that were agreed to. Partially because it wasn't that easy to reach them on the phone and we couldn't do it on some days that he offered. So I'd probably recommend the owner to use an answering service of some sort. However, the quality of work and the price were good once we could set up the appointment. (Although, to be honest with you. I did not shop the price, because of the location of my property there were not that many other choices.) So I'm glad to give all gates 5 stars review for their service. We were crazy not to have a gate opener installed sooner. Our driveway is on a serious slope and like scaling a mountain for our senior bodies Now the gate opens and closes with the push of a button and we drive in and out like royalty. We never realized the added security the gate opener offers as well. Without using a remote you cannot get onto our property at all! Brad and his crew were so professional from the get go. Contact with the utility companies was made to assure knowledge of where the various lines run. We have so many trees we weren't able to use solar power but the guys ran power from our garage under the sidewalk and straight to the unit. They poured a concrete slab, returned the next day, and connected the motor and gate hardware. Our track had to be repositioned for a smooth roll and for them it was no problem. The opener unit itself is American made and a cut above others we've seen in neighboring yards Considering three days of work involving 2-3 people and the quality of everything installed, the price was truly reasonable. ($3500) No more opening the gate, driving down to the street, leaving the car to walk back up to close the gate, only to walk back down our steep driveway. Our lives are now easy in and easy out. What an improvement to our day to day existence a gate opener has made. You're making a mistake if you wait as long as we did. Brad, Sean and their small crew did a great job installing the solar gate operator and adapting my gate to work with it. When I first called, Brad gave me some information about the solar operator over the phone. He came out the next day and gave me an estimate. After I approved the job, he worked my project into his schedule that week and was done in two visits a few days apart, which was necessary because of the concrete surface they had to pour for the gate track. They were extremely neat and professional. They kept all their trash in a bag as they worked, and they not only took it away but also the asphalt they had to cut out for the gate track. I was very impressed. The system has been in for about five months now and has worked well every day. My wife and I are extremely pleased we no longer have to get in and out of the vehicle to work the gate. We live on three acres with the gate at the front and the house at the back of the lot, and the remote can activate the operator from the house, which is about 70 yards away. read more

Called on Tuesday Mid Day, BRAD KAHN came out later that afternoon to give estimate, his price was reasonable but I was waiting on another bid the next morning ... that guy who's on Yelp no showed / no called and lostt my biz ... so Thursday morning told Brad to proceed, Job was completed before the end of day on Friday, and job was done better than gate was originally, swings open better now and welds/hinge better reinforced to keep from getting damaged again ... After a negative experience a while back with another local gate company, we were hesitant to call a repair person but our issue was more than we could fix ourselves. Brad took our call right away, showed up right when he asked him to and got the gate open and semi-repaired so we could at least get our cars out of the driveway.
