They came out to assess the project and were confident they could restore everything. Before moving forward, I took one of the panels to a powder-coating shop, and they confirmed that the metal could be saved. Ramos removed all of the panels, completed the necessary repairs, handled the powder coating, and reinstalled everything. I am extremely happy with how the project turned out. Several other welders looked at the job and did not want to take it on, but Ramos got it done. I also hired them to fabricate a new double gate that matched the existing panels, and it came out beautifully. Throughout the project, they were responsive, answered all of my questions, and, most importantly, I felt they were honest. At no point did I feel like they were trying to price gouge me, which I really appreciated. Overall, they delivered excellent workmanship and great customer service. I highly recommend Ramos Iron Works for wrought iron repairs, restoration, or custom fabrication.

I'm an robotics engineer with a masters degree in advanced robotics engineer and science, recently…read moreI visited the RT welding to have my 2 aluminum scooter plates welded together, when I got there there were respectful but very cold people and than I showed one of the representatives the aluminum birds that need to be welded together he said that it is possible but they can not promise that it'll be 100 straight, I agreed and went to the office, the other representative said that they not sure if the weld will hold and not damage the aluminum boards but because of their busyness it'll be in 2 weeks, we agreed that in that same week they test the weld and let me know if it's going to wort and the estimated price. I waited that week and got no calls, at the end of second week I went there to know what's going on and the representative said that they tried the weld and it's working than gave me my boards back and said sorry we don't have time to do this, I was astonished, I don't know it was a race thing or just no humanity left, it was a very simple job for a 3 bay big business and I was prepared to pay whatever reasonable price they asked. With all said I'm very sad that people lost beliefs in Divinity and humanity.

We had been without heating for just a few days and our Thermostat was not functioning properly since the "ALL PRO" company supposedly repaired our air/heating June 30 of 2025. (Don't ever call All Pro) Edgar was the BEST! He was on time, polite, knew exactly what to do and fixed our heating system and the thermostat. The All Pro rep, five months ago had wired the system incorrectly and reversed terminal wires! I had to get up every night to reset the heat and the system finally quit. Thanks to Edgar for his professional manner and knowledge and he really was responsible for making our Christmas Merry and warm. His efforts for one hour as it rained outside was greatly appreciated and the service charge was reasonable. Masco and Sons Heating and Air rates a TEN in my opinion due to Edgar's efforts on December 24th, 2026. My family has been using Masco & Sons for a number of years. I have only good things to say about…read morethis business. Whenever we have needed them they have come out to repair in short order. Their prices have also been more than fair. After suffering through a small fire at my home this last year and having a local flood and fire restoration working on repairs both of my units stopped working. No power to one that previously was working. And the other that was working was now blowing hot air. I was told that for just under $600.00 they would fix the one unit. So of course that seemed great. Air unit still blew hot air after their repair. Other unit that power had stopped to they said was a total loss. I decided to call my own HVAC people, Masco. Turns out the unit with no power, and yes breakers had been checked, had a wire that had been disconnected . Masco did a very thorough check going through attic and ground level. They spent a lot of time really checking, fixed wire that had been undone and charged a vey small amount for all of this. Air conditioner has been working like a dream, no additives or anything, just a wire. This is all documented. For my money and piece of mind the two HVAC companies up here that I would use again and recommend to anyone are Masco & Sons and ACPlus/Matt.

Eddie is an unbelievably talented welder, master communicator and goes WELL above and beyond to…read moremake sure he takes care of his customers. I had a very difficult project involving the fabrication of I-Beams for a window at my business. The structural engineer's notes were very hard to understand and there was information missing on the technical aspects of how the I-Beams would be secured. Eddie spoke with the structural engineer multiple times as well as the installer to insure everything went well. He also took several calls from me and explained everything in layman's terms. He even talked to my contractor and discovered we didn't have a long enough beam for fabrication. So he called his supplier and had them swap out the 20 foot beam for a 30 foot beam only charging me for the additional cost of the longer beam. Who does that for free?! Eddie does. And then he even called a week later to make sure I passed inspection and if there is anything else I needed. Thinking I was done I said we fortunately passed inspection and are good. Well then the city needed his welding certification so I called him and he texted me the certification while we were on the phone and took the time to read through the city requirements to make sure I wasn't missing anything else they may need. Eddie is just the best. Honest, fair price, phenomenal communicator, problem solver, and goes WAY out of his way to get the job done right. Do not look any further than Eddie at Mayhem. I would work with Eddie even if he were on the other side of the country. Yes he IS that good!!!
