And I hate having to get anything fixed because any time we do, it's a nightmare. Usually, we get poor workmanship that is outrageously expensive, and more often than not our property is basically disrespected. After nervously getting several estimates, we decided to go with Best Fence Company. And the name really does say it all - They are THE BEST!!! Charmaine took a look at the issues, and we received our quote right away. We had some questions and also decided to replace a very old and bent drop rod. That was no issue, and we received a revised estimate within minutes. Once we were all set to move forward, Charmaine's crew came out the very next day!!!! Rafael and Billy were just fantastic - professional, quick workers who put me at ease immediately. They got the post in, the drop rod replaced and both swing gates and a walk through gate adjusted and working, and everything looks amazing! I am so glad we went with Best Fence Company and Charmaine. Any fence work we have in the future will ABSOLUTELY be done by Best Fence Company.

If I could give no stars I would. In a nutshell my Vinyl gate has rusted from the top to the…read morebottom, yep suppose to have been a 100% Vinyl gate, it's horrible and they refuse to replace it or even fix it and the warranty from the manufactured Superior Universal Vinyl will not honor the warranty. I have had my gate for about 7 years now, Vinyl gates are supposed to last for about 20-30 years a good 100% Vinyl Fence. Let me just say they tried to say it was from the dogs urinating on it, sorry no dogs. Do your research before purchasing a Vinyl from any Fence Company. My hard earned money down the drain. So if you review Cindy Response to my problem, you have gotten your answer to their customer service, and let me just say again 100% Vinyl gate is suppose to last more then 8 years. People please do your research before hiring them, and yes I did call about the broken Hinge which they tried to fix once and they wanted to charge me $350, but when I complained her response was, I don't think we can make you happy, she told me to find someone else, until I noticed how bad the rust was on the gate because we do not use that side of the gate, 8 years as Cindy put it, so what she was really saying is 8 years for a gate that I paid $3,400 is not a long time, if that was the case no one would buy a Vinyl Gate. Like I said horrible horrible customer service and let me also say, she never ever tried to resolve the problem, I kept making all the phone calls to get a returned phone call, and also she referred to the Dog messing up the gate which I do not have because I reported to the Better Business Bureau and that is what she told them.

After many years with no issues with my garage door and seal, I thought it was about time to get it…read morefixed after I saw it had small tears here and there. I thought that since the ladies were nice and attentive, it would reflect on their quality of work too, but I was greatly mistaken. With all the rain that's happened, a huge amount of water has leaked INSIDE my garage, which never happened before I got the seal replaced. After I called and complained, the man who installed the new seal came back and told me that the problem was with my garage floor being uneven, which is irrelevant and not the issue. The second time I called because of continuous leakage, the same man came, and PERSONALLY squeezed the rubber seal and saw the water leak from inside. He said he didn't know what to do and would talk to the owner, who would call me back. They never did, and I finally went in person to resolve this issue, and the owner didn't have an answer or a solution, and didn't want to refund my money after I told her they could uninstall the seal. This is my money that they are keeping for their poor quality of work, plus no apologies or attempts to find a solution. Very bad service overall. ***UPDATE!*** Shirley (the owner) reached out to me after the review I posted. She called to tell me I was rude and wanted me to remove it. She had two opportunities to resolve this matter, one in person before the review, the other over the phone after the review. I asked for answers, she "didn't know" even though she makes the decision(s). She wasn't interested in what I was explaining. The service was paid for and it wasn't for free, and there wasn't a discount or anything of that sort. I didn't ask for a refund; however, that's all she can do at this point since the issue is much worse now, not to mention the hassle and trouble it caused me personally. That doesn't include my time or my inconvenience. Apparently, that was out of the question to even mention it. God knows we work hard for our money and any paying customer deserves decent service at the very least. If she can't solve the problem or provide answers, why is she worried about the review instead of trying to come up with answers and/OR solutions? Please do your research, and don't make the same mistake I did. The experience was awful and the job was trash. I was in no way, shape or form disrespectful to her and she hung up on me while I was still speaking. I won't even bother sharing the details from the phone call. All I know for sure is that this is bad business. As for the review, it's already too late as far as I'm concerned, and she's not trying to help me. Thanks for reading and have a blessed day!
