Our garage door became detached from the wall. This was the first company to respond to our quote request with a very reasonable price. They were also able to assess the damage by the photos so it save us having to have people come out to inspect it first. We put the request in on Friday evening and they sent a technician the next day. The technician was fast and did a great job with the repair. He also showed us a trick for how to manually open the door if the power ever goes down. We'd use them again. read more

When tenants moved out, the garage door was nearly destroyed. I found this company from the yelp with two five-star feed back. With a little skepticism I called for repair. Jerry and his partner arrived, very quickly checked the garage and did quick fix. However, the results was not satisfactory. Jerry said it is a waste of money trying to repair the door which is beyond fix. I listened and asked Jerry to install a new garage door. Amazingly, without me on the property, Jerry installed the garage door and towed away the old door. Our garage door took a dive off the track and jammed up - hanging crooked and breaking a couple of hinges/rollers. I thought for sure maybe the spring broke and/or we'd need a whole new door. Gerry showed up within a half hour of calling him, and got it back working in a jiffy. Spring was not broken, just needed adjustment and lubrication, and cables needed to be re-attached. Gerry suggested new hinges and rollers and directed me where to get them and how to replace them on my own - which should save us some money. $70 to get the door working again so quickly was a bargain.
