Had the fence guys install a vinyl fence about 6 months ago (just getting around to my review) and they got the job done in about 2.5 days! And my backyard is quite big so I was impressed. They're price was also one of the best after contacting a few different places A few weeks after install we noticed a post attached to the house was loose. I called them up and they sent someone out the next day to fix it free of charge. Wanted to wait to review to see how the fence held up in the wind. Originally I left a good review for this company because they asked me to repeatedly. I know now this was probably to push down the other bad reviews. But here was my experience with The Fence Guys, Hesperia. When they took down the old fence they kicked it down and where it attached to the house it caused large holes in the stucco as seen in the attached pictures. Then when they attached the new vinyl fence to the wall they did not secure it properly leaving it loose and wobbly. To my blame I didn't spot this until after they left because when I went out there to inspect, the crew was not wearing masks and I'm elderly with some health conditions and didn't want to catch covid. After calling them multiple times they eventually sent someone out to fix the fence where it attached to the wall. When they were out originally they told me they had broke the main sprinkler pipe running to the backyard while digging the post holes. They also said they tripped over a pvc bubbler pipe coming out of the ground for which they said they fixed. I told them; stuff happens no big deal and thanked them for fixing it. My sprinklers were shut off at the timer as it was winter time. A couple weeks later I turned the sprinkler timer back on and noticed the sprinklers weren't coming on. That's when I noticed they had turned the sprinklers valves off that run to the backyard. When I turned the valves back on OMG the backyard started flooding. I noticed they broke the main pipe in (two) places and just covered it back up with dirt, they also broke (two) bubbler pipes coming out of the ground and just shoved the broken pipes back in the holes. At this point I thought maybe they just forgot to fix it before leaving. When I called them back they did not answer and would not return my multiple messages. So I decided to text them for which they DID text me back, they texted me a copy of my signed contract stating the job was completed successfully and told me they would not come out and fix it. Fixing sprinklers pipes is not expensive, it's mostly labor, which is why I'm surprised they wouldnt send anyone out. (I wasnt in a hurry). As I said I'm older and it's hard for me to get down on the ground and get back up. I (will) take some blame for not inspecting close enough, but these guys do shabby work and could care less about you when their done. I will never use The Fence Guys, Hesperia. P.S. maybe I should dig around the posts to see if they even put concrete around them since you have to check and double check everything they do. read more

Fence Guys was contracted by my next door neighbor to put up a fence in a common wall shared by our property. Problem is THEY NEVER BOTHERED TO NOTIFY ME THEY WERE GOING TO BE INSTALLING THE FENCE. They entered my property while I was not home, took out the old fence, erected a new vinyl fence, and in the process off digging the post holes, completely tore up my sprinkler system. I use the property as a weekend home ( Silver Lakes Community) and did not even know the fence had been replaced for three weeks. When I arrived at the house last weekend I not only found a new fence, I found my sprinkler system destroyed and my lawn dead. When I reached out to them they washed their hands of the problem and told their workers would have noticed if they had broken any pipes. Fence Guys is the best fencing contractor in the high desert bar none. I got several bids, and they were at least $1,000 lower than the best one I could get. On top of that, they repaired my front driveway gate, 22 ft long with multiple issues and holes, at no additional charge. They even went out and bought better materials than I had purchased to get it back in shape. Francisco, one of the owners, and his wonderful wife who runs the office, couldn't have been more understanding accommodative and provided nothing less than absolutely five-star customer service. Their foreman Gabriel is I'm sure one of the best in the business. Very respectful and understanding and even made some adjustments to the project on the spot with office approval, and I couldn't be more satisfied. They use the same materials as the higher priced fence contractors provide and I am so happy and glad to leave this review as I am July my brand new very secure white vinyl fence that has greatly enhanced my patio and the area around the pool. My first semi competitive bid was well over 8 Grand and when I provided the estimate from fence guys they brought it down to 7500, still over $1,000 more than Francisco and his amazing team of workers could do for me. There was a little miscommunication about the picking up of the old wood fencing material, but once that was sorted out, they even made a special trip to come back and haul it away. If you choose anyone other than these guys to do your fence, you will at the very least pay substantially more, but you will not get anything better than I did from them. Let's support our local family-owned businesses up here and give them your trust and your jobs, and you will not be sorry. read more

Our recent privacy fence install went flawless. The one part that didn't line up they did what they could to make it unnoticeable, although I believe it was the foundation of the house they had to slightly work around and nothing negative on their part. They were able to handle a 50' replacement fencing with gate in about half a day. Our house looks so much better without that old wood fence. When we told the guy we have to submit to paperwork to the HOA for approval before we can schedule an appointment to get the work done. The guy said no problem, understood. When we called back after we got the approval, the available dates were about 1 1/2 months out. When I told the girl that we were waiting for our HOA approval, she squeezed us in and got the job done in one day.
