I originally got my quote last May and was honestly surprised when I reached back out months later to finally start the project and they still honored it. That definitely meant a lot. A truck drove through our fence called All American fence, they gave me an estimate my husband and I approved. I called they scheduled me and it was raining but they ended up finishing and did a great job! This is one of the best companies I have ever dealt with. 6 or 7 years ago I had about 600 ft of 5ft chain link fencing installed around my property. The fence was PERFECT!! I called for an estimate on a chain link fence that my granddaughter ran into with a car. All I needed was for it to be repaired. It was knocked down just in one spot (as big as the width of the car). When I received the quote, I was in shock!! They quoted me over $2,000.00. I received other estimates and most were $500.00. What can I say...I called and spoke to Roger. He was very pleasant and professional over the phone. I asked that they come out and give me a quote to replace the metal track rollers on my gate that I thought were damaged (bent) beyond repair. He came out, checked the rollers...called me and said, there is no need to pay for new ones---I don't know what he did but he fixed the problem and at NO CHARGE!! I would give rate them with 10 stars if i could. They were the nicest people, and a lot more reasonable then other estimates that I had received. I had a little over 2 1/2 acres fenced off, and it wasn't flat area...all hills....and the fence didn't have any gaps at the bottom of the fence any where when they were done. I don't have to worry about my animals getting stuck under it or getting out. They did a wonderful job and I'm really happy with all the hard work that was done, they had guys coming out all day to get the job done. I feel a lot safer now that it up. If you agree to have work done on your property, do not let allow their workmen on your property until you have a copy of the contract signed by you! They won't provide a contract and will do work differently from what you agreed to! Their view and your view will be different and without a contract you have nothing to go on.
