I was really hoping to support small minority businesses like this one. Unfortunately, the level of quality and professionalism was so below average that I just cannot provide blind support. This review is written so that other customers know what they may be getting into. This review also comes from a perspective of having dealt with numerous home improvement contractors and businesses over the years. The price seemed fair - it was the lowest bid. But in the end, you get what you pay for. If any issues arise, they are very reluctant or refuse to fix them. They simply fight back unnecessarily and deny they did anything wrong. There are also unexpected costs that should have been foreseen. Customer service is very poor - they try to blame the customer for anything they do wrong by exaggerating statements or insisting that the customer "misunderstood." Their Yelp ad says they are mindful of covid and wear masks - they do not. I would not be surprised if they write a nasty response to this review - consistent with their general unprofessionalism during the course of my interaction with them. Hopefully, they will learn to be a business that provides consistently good quality work and establish a high level of professionalism. As of this review, they have a long way to go. read more

Initially I messaged A bunch of fence companies and ask for help believe it or not --no one messaged me right away except for the fence guys! They got back to me right away and I made an appointment with them and they came the next day to give me their free estimate and it was reasonable so I went ahead and gave them a little bit of a down payment and they were back in two weeks which is today :) I had to message Nelly a few times and it an almost immediate response from her. if I could give them a negative review I would give them a negative review do not use this company I promise you let me please save you a headache. They scammed us out of our fence being done properly.DO NOT USE FENCE GUYS IN HESPERIA. They do not do a good job nor correctly. We got a vinyl fence put in and we asked for a trench dug underneath it filled with cinderblocks and the owner Francisco and his wife made us believe that they know what they're doing and they wouldn't screw us over that they do this all the time. Well little did we find out they took a picture of one section and sent it to us and told us it was corrected so we signed the documents. I called them to ask for them to go correct the issue because it was not done correctly I have pictures showing there's bricks missing underneath it but the lady stated that it's not their issue because they did it correctly I said but you did it you sent me a picture of only one section she starts raising her voice to me and starts yelling at me. I asked for them to at least correct the issue she said no they will not because it's not their issue. Not only will a lawyer be involved but I will make damn sure no one gets f*%*^ over by them as it did to us. The pictures at the end that show that damn hole or where there is no brick but I guess I'm blind because they claim there's a brick under there. The wife is a really shitty manager and started the conversation off after I asked for someone to come fix the issue or for our money back she said oh well that won't happen and we don't need to correct anything because we did our job correctly. they do really shitty work they do not do it as they promise do yourself a favor and go to someone who's been open for more than them and who has better reviews at that. We should've gone with our gut when we read the reviews before going with them. read more

I scheduled an appointment with this company over a week ago, to have my fence quoted today. Upon them being a no-show I called the office only to find out that they are going to blame yelp for not putting the appointment through "on time" on their end. They should be ashamed of themselves. I managed to scheduled three other appointments at the same time through yelp and every single one of them came out with no problem. Any business that can't be honest or on top of their appointments is not a business worth working with! Save your time and go with any other fence company but this one. RUDE and overpriced. There was a misunderstanding on both sides and we waited around for 2 hours the first day they were scheduled to come. The lady on the phone (Nelly) rescheduled us and said we could get a discount on the work for the misunderstanding but was kind of rude. We had to call again and she continued being rude. The guy came 2 days later to give estimate and when my husband asked about the discount he was rude and had a sarcastic remark. No discount was given and they were way more overpriced than 2 other companies that gave us an estimate. Would not recommend. read more

Francisco and team, Thank you for the beautiful new vinyl fence. It's easy to write a bad review, this is not one of them. We had a quote within a day of them walking the property. In one week we now have a new vinyl fence around our 1/2 acre of land. Cheaper than 2 other quotes. The team that did the work checked in when they arrived, left for lunch, and left for the day. We have two dogs; they worked the removal and insulation allowing our dogs to still enjoy the outdoors. During the insulation, we wanted to make a few changes. These changes did not affect the time line; they were able to do the changes on the spot (they did have the supplies on hand to do this). For those that think this is just taking down and put up like I did, it's not that simple. The week before, we had the Gas Company, Cable Company, and the Electric companies come out and mark the buried lines. The Foreman on the Job kept me updated daily, meeting with me at the end of the day. My husband and I both work in customer service, the service provided was better than expected through the entire process. At the end of the job Francisco was on site to ensure we were satisfied.
