Pizza was good, but not great. Service was quick and good. We like this style of pizza so we tend to review it against other's who make similar pizza. The potato pizza needed more rosemary and the margherita pizza needed more basil. Seemed to be a neat and clean facility. read more

My husband and I LOVE righteous slice. We went through a phase where we came every Friday haha. I personally love the Bee Sting, cheesy garlic bread, Che Figata, and the Italian job salad. Seriously sooo good. Not to mention the best vibe in Rexburg, always busy on Friday and Saturday nights. Love supporting small businesses in town, and this one in my opinion, takes the cake. I'm sure that they were experiencing a lot of pressure from the influx of students, but that should have been expected. I understood the longer than usual wait time after placing an order on line. What I find hard to accept was "running out of spinach" when it is available from any of the three markets in an emergency. It was annoying to wait an extra 10 minutes in a store crowded with people, many of whom (students) were not masked. And then to get home to find that the pizza was under-cooked! It will be a while before I waste my time and money hoping they have gotten their act together again! read more

I live in CT, not far from NYC, and we have incredible pizza all over the place here. So I was very wary of trying pizza in Idaho. Not enough Italians there for it to be any good! Then I found this place. And it is SO good! They have a massive brick pizza oven, they make it fresh right there while you watch, and the guy who owns it is very passionate about his pizza. The atmosphere and the building are cool -with kind of an industrial, modern, open feel. The place gets lots of traffic and I would highly recommend it! However keep in mind that the night we went in was crazy busy, so they were very rushed so perhaps that may have impacted the quality of the food. I'm from California where this kind of pizza is the norm (fresh/interesting ingredients, handmade, etc.) Don't get me wrong, I love grungy delivery pizza now and then, but it's super nice to have a place in Rexburg that appreciates quality and freshness. It's a little expensive, but they have a good atmosphere and I've never had the bad experiences other reviewers have. They're still new, so I'm sure working out kinks. This pizza is by far the best pizza in rexburg and maybe in all of Idaho!! it has a great location! The restaurant is super clean and has a modern look to it. I really enjoy the wood fire style pizza. All of the ingredients that they use on the pizzas are amazing! I have yet to try something that I didn't like. read more

This place has zero customer service!!! When you call the phone number, you get to talk to no one...ever. They direct you too online ordering or Door Dash ordering. Online ordering is unavailable. Nice. So we try to order from Door Dash. When you order from Door Dash, you can only order pizza - not salads or dessert. Great Neapolitan style pizza baked right before your eyes in 90 seconds in a 900 degree oven. My only complaint is I wish the pizza was a little crisper like I had in Italy. Voila. Just ask them and they will bake it a little crisper for you. If you want something different from the pizza chain menus, you need to try Righteous Slice. read more

I'm not really sure what I think about it. The pizza was okay. I thought the price was a little high. Two pizzas and two drinks for $25. I would even think that was okay if I had enjoyed the pizza. It says 90 seconds at 900 Degrees. This was more like 20 minutes and I thought the centers of the Crust were still a little doughy. The weirdest thing was the toppings. I ordered a couple of meats and I thought that the amount on the pizza was sufficient. But I also spent $0.75 on onions and $0.75 on mushrooms. Totally bizarre. I Got 5 pieces of onion that were cut so thin that you could have read a newspaper through them. And I got 7 pieces of mushrooms. Mostly stem. The crust was chewy. Maybe it was supposed to be chewy.? I'm generally not a nickel and dimer, but the short cuts were so unnecessary. Also during a 20 minute wait. My wife's pizza came cold, and mine was laser beam hot. I did see them throw a couple of pieces away. Maybe my first pizza never made the cut. At least they have some quality control. The takeaway is that I don't think I would go back. On the other hand, my wife kind of likeshers, even though it was served cold. So I may end up going back if she wants to eat there again. Time will tell. read more

This pizza is by far the best pizza in the SE Idaho area! You'd have to drive a long way to find better! Negative reviews are from kids who have little experience with AUTHENTIC, Napoli pizza. You must try the margarita (sp?), I also like the sweet Italian. Neither look like much but taste is excellent. They make their own cheese and the flour comes from Italy, as is the sauce. I wish they had a "loaded" salad for my carb conscious friends, say like the cob salad at Chic-fill-A. All pizzas are a generous personal size, about perfect for me, maybe a bit too much for a light eater. Prices are fair for what you get, plan on spending 10 bucks or so per person. I have noticed the first couple pieces you eat will be hot, then it cools down rapidly due to it being placed on a cold plate, and they don't keep the place too warm. Can't really blame them with a huge pizza oven kept at 900°, but sitting downstairs around the corner of the oven is a bit chilly in the winter, hence the last couple pieces are barely warm, not quite as tasty but still good. I suppose upstairs would be warmer. 5 stars is not too optimistic! If you don't think this is GREAT pizza, you my friend don't know pizza. read more

Not bad but not good. Service was nice. My husband and I had heard nothing but good things about this place so we were excited to try it. I thought the pizza took a lot longer to get out than it should've with only a handful of people. My husband got the Bee Sting which he ended up hating and I got the marina which was fine. It is amazing to have authentic Neapolitan pizza in Rexburg. The pizza is thin without a lot of 'stuff' on it, but the crust is tasty and the fresh mozzarella is great. Problem is, the seating was extremely limited and the noise levels were terrible. They really need some sound dampening or echo reduction. So, you get the amazing pizza from an artisan crafted oven from Italy, but you get to hear every chair scrape, utensil clang, and random laugh. read more

Don't waste your money on the Sunshine in My Soul, it's ridiculously bitter and my husband and couldn't even finish it even though we were sharing. When you first walk in you will be greeted by multiple employees. The owner, Bill, was there working, which is great to see considering he is a teacher at BYUI. We got the Margarita pizza and also the desert pizza, then one with Nutella. When we got our pizza the Margarita one was soggy in the middle. I had my wife take a bite of a different slice of the pizza to make sure I wasn't crazy or being too picky. I took it downstairs and asked if they could cook it for us a little longer. I was told by Bill that it was supposed to be like that. Huh?!? A pizza is supposed to be not fully cooked in the middle? That made no sense to me, but they were kind enough to get us another pizza for free. That was the awesome part about this experience. When we got it within 3 minutes, the new one was still a little soggy in the middle. I don't know if this had something to do with it being dinner time and there being a rush. Our desert pizza was amazing. It was filled with Nutella and had amazing flavor. Maybe other people have had a different experience here, but I just tried to give an honest and open opinion about my experience, the good and the bad. 3 Stars read more
