a glass of beer on a table

we had the best waitress. Food was good and beer was cold. Highly recommend swimming, followed up with pizza and beer.

July 29th, 2017. The decor is nice and sunny the music was Jazz. We were seated right away. Our sever seemed friendly. We placed our order. Our waitress forgot about my Huckleberry Lemonade and I had to remind her. We waited over 30 mins. to get our food. People that got seated after us and ordered after us were served. Then came my order of Pebbles French Toast so we thought the rest of our orders would be coming out too. Over 15 mins. later here came the rest of the orders. None of our orders were hot but more like lukewarm. The food was good but the timing of our food was not. Portions are large. Restaurant is clean. They also have large selection of pickled items on the bar I wasn't sure what they all were. The waitress seemed oblivious. She was kind. Because our food was lukewarm and came out at different times I am giving it a 3 star. I did take a picture of a table next to us that got the Slutty Grandma Brownie that was huge and they said tasted great.

Having the 'Heise Special' and a Personal Cheese Pizza. Yum!! On our Sunday Funday.

One of the BEST pizzas I've had in my lifetime and I have been coming here since I was a toddler. A must go-to especially after a swim and soak at the adjacent Heise Hot Pool or on the way back from Kelly Canyon Ski Resort or during a local camping stay. (Oh and they have a golf course too.) The Heise Special has always been a favorite and the rest of my family loves The Sink. (Everything on this one including shrimp. Being allergic to shellfish, I'll have to take their word for it.) They've expanded their sandwich and salad options over the years and have just about something for everyone. It has a flavor and smell that is not matched by any pizza place I've ever eaten at and was one of the first places I HAD to go to whenever I was visiting the area. Now that thankfully my family and I have moved back after 26 years in SoCal it is one of our regular stops. The service can be a little slow at times but the pizza is always worth the wait. A little game room downstairs is fun for the kiddos too. During the summer and fall it is always a pleasure to sit on the covered deck at the picnic tables to have a slice and cold beer and the cozy fireplace inside is wonderful on a cold winter day.

I ordered two pizzas, a large margarita and a small pepperoni. The pizza is good, but they overcharge for it. I also ordered the crab bread which was alright. When I asked for ranch for my kids, they tried to say I only get one. I had to argue to get two more- at least one each order of Pizza and side even though I paid well over $40. They said I would have pay .50 cents for each additional ranch. Then the small cups of ranch were only filled not even half way. They need to have better customer service and re-evaluate their stinginess on sauces. The hallway to the bathroom also reeked of urine. I won't go out of my way to go here again.

We usually go for the pizza. Can't say enough good about it. Always good and tasty. Sit inside or outside depending on the weather.

They got my order wrong and gave the most half assed salad. I don't think I would ever come here again for such poor quality food.

It is sort of tapas style and goes nice if you decide to eat family style. The entrees are sort of medium sized portions, so, in most cases if you share with one person you should get 2-3 dishes. If you have a light appetite, though, one of the pastas would be plenty for you. We got the Caesar salad, the elk bolganaise, and the short rib. Everything was good. They made me a couple standard Old Fashioneds different than the menu option, which were excellent. It was a new Rye to me so I took a picture of the bottle to get some at home. Prices were on the high side, but service and quality were good. My drink was $22 which, frankly was a little obscene for an Old Fashioned with a "mid-range" rye, but I was on vacation and I still had a 2nd. LOL. It was great. It's just a lot for a drink. If you want to go over the top, they also have a Tomahawk steak for $126 that I'm sure is excellent. A lot of folks were getting the bone marrow which looked good. Entrees seemed to be around $30 each. I would go back. I liked sitting at the bar and talking to people. Bartenders were really great about spacing out the food so things didn't come on top of one another.

Heard great things about Glorietta Trattoria so booked it when visiting Jackson Hole this weekend…read more It did not disappoint. First, it's located in what was a killer old house in downtown. Open style kitchen and a gathering waterhole type bar. Note: the seats at the bar reserve faster than the tables. After seeing the insides I can see why. Simply amazing. Our waitress knew the menu front to back with all the nuances. When we asked what some of her favorites were. She literally rattled off 1/2 the menu. Menu is not over sized, on purpose. Every dish is well thought out and executed to perfection. Note #2: the Ceasar Salad is enough for 2 or more! And it's fantastic. About the only thing I could suggest to be better here is if management had pre-printed "Cowboy hat etiquette" cards to hand out to the patrons who arrive with hats. Lots of hats. Not a lot of true understanding for Cowboy Hat etiquette. From casual to formal, hats are off while sitting and dining. Highly recommend Glorietta Trattoria. Just remember to take your hat off at the table.

We got the worst table and no reason not to accommodate our request to seat us at another table not in the sun! Check the picture and any question why I am darn disappointed and more Oh how was the food, winter salad, Ricotta Gnocchi, Mussels, Lobster Linguine were all good, four stars good. The Salsiccia was way too salty... about 30' after we seated saw the neighbor get the pepperoni topped pizza, looked like Dominoes. Would I come back again, after the suns sets or make sure to bring your sunglasses, and hope you get an accommodating waiter

Glad we got in for an experience before it fully blows up into a major hot spot! The ambience is elite. As soon as you walk down the hall and inside, you feel as if you're entering a private and secluded hideaway. Its dimly lit and cozy while still feeling upscale. You'll forget you're on the mountain quickly because there's a pizzaiolo hand tossing dough right in view. Cocktails were on point, pasta was delicious and of course the pizza was excellent!
