I had even called ahead so I'm reality it was 3 hours. when I called ahead they said it would be an hour, got here and said they didn't have enough dough so we had to wait another hour even though there was people walking out with pizza that had gotten there and order well after I did. An hour went by and they said it would be another hour because they had to clean the pizza trays. 3 hours later we got our food. It's surprising Pizza Hut is still in business. They never have enough delivery people because deliveries have always taken 45+ minutes and the service has never been great. Only thing Pizza Hut has going for them is the wings. Those are amazing. Pizza is gross here and cold if you order for delivery. Maybe someday they'll figure out how to create a culture where people want to work there so it's not so understaffed. read more

I am severely annoyed, and disappointed. I came in at 6:30 and got an order of cinnamon rolls and I waited an hour. When I asked about my order they told me the put it with a mother order! They told me I would have to wait another 20 minutes for it and I was already mad at this point. So over all I just lest and told than to forget it. To start, the open sign wasn't on. It was 8:30pm, Saturday night. They close at midnight. One entry door was broken and duck taped closed. The gentleman that greeted us immediately told us there were no personal pan pizzas and asked if that is what we ordered. A bit taken by surprise, I said we were dining in and that was fine. We planned to use a book-it coupon but no big deal. We still wanted to dine in. And that the open sign wasn't on. He said he'd have to have a manager turn the light on. We were the only guests there dining in, the entire time we were there. He tried to sit us at a dirty table, I asked for a booth. He took us to a dirty booth (still, only people there in who knows how long). We ordered our drinks and I asked our server for a clean rag to clean the table. She brought what looked like a disposable... wet paper towel and awkwardly attempted to wipe the table. We got our drinks and ordered food. One cup was sticky. Water tasted like bleach. 3 older kids got drinks in paper cups. We noticed towers of pre-made pizza boxes stacked on the floor in the dining area. Spit wads on the walls. Exposed lighting/holes. The entire dining area floor was disgusting and not one person cleaned anything in the dining area while we were there. It was not a clean place. There was a lady making food in the kitchen and she was stepping over top of black pizza baking pans. She and other employees were stepping over the black pans and the wooden pizza serving platters by a back door. We saw her butt crack a few times as well. There was also someone else in the back that didn't appear to work there... no uniform and wearing a big coat. Maybe she was a manager? When our pizza arrived it looked and smelt good. We expected a pan crust. The crust was different but tasted good. We were given 5 plates with our food. I had to walk up and get 3 new plates that were clean since we were given dirty ones. Was not impressed. The paper towel holders on the tables are grimy. The men's bathroom door doesn't lock. No one cleaned anything in the dining area the hour we were there. The guy that greeted us took an arm full of the pre-made boxes that were on the floor and stacked them above the orders getting done. Other than that, no one else was in the dining area the entire time we were there. At least an hour, 5 people eating one large pizza and 5 breadsticks. After I made eye contact with our server that was just standing in the corner (in front of a screen I think) she came and asked if we needed boxes or drinks refilled. We didn't, all of our food was gone. She didn't mention dessert or ask how anything was. She immediately came back with our total. It was a while before my husband and kids started to leave before she came back again. I did write on my receipt that the restaurant needed cleaned up. I'm glad the pizza tasted good, everything else was disgusting. I don't think we will be returning to this Pizza Hut any time soon. Not even for carry-out or delivery. The Pizza Hut ordering app is one of the most user unfriendly apps I have dealt with. Fortunately their food is better.

Would give a another half star because this particular visit was a bit better than normal - but I can't. Anyway, we were the only group so that might have played into the service. The food was good - but we didn't get our wings. So not sure what happened there. This place does need an update though. Has for about 20 years - come on guys pony up for a renovation! read more

When you pay for toppings and don't get toppings... this describes this Pizza Hut location. Been here twice,same issue . They should just sell cheese pizzas only, because that is all you get. We called to let them know about it, the manager said "they always skimp on bacon, since it is expensive" What?! People pay for their pizza. They short you on everything: mushroom pizza, pepperoni pizza, bacon, doesn't matter. I would go elsewhere, unless you want to pay extra for cheese pizza. read more

I like pizza and I'm not impartial to huts. So this place seemed like a good place for me. As far as pizza chains go, I've always felt Pizza Hut was a little higher class than Dominos and WAY higher than little caesars. The prices are decent but, the pizza's themselves can actually be kind of hit and miss. Pizza 2/5 Hawaiian (Pineapple and ham) for those on the east coast. I got the pan crust which is alright. My biggest gripe is the amount of cheese on my pizza I (very sorrofully) forgot to take a picture of all the spots on my pizza that were shamefully without cheese. There were very large spots that had only a little sauce and crust. This isn't always the case but, let's make sure that the pizza is fully covered in cheese. Service: 4/5 The cashier and person that answered the phone was very friendly and prompt and not overly "selly" (tries to up-sell constantly). I arrived when they said my pizza would be done, and it was done. IN CONCLUSION: Papa Johns is in town, but that is for only really special events like a graduation or a wedding. I think Dominos is now on the same level if not a little higher class than Pizza Hut. Maybe if Pizza Hut's CEO would be in their commercials I'd see things differently. read more

POSITIVES: very accommodating staff, willing to work out errors. We've only had it delivered to our work, and they messed up our order big time, but they gave us the correct pizzas on top of the mistakes for free. NEGATIVES: the pizzas taste like they were soaked in grease (the crust is usually soggy from it). I definitely prefer Domino's or pizza pie cafe's pizza. PRICE: $7-12 per pizza. RECOMMENDED: The bread-sticks and marinara are pretty good. read more

Well you don't see that every day... my family stopped at the Pizza Hut in Rexburg, Idaho. The place was a train wreck. Oh, if Gordon Ramsey was watching... the place would have been shut down. The tables were filthy, the condiments had dried crusty food all over them, when we had our order taken I asked for iced tea... reply "we are out of that"... what??? Make some that is what restaurants do... salad bar slim picking and the pickings were rancid. I had to spit out a grape tomato it was nasty. The phone was ringing with them not answering it right away. The place was a health violation waiting to be published. After waiting 15-20 minutes for our bill we went up to check out... had to tell them what we ordered so they could charge us. First of all, you have two listings on here for this business. The reviews need merged into one listing. My friend and I were staying overnight in Rexburg. We ordered two medium pizzas to be delivered to where we were staying. My friend used the phone ap. First my order was put in. I basically ordered "veggies" such as mushrooms, olives, spinach, cheese, sliced tomatoes. They also asked what sauce, I said Marinara. They asked if I wanted a "drizzle" on mine, I said NO. When my friend started the second pizza on the ap, it wouldn't allow sliced tomatoes. I'm not sure whether it's because I had already used them on my pizza and the programming doesn't let you use the same ingredient on two different pizzas or what. After my friend sent the order in, a phone call was made to explain the need for sliced tomatoes on the second pizza and how the ap wouldn't allow it. We were also told that they didn't have any spinach for the first pizza. Oh well...... When the pizzas were delivered, the first pizza had "drizzle" ( think it was barbeque sauce) which I had specifically said NO to. That was apparently ignored. Also, my friend's sliced tomatoes were not brought, IGNORED..... The driver had to make a second trip to bring the tomatoes. NOT THE DRIVER'S FAULT. It was nice to see this Pizza Hut was open so late. I will say though that Pizza Hut is not as good as dominoes, papa johns or little Caesars. This pizza just does not hit the spot like those other pizza joints. The pizza is floppy and the crust isn't as soft like the other places. If you are in the mood for a good pizza leave the Pizza Hut and walk across the street to Broulims and buy the sorriest looking frozen card-board crust pizza and you'll get a better product that you'll get at this store. Or better yet, go across the street and get Domino's. At least it will be hot, with toppings and an edible crust. Our Pizza Hut's pizzas where suppose to be their best product but they hardly had any toppings, the crusts where terrible and the cost was high. I ordered delivery to a hotel and it arrived late. The driver forgot our drinks and said they were in his car. He left the premises and must have gone all the way back down to Pizza Hut which was not even 2 miles down the road. He returned about 20 minutes later and 2 out of the 4 drinks were correct. I called and talked with Shelby and she helped me to reconcile the situation. She was a real asset and she saved this review, otherwise I would have put 1 star. read more

If you like Pizza Hut, prepare to be disappointed. After having two of the worst pizza experiences to date, they tried to repay my already bad experience with more pizza that was subpar. Showed up for pickup right when directed...cinnamon sticks and bread sticks were both cold and pizza was warm at best. Icing for the cinnamon sticks was a gelatin glob in the container. Very disappointing overall...reminder of why I usually go with Dominos. read more

The best Pizza Hut experience of my 35 years on earth. Got the Thurs buffet (buffets are rare at Pizza Huts these days) they don't have pizzas out on a table like other buffets. You can order whatever you want off the menu and they'll bring the pizzas around. I've never had fresher Pizza Hut. They even brought out breadsticks for our table because we got there right at the beginning of the buffet so we had to wait for the fresh pizzas we'd just ordered. They brought us out cinnasticks at the end with icing too. Each thing was super hot and fresh. My wife normally eats like a bird, but she pounded it. She said coming to this Pizza Hut was the highlight of our trip to Rexburg, lol. Seriously, though... it was fantastic. Wear loose clothing if you're doing the Thursday buffet read more
