My favorite was the chicken, they smoke it for 5 hours and use both dry and wet rub. It was flavorful with nice texture and mouth feel. Not dry or over seasoned. The tritip hit more like a traditional brisket and the brisket more like pulled pork, but high notes all round. Of the sides I tried, between the potato salad, coleslaw, and fries, the fries were the star of the show!! I shared the platter with 3 other adults and a toddler and we were all impressed!! The service was lightening fast, and even the herbivore toddler loved the meat! This was truly a pleasant surprise and well worth a gander!!
