Out of all of the burger places in Rexburg, Five Guys give you a great deal and a quality burger. I'm a huge fan of their fries and milkshakes. They give you a pretty simple menu which I always like at a burger joint. They're in a great location and the restaurant is kept clean. read more

I wish I could give Five Guys five stars but I can't because the buns and the burgers always seem to completely smashed together. The buns are always pressed into the meat with so much force, that I can't seem to take them off to add condiments without ripping the buns. The burgers taste great, but they definitely look less appealing. I also noticed that their way of conveying orders is just to to yell out orders to the fry cook; it doesn't seem like they are written down anywhere that they can see, though I might be wrong. After waiting 25 minutes after our mobile order pickup time and for several groups to get their food that ordered after us, we get soggy burgers. My husband had to completely take off his top bun because it was soggy and gummy. DO NOT use the mobile app to order pickup. My wife ordered a strawberry shake at 3:30 pm and they were already out of strawberry., so she ordered a chocolate banana shake which they forgot to make and she had to remind them, then wait again for the shake to be made. The shake was not good. We ordered two burgers that were pretty good, but they put them in the bottom of the bag and dumped the fries on top of them, so I had to paw through the fries to get to the burgers. When I tried to lift a burger out of the bag the wrapper opened and the burger came apart and fell into the fries. The fries were all way overdone, almost burned and way too salty. They were like what was left in the bottom of the fryer and poorly cut. Overall a disappointing meal, especially for the price. This was our first visit to 5 guys in Rexburg, Idaho, and will definitely be our last. read more
