Beef and broccoli and mushroom were a little different than what I'm used to. It was just too sweet for me. - plate. Kung pao chicken and orange chicken with chow mein. I've visited this place many, many times as a DoorDasher as well as a customer. The food is always delicious and served in fairly generous portions (not quite as generous as other locations I've been to) I have at times felt rushed in ordering as well as payment (especially through the drive-thru) As a Dasher, this is my absolute favorite location to pickup from. They are always very quick and helpful. As for the photo of the drink, they gave this to me complimentary due to not having the DoorDash order ready when I arrived. This isn't the first time that I have been greeted in this way, AMAZING Customer Service. A few weeks ago, I ordered two plates to be delivered to my home through the Panda Express app. One plate was perfect, and the other was off by just one entree. I called Panda Express, they were immediately apologetic, and offered a free replacement. We just went in today, and Sierra and her manager allowed us to get both plates on the house. We ordered Orange Chicken To-Go. When we got home there was a long hair in it, it was disgusting. The hair could've been a foot long. What is this, Subway? I'm not trying to eat anything that long. We called the restaurant for a refund and they tried gas-lighting us that we got a hair in the food. So we drove back to the place, and showed them the hair. Let's start off with positive things: The atmosphere and decor is nice I like it Now let's move onto things that they can improve: Cleanliness: this place at first glance looks very clean take a closer look it's disgusting. Price: for what you're getting the price is not worth it, it's very overpriced. Taste: The food is pretty dang bad. Unfortunately there's not a lot of Asian food around at Rexburg. So this is a last resort. Even though obviously nothing here is authentic. But I'm not expecting it to be because it's a fast food place. There was one point that I had to literally spit out my food. Played at Yellowstone too late and drove back to our hotel in Rexburg but was getting anxious because nothing waa opened but fast food. Didn't really want Wendy's or McD again and was wanting some Asian food but they all close at 9. Found there was a Panda near our hotel and called them to order because it said they close at 9 too but received happy news that their drive thru opened until 10. Yay was so happy. We can get dinner. We love Panda especially the one by our house and we frequent it often so we know what to order and our faves. Got 6 plates to go. Its a hit and miss at different Pandas because some don't give you much at all and skimps. This 1 was fair. All except 1 plate lol my son's. Very little chow mein in his and only 4 pieces of fire breast chicken. The other 5 was good. Orange chicken, fried rice, beef broccoli, teriyaki chicken and super greens were as usual and tasty. I typically love Panda Express, so when I came back up here and saw they put one in Rexburg I was so excited. However on each occasion that I've gone the workers have been rude or seem annoyed that I've shown up and am making them work. There is one girl in particular who is always taking our orders who just seems genuinely annoyed when people get in line, which honestly makes me want to just hold off on Panda until I'm in Idaho Falls. I've done the online ordering a couple of times but each time I have used itIve either gotten like 3 pieces of chicken and a bunch of chow mein or my bowl is half full. The place looks like any other Panda. However, I have to agree with the many users below. I wasn't impressed with the staff. It seemed to be an imposition on them that I walked into the store. We had to search for a clean table and when we didn't find one we grabbed some napkins and tried to clean up one the best we could. No employee cleaned any tables while we were there. It was late in the dinner hour and they didn't appear to be that busy. Also, I don't go to Panda very often (usually only when someone else wants to), because there are so few non-meat options. We were surprised to see a Panda open in the Burg. But it was a pleasant one. We have gone here a couple of times, and every time I do receive what I ordered. When someone asks for brown rice, that does NOT mean the stir fried rice or what ever that stuff is with the carrots in it. They have done this to me a couple times, even when I asked for white rice. IF you can't remember, ask the patron. They are also skimpy on the servings by not filling the spoodles, which is crazy when you bring it home and weigh both take out cartons that are supposed to be the same thing and there is a large weight difference. Check this out, this has been the worst way me and my husband have been shorted out. Got a regular bowl with chow mein and mushroom and chicken. The entree part is what I look forward to the most which is suppose to be basically half and half of the two. But no this is like an eighth, doesn't even cover the chow mein! The only times I've pretty much gotten what I was suppose to get was when we complained about it and they made sure we got the right amount. I don't know if they were running out or what but they could've easily asked "Are you willing to wait for your food? Or would you like a different entree?" The girl working didn't say one word to us and just smirked when we asked for something that she forgot. We then got home and opened up the kids meal. This is a totally unacceptable way to run a restaurant regardless of if it's in a small college town. The manager is always standing around barking orders when you go into the restaurant and is the rudest of all the workers! If you're thinking about coming here to eat when you come to Rexburg save yourself some time and just throw your money down the drain. It would be less painful. Almost every single time you come here anywhere close to closing even if it's two hours do not expect them to have half the menu. I came here expecting to at least get some chow mein pork fried rice and orange chicken. Things that they include on almost every single meal. I always had to check the order the employee gives me because every time I get my food at the drive through it is wrong! (4 times) That is the most annoying part.
