They have a salsa/hot sauce bar, each with different heat levels. They have a soda fountain in addition to Horchata! The entire location feels clean! The restaurant is owned and operated by a wonderful family. The owners speak both Spanish and English. I did have a medical emergency at the restaurant and I haven't been back since, but they all treated me so well. I'm very grateful. My observations; 1. Service is efficient and quick! The menu is Massive! 9/10 2. The Horchata is PERFECT! Flavor is the best I've ever tasted. 10/10 3. The woman working at the counter was so snarky. I asked how big the tacos were to determine if I needed order 2 or 3. She wasn't friendly at all! I get it, there was a line behind me, but I didn't need the attitude. The cherry on top was how the tacos took 20+ minutes to come out and they were cold and unseasoned. Unfortunately, the steak tacos were mid at best, and pretty pricey ($3+ per taco). Several tables had their orders missed or forgotten as well.

She asks if I would still like it to be brought out, I say yes , bring it in a to go box because my family is now done eating. Fast forward 15 minutes, Evelyn comes over and asked if it's OK for her to just take my meal off the ticket. Thinking she's going to bring my food out and comp it but no, she means just eliminate like I never ordered! I ask, so I'm just not eating and she replies, "I can have to kitchen make it now if you'd like" - are you kidding me?!! Manager came over to say sorry. Not hey, let me comp some meals or let me hurry and make for you. Just, sorry. I was absolutely floored! We went out to eat at a restaurant, but after an hour and 45 minutes I never got to eat. It's so crazy it's laughable, I was angry and so hungry! This was the worst experience I've ever had at a restaurant in my 50 years on earth. I'm sure E.... Is a nice girl but it was a disaster! It may have great food, but the employer is a total jerk to his employees! The other day I was in standing in line to order and the boss, Brian Larsen, comes over to the cute little pregnant girl trying her best to help the orders get through, and completely chews her out for not getting the orders "out on time and cannot act stupidly slow" when she is trying her best to hurry around and totally in front of the other customers and loud enough so that the all of taco time could hear it as well! He then proceeds to turn around and put on a cheery smile and give his customers a warm and happy greeting, all while he holds and order in his hand, not handing it out to the drive-thru. Brian himself does not clean or make any food what-so-ever during the rush hours. It wouldn't bother me so much but since Ive been a manager, I know that treating your employees right(notice i didn't say good)is half of your customer service since they are the ones who run your business for you! In my experience, hypocritical bosses are the downfall of their own businesses. This place is doomed to a falling out with its employees and business. read more

this is the BEST taco time ever, and is something we look forward to every single time we come into town. having grown up in rexburg, i find the previous review about the establishment not clean very hard to believe. not only is the restaurant ALWAYS clean, the ingredients are the freshest i have tasted and the employees are always friendly as well. I would give it 5 stars, but we waited in the drive thru for a good 20 minutes. The food was worth it. I'll never eat at Taco Bell again.

Extremely rude behavior, refused to make simple alterations to food, angrily dumped our plates on the table, trash talked us when confronted, and accused us of tampering with the food to create complaints. I liked the horchata, but everyone else who ordered it didn't like it. Everyone else's food seemed fine. But the treatment and the food some of us got wasn't good. Everyone left their food on the table because her behavior left us all uncomfortable and we decided to leave. I don't know what's going on in her life, but this wasn't an appropriate way to run a business. Reading all the reviews dating back years, it seems she's always been like this though.
