I ordered a sandwich through their Jimmy Johns app for delivery to my work at 10:30pm. It said it was picked up with the tracking info and shortly after said it was looking for a new driver. I waited over 30 minutes and after speaking with the employee on shift, was told I needed to contact uber to get a refund when my order wasnt even placed through uber. No sandwich and now the store is closed. Frustrated food was stolen and will have to call tomorrow for a refund. read more

My wife went here on Wednesday and placed her order the girl Leila took my wifes card walked away to process the order and took about 3 minutes. She came back with the food but not the card. My wife ened leaving and went home to idaho falls. She went to go use her card and realized she never got her card back. My wife called the store in rexburg and they did not help much when she said i ordered and never got my card back. They took about 10 minutes to find her card. She told them she would be driving from idaho falls to get it back. She drove all the way up to rexburg to get her card from idaho falls and they did nothing to make things right from them not giving her card back no in store credit or anything to cover the cost of gas or make it right. Fast forward to friday i was checking my bank account and found and extra charge on the card. My wife only order one sandwich and the total came out to $11.03. The second charge was $20.00. After my wife never got the card back the employee Leila charged the card for the customer behind my wife in the drive through. I told my wife to go in and demand a refund for the order that was not hers. The manager Raymond was great help to her. The girl Leila was working and the manager asked what had happened and Leila denied all of the things that happened. She lied straight to her managers face about it after the fact that my wife had to go back and get the card from rexburg! They again never did anything to make things right other then refunding her for the $20 but the company they use for the apparent refund they didn't have the phone number to get the refund. Just insane to me. They never said hey lets give you something to make it right or fix things. No money for anything but the fraudulent charge. The manger was good help but the fact that the employee who never gave the card back lied to my wifes face and the manager face is the reason for the 1 star. Leila should be fired for liying and the fraudulent charge. Needless to say we wont be go here to this location for the lack of respect, integrity, and honesty. Shame read more

i've been going to this specific jimmy john's for years now and i love it every time. i order right off the app and just go through the drive thru. sandwiches are made perfectly and everything i ordered has always been in the bag. very friendly people also which is just a plus. i've also been inside and i have no complaints they keep it very clean and organized. they also have rewards and every few orders you get a free side or sandwich which i find amazing. i've tried other jimmy john's and nothing compares to this one. absolutely amazing 10/10 i have no complaints! read more

I have ordered Jimmy John's consistently but the past few months, it takes an hour and half to two hours to get my sandwich. At this point, I could go to the Idaho Falls restaurant, pick it up, eat it and come back before they even got the sandwich to me. I love this place! Mostly because I'm able to get a lettuce wrap here. My favorite is the Italian Night Club! 1/2 of their missing star goes to.... Pickles. They don't have pickles available & if you ask for it you pay for a whole pickle, nothing actually put on your sandwich. I know, sounds silly. But I'm passionate about my pickles! The other 1/2 goes to price. I think they're pretty expensive for a simple sandwich. But I've never been one to want to spend money on a sandwich when I could just make it myself (with pickles). Looking for a pretty good sandwich shop? Here it is! Not too far from the BYU-I campus, it's a convenient, average priced sandwich shop. I had their "beach club" sandwich on the 7-grain bread (Fresh baked turkey breast, provolone cheese, avocado spread, sliced cucumber, sprouts, lettuce, tomato, and mayo). Fairly average sized sandwich, which could have been better with another slice or two more of turkey for they price they charge. The avocado spread was great and the sprouts gave the sandwich the extra flavor that made it enjoyable. The veggies were fresh. Wish they had hot sandwiches, cause that's what I actually would have liked instead. But they do have a very large menu to choose from. The restroom was very clean. The dining area, also very clean. Every time I order from this location the wait gets longer and longer. I waited 50 minutes for it to be sent out to delivery, and once it was out for delivery it took over 45 minutes for it to actually be delivered. I understand this can happen every now and then, but if you don't have enough employees to be able to deliver on the standards that have been set by literally every other jimmy johns you either need to pay employees more so they want to come work for you, or just be a sandwich shop that isn't JJ's so you stop making the entire franchise look terrible. First of all I will have to say that they were not fast like they promote themselves to be. We were in line waiting for a sandwich to be made for a very long time. Also, we didn't get our full meal and had to go back through the line which was frustrating and of itself. I'm not the only one who thinks that Jimmy John's is overrated, am I? Don't get me wrong, it's not bad by any means. It just isn't the Holy Grail of Food that some make it out to be. That being said, their sandwiches are relatively cheap and tasty. Since I am a lazy bum with no car, I particularly appreciate the fact that they deliver, to both your apartment and the BYUI campus. The amount of times I've ordered their sandwiches to be brought to me at work is truly shameful. I also like that they're one of the few places in Rexburg that's open on Sunday (yes, I'm a sinner for that, sue me). The "Jimmy Chips" that they sell are excellent as well. So, all in all, this place isn't as good as everyone says it is; but it is by no means bad. This is the most neutral review ever, but oh well. read more

POSITIVES: the bread is delicious. The sandwich was ok overall. NEGATIVES: it was pricey for a simple sub. They charge a lot to add bacon and avocado spread, and didn't even put very much on. They took a while delivering it to my work, saying next time I should mention the name of the business, which in fact, I did before giving the address. Didn't they used to deliver for free? I love Jimmy John's, however I greatly dislike this specific location. Every single time I order they forget something or screw up. It may seem like a silly complaint, but they forget to give me a straw everytime I order delivery or use the drive through. I even told the woman on the phone to remember to give me a straw. The delivery boy even told me to my face the straw was in the bag, however it wasn't. It got to the point where I had to call the manager on two separate occasions. Outstanding on all front. This location is clean, efficient and friendly. I have tried three selection from this location and #9 is my favorite (Italian Nightclub). I have had delivery to both the marriott and to my daughters home...both took less than ten minutes from call to sandwich in hand. Other JJ locations are good, but this location is outstanding! Ever since fall 2015 they're pathetically slow and have a hard time getting orders right. Also, management is rude. They demanded I give a sandwich that they messed up back when the driver brought my "correct" order (which by the way was also wrong because it didn't have tomatoes or mayo. I called and apparently they forgot). I used to eat here 3 times a week. Now I have no desire to ever go back. By far the worst jimmy johns I have ever been to. It's because all the new employees they got at the above date are not well managed or trained.
