Use several napkins and then wash your hands right after type of greasy...but that's where the flavors at! Lol. Prices are slightly higher than the other places I'm accustomed to. However, my options in Idaho Falls for Salvadorian comfort food are limited so I'll take what I can get. Everything is cooked when you order it so be prepared to wait for a bit or call ahead. There were probably 3-4 people ahead of me during lunch hour and I waited close to 30 minutes for my food. The gentleman who works the counter isn't overly friendly but I understand that not everyone's personality is the same as mine. He was nice enough that I didn't feel uncomfortable. The quesadilla that I had was very crisp and had so much flavor, even for myself who hates cilantro enjoyed combination of flavors within. My wife got the enchiladas and she really enjoyed these as well! The meat inside of them was very savory. The people running the food truck are the most respectful as well care very much about their customers. As we were sitting out side the truck eating one of the workers came out and gave us complimentary water bottles, which is awesome because of how hot it was while we were eating... it just left me saying their 5 star review just went higher. Lastly the true test of a places greatness is the customers, there was a constant flow of people coming to try it out.
