I haven't eaten here since I was attending the University pre-pandemic. From what I can tell the prices have stayed pretty much the same and pretty affordable for a buffet! The pizza is just as good as I remember it being and this is great spot to eat! There is a huge variety of pizzas, a salad bar, dessert pizzas, garlic knots, cheese sticks and a pasta bar. This place is a decently affordable place to eat dinner however, it's pretty hit or miss. I would say in my most recent trip that about 40% of the pizzas were well over cooked to the point that the dough was as hard as a cracker. And the dessert pizzas were worse. In fact I tried a small slice of each dessert pizza and was only able to finish the cinnamon roll one since all the others were incredibly overcooked. I'll preface this review by saying two things. One - I hope the management and the owners pay attention to EVERYTHING I say here. They need to hear it and take it into account. Two - shout out to the girl that helped me. I think Katrina was her name. She deserves a raise or a promotion or SOMETHING. Management, GET ON THAT. - It was Friday night and we ordered three pizzas for pick-up. We arrived at the provided time to pick up our food, which as about 30 minutes after ordering. This place was easily the busiest restaurant I've ever seen, post-COVID. Good for them. However, poor Katrina was the unfortunate person that assisted me and had to tell me that they didn't know what happened, but my order was gone. Her best guess was that someone else on staff had inadvertently given it away to another person. I don't know how that happens. Bummer. But it was Friday and the place was busy. I've made mistakes at work too. I get it. I'm not going to get mad. Katrina offered to have them start my order up again and she'll throw a little something into the order for the trouble. Sure, no prob. The hope and the expectation was that I might have my order after another 15 minutes. But sadly, that wasn't the end of it. I would've had to wait about 30-40 minutes. That is, if my order didn't get messed up again, by the KITCHEN this time. So what ended up happening was I stood in the lobby for a little more than a HOUR with nothing else to do but watch how this place operates. And while I did, Katrina was the only constant. She checked in with me multiple times to update me on my order's progress. And that was on top of everything else she was doing. Let me tell you, that girl was bouncing all over the place trying to make sure that everything was taken care of. During my hour-long wait, I can tell you from my perspective that Katrina was doing twice as much as the rest of the staff was. SERIOUSLY. To the management - Katrina is your saving grace as far as I'm concerned. Ya'll better give her some recognition for it. So there's my reasoning for the one star review. We had a long day, didn't want to cook, and we purposefully ordered out because we were tired and ready for dinner. The 90 minute wait for our food did not sit well with the family. We will not be going back. I think there are some logistical and process-driven changes that would improve this place, if management and the owners would give it consideration. But I've got a bad taste in my mouth, besides the pizza. * One last time, Katrina did everything she could to try and make my poor experience right. She was genuine, helpful, and apologetic. If this had to happen, I'm glad it happened to me because I wouldn't want an unhappy customer yelling at her over the apparent incompetence of her co-workers. She wouldn't have deserved it. The one star is not a reflection on her service in the slightest. Lastly, during my hour wait, there were two other occasions that other parties came in and the front staff spent unusual amounts of time talking with them before they got their food. I can't say what it was about, but it's hard to not assume that those folks' orders got screwed up too. My experience with this establishment is actually not a reflection of the staff but of poor ownership/management. Ya'll need to put some new processes in place. Everyone on your team was running around like chickens with their heads cut off. Make a good leader our of yourselves and help your team succeed. Just FIX IT. read more

This pizza place is awesome. Not only can you get pizza, they also have a pizza bar, so you can try all kinds. They also have a pasta bar with different pastas and sauces. Make your own if you want. They have dessert pizzas also. To top it all off they have a great salad bar. We came in to try it out and Macie helped us. She was great. Very helpful and friendly. Great customer service. Pizza Pie Cafe is best described as quantity over quality, a place you go when you want to chill with family, have lunch with a friend, or hold a birthday party. It is not a place you come to get amazing pizza, but rather a place to get unlimited mediocre pizza. They also have both a salad bar and a pasta bar for those who want more than just pizza. The dessert pizza is the best thing here by far but sadly after one or two pieces you will have a stomach ache. The atmosphere here is perfect for family gatherings or lunch breaks. One of the best things I've found is that even when the place is jam-packed, it is quiet enough that you can hear your friend talk to you from across the table. One thing I wish they would improve is the pizza serving area. It is quite difficult to get a piece of pizza with the serving tool they give you, and most of the time the pizza you are looking for is not there and you have to wait 5 minutes for them to put a new one out. I would only suggest coming here if you just want to have a good night out with people and the quality of the food is not super important to you. read more

There were no open tables to sit at- a bunch of them were empty but not cleared off for new customers to sit. We had to wait around and asked twice to have a table cleared to sit at. The floor at our booth had liquid on the ground. The food wasn't great to top it all off, I Thought it was expensive for the quality. Stopped by here when on a road trip. Looking at the reviews the pizza looked delicious. However looks are and can be deceiving. We order a large pizza, drinks. The service was incredibly slow. When asked about the wait the manger said it would be a just a few more minutes, those minutes turned into 15. My kids started acting up because they waited so long and the manger came over and told our kids to settle down... with that we left. Rude owners and who know how the food is. Fun place to try on our road trip to Yellowstone! I'm gluten free and was happy with the salad bar options, that they had gluten free penne pasta and that they make you your own gf pizza any way you want. You pay $2 more for gluten free. This used to be "Craigo's," but now it's called "Pizza Pie Cafe." Whatever you call it, it's still a great place for lunch or dinner. They have expanded their successful business model throughout the region. Most people just order the buffet, which comes with a salad bar, pasta bar, and a wide range of specialty pizzas. They have an unbelievable variety of unique pizzas in addition to the classics. The buffalo chicken and the pepperoni & jalapeño are two of my favorites. They also feature 4 or 5 different dessert pizzas; they're all great. You can also order the giant "Cookie Monster," which is my kids' favorite, but not included in the buffet. The pasta bar is very nice, featuring many kinds of pasta and sauces. My favorites include the spinach fettucini with roasted red pepper sauce (incredible) and the radiatori with spicy sausage sauce (wow). So here's the deal I have gone here countless times the food has always been good and service great but when we recently went during corona virus the food was not very good and if you are worried about corona than don't go they don't have any precautions in place except for wax paper sheets to grab tongs with maybe it was just a bad day to go or something but out of all the times I have gone one failed attempt won't stop from going back. Love to eat here but a couple of things 1. You guys have been out of things at times I've eaten here please keep on top of restocking stuff like pizza and salad bar. 2. I wish your guys building was bigger it just seems really crowed at times and I feel really rushed to eat and leave not saying I'm going to stay all day but I want to enjoy my food a little and not feel like I have to eat and run. Though we went today and got charged 7.25, after I asked the cashier about happy hour they told me they don't do it on move in dates for the college. Pizza Pie Cafe seemed too good to be true: An all-you-can-eat pizza, pasta, and salad buffet. Not only that, but as a fellow starving college student, I respectfully attended the student special night ($6.35, including tax). All you have to do is simply sign up for the text alerts, which you can do right at the cashier. With their offers, they can also tag on different kinds of deals like discounts on drinks, so be on the lookout for those because the deals are never the same every week. When you walk inside, it's pretty much a seat-yourself situation. Pay for your buffet at the register, and/or if you want their other special offers like their giant cookie, but I just stick to their dessert pizzas. Afterwards, everything is completely unlimited. They will never run out of pizzas. I have even attended on a late night once where they started to slow down due to the lack of customers. There are different pizzas that they don't always serve daily like like one of their off the menu items which was a pesto pizza that day. The manager happened to see me looking for a slice, and asked me to wait a few minutes while they bake up a new one. I didn't stand for hours waiting, but just a few short minutes to have a fresh hot pizza. Not only do they have pizzas, but cheese sticks, and on occasion, garlic knots. All very lovely with their variety of dipping sauces, which are the sauces you can use for your pasta. There's a variety of different kinds of pasta where you can request for half or full serving of pasta. Don't let this stop you from ordering more because they'll heat up the pasta in warm water to serve it to you fresh. You can top it all off with grated, or shredded parmesan. The salad bar is pretty good too with a variety of leafy greens to pasta salad. There's toppings from bacon all the way to pine nuts, and goldfish. Pretty interesting, but makes you feel a bit healthier when you have pasta, and pizza waiting for you. Their dessert pizza's are pretty good too, and are always served hot. Nowadays I see them set out a tray of some other baked good, which I always tend to enjoy. So far, I've seen a birthday cake, brownie, and raspberry chocolate flavor. I like chewy textures with a slight crisp to it, and the special dessert every night I've gone has been the most enjoyable for me. No one is there to tell you to stop eating. This is not the time to feel self-conscious. You are getting such a good deal. There's always someone ready to clear the table to encourage you to eat more, so what's stopping you? read more

Good food, good price, Unprofessional staff and Management! my family and I were there last Friday, the busboy was sprinting around clearing off tables faster then people could dirty them, the Vesba that went to Marz was 2 days behind this guy. The Manager\shift leader went up to him, in front of us and other customers and told him he was not cutting it and going way to slow. Then, when he left that area, her, and two other girls stood there for at least 10 mins. talking about their plans for the weekend.
