I appreciate you guys as a superior chain restaurant! Whether I eat in, take out or get delivery I always get well fed and treated well! The facility is immaculately clean, the staff is 100% always clean, professional, cheerful, very nice to deal with and put the customer at ease! I know this as a place where I can get an excellent pizza after midnight on the weekend and have no worries about the quality or the experience that I am going to encounter as I zip in and zip out to get my pizzas! Oh, don't let me forget that their service is blazing fast and I have yet to order a pizza by phone, drive the 3 minutes to the store and by the time I walk in my pizzas are ready!!!! WORST DOMINOS! The employees fake to be managers and general managers!!! There was an issue with my order and I called to just get the phone passed to the manager and then one said, "Oh hold on my general manager is about to leave. Let me get her before she leaves to help." I could hear them in passing the phone say, "Just speak to this person please." AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE. I then asked them what would they like me to do to fix the issue and they said, "Don't order here." WHAT?! I love Dominos pizza and that response was offensive. I ordered my pizza through the app and paid for it in advance. I opted to get text notifications about my pizza so i could stay updated and know when it would arrive. When I got the notification that my pizza was here i see a car parked outside my apartment. Nobody ever leaves this car and then i get another notification that my pizza has been delivered. The driver then drives away, not even haven gotten out of the car. I tried calling the restaurant but nobody ever picks it up. i try reaching out through the app and get nothing. All in all i just got scammed out of $30, had a lot of my time wasted, and ruined my night. I am more than impressed with how horrible of a business this is that simply put scams their customers. I would give a 0 if possible. I've been a customer for over 15 years until New Management came in and was extremely critical and rude in front of other customers almost every time I have gone in for pick up. She has said extremely accusations as she berated me in front of others and the employee who told me 2, 2 topping pizzas for $6.99!! I told her my order for both! I then asked for a lava cake, she said they only come in 3's which was $7.00. I arrived and there was only ONE Pizza made. She decided the "coupon" which I never was told about was for only 2 items for $6.99. Entirely different from what I was told over the phone. I asked for the 2, 2 topping pizzas! That I was told about, and was waiting for. So she rung me up which came to $7.00 more than before.. Soon a young snarky girl very rudely said then you will not get the "coupon deal" which I had no clue about. So I told them to take the lava cakes off please! As well asked to have TWO FRESH pizzas made, that I'd prefer to have my pizzas hot! And didn't want a pizza sitting under a warmer because of in house error. ( I've been in Restaurant Management for over 30 years and KNOW when food is just like warm. Dominos has my favorite cheese and sauce because I'm Italian and literally called exactly when the sauce had changed to a bit spicier recipe and complimented the change!! So I had asked for the 2 medium pizzas to made fresh! The VERY unprofessional attitude more like a very authoritative rude bully behavior adamantly said "Our owner doesn't allow remakes . Then added loudly "We know you try to get a free pizza . This was the worst embarrassing moment as it was around 11 pm and many people were present. I have had pizzas returned once in a while throughout my 20 years living here from deliveries. But NEVER asked for a FREE pIzza which is ludicrous. I just wanted what I was told on the phone. I had been working literally all day and now through the night. I was so appalled by horrible words and behavior. Sadly I'll NEVER go to the REXBURG Dominos again. It is very poorly run. I feel bad for any employees who have to work with her. Not the biggest fan of the pizza. The sauce always is sweet. Maybe they add sugar to it. Gross. The cheese also always has a grainy texture. I'm guessing they use pre shredded cheese which comes with a coating to prevent it from going bad quickly. Which also causes a grainy texture when melted. We only ever eat it when others order it, since we don't like it much. Only good thing is their sticks and garlic knots. read more

My husband and I strictly order pizza from dominos , we are addicted to the chicken Alfredo pizza. My only complaint is that EVERY TIME I order dipping sauce , we never get it . I've spent $11.50 in the past month on sauces that we have never received! Even when we put it in the delivery instructions , they forget. It's SO ANNOYING. First off, if you are starving - let me sum this review up for you quickly. Order NOW - this place is great! For the rest of you who have a minute or two more to spare, let me just say I'm in love with this place. I know, Domino's - who would have thunk it? Anywho - I'm an ex-Californian (don't hate me) and there is a chain on the West Coast called Round Table. I moved to Idaho about 10 years ago and have not found a local pizza join that even comes closer to what they offer - until now. I seriously believe that the $5 frozen pizza I have in the Freezer is better than almost every take-out place I have tried here. I remember back in my High School/College days that Domino's was the 'cheap' 1 a.m. drunk food that you ordered to sober up and no matter how hungry you were - it was still gross. What a turnaround this place has taken. Not sure if all Domino's are now 'good' or that we just lucked out with a grrrrrreat one in Rexburg. Staff here - AWESOME Food here - AMAZING They are friendly on the phone, and my order is always ready and hot when they tell me to pick it up. I truly am floored at how a place can go from being one of the last Pizza's I would have eaten on a deserted island to the place I wish I could afford to eat at daily. Just when I thought that the Rexburg Domino's store was improving their quality after my last negative experience, I another terrible pizza. It was just about as unappetizing as pizza can look. Some of the sausage was even overdone. I've never had a pizza that had such subpar quality ingredients. This was, by far, the best pizza experience of all time. Let me explain via metaphor. The person who answered the phone was like the hot, melty cheese on top of a fresh, glorious pizza, just out of the oven. I do not remember the young lad's name so we'll call him Cory, after the beloved protagonist of my favorite childhood show - Boy Meets World. Cory was warm and inviting, and made me feel very comfortable, the way mozzarella makes you feel like you have found that thing you've been missing since your college sweetheart walked out on you when you take that first bite. When I hung up with Cory, as he had assisted me in providing the carry-out and delivery specials of the evening, I began to place my order via the world wide web. The structure of the site was designed as would a beautiful, flaky pizza crust. While hard at first glance, the site was also gentle and soft as it guided me through placing my order. Lastly, when my pie was delivered by a young man, whose name I also don't remember so I will dub him Alaric, he was robust, lively, and hearty. Alaric was very excited and pleased to be delivering my beautiful dinner with origins of the Mediterranean. Alaric was as vivacious and inspired as the deep red sauce that lies on the crust of all great pizzas. To conclude, as individual experiences, Cory, the website, and Alaric would each have made my night, but as golden crusts are always better with rich sauce and gooey cheese, all experiences added up to baked, flaky perfection. When they messed up an order of mine, they quickly replaced it with another one that was finishing. Very accommodating. Also, they have a convenient mobile app to order pizza on your smartphone. This experience was a mess from the start! I had a gift certificate and after I ordered they said they wouldn't deliver even though I ordered more then just what was on the gift certificate. Then I get there and the girl at the cash register tells me if I want marinara sauce I have to pay extra for it even though I ordered 2 - 16 piece parm bites. But then she tells me if I had ordered an 8 piece I would get it for free - but they don't offer 8 piece on their menu??? Really?? Then she wanted to know if I wanted to use the gift Certificate?? Really that's how I ordered what I did! Then when I left she didn't give me the drink and I got almost back to my destination and realized it so I had to turn around and go back! It's okay. I've always been a fan of Domino's, but this one is repeatedly disappointing with their pasta. If I'm paying $7 for some pasta, I want more than 1/3 of a cup and don't want it to be burnt and dried out because of the lack of pasta when it went through the oven. Both for the bread bowl but especially for the pasta in the tin. Very disappointing to get so little food for so much money. Last three times I've ordered from here the pizza has been terribly undercooked to the point where it is uneatable. Usually i'd give them my highest regards, but they are harder to count on. My roommate took one bite of the pizza I picked up and said, "They were busy, weren't they?"
