Service is ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE and the food IS HORRIBLE. My food was ready at 07:35 and I got there one employee taking a phone order. That's fine I tend to be very patient. But in the back we have 5 employees messing around either playing on the phone or playing footsies with each other. I didn't end up getting my food until 07:50 I waited for 15 minutes until one of the employees in the back finally decided to come and see what's up. I got my food which was ready keep in mind just to have the women give me an attitude because I didn't show her my mobile order which is fair but no need to get aggressive. After receiving my food I ate it at home but couldn't stomach it due to the chicken not being cooked thoroughly. Very moist and pink. Never going here again I should have trusted my gut and went to Buffalo Wild Wings. Never eating here again and recommend you don't either. read more

lemon pepper tender 6/10 has a good punchy lemon flavor that isn't too bitter but isn't too sweet! felt like it was too fancy of a lemon flavor for wings. garlic parmesan tender 6/10 gives pizza and wings vibes! kept giving me pizza vibes idk. hot honey wings husband gave it a 7/10. i don't like spice and it lit my mouth on fire but had a good dry honey rub flavor! i would have liked a honey bbq with a milder spice. bbq wings 5/10 nothing special about their bbq sauce. just a classic ole reliable wing. fries 8/10 the seasoning on their fries is to die for. our fries were cold since we got it to go which knocked a couple points because they weren't as crispy and fresh. overall chicken tasted like a tyson chicken nugget that's been reheated. not too impressed with the chicken. if you're looking for 100/10 wings go to Bees Knees!! ordered on the app and it was a quick and easy pick up! the hostess was friendly. read more

I'm a VERY patient person, but the three times that I've gone into this establishment. It's taken forever to get my food it's lukewarm or soggy. Go here if you don't mind waiting 45 minutes to an hour even to get a small order(just French fries) I've always been so polite but Lots of attitude was put back at me. I really do get it because I worked in places that serve food like this but at this point it's ridiculous. I don't know what has happened to this Wingstop location but they have been awful for the last several months. Bad at seasoning the wings over the top greasy and the drinks are always out. The ice machine works every 10 visits. They cancel door dash orders even when placed 1.5hrs before closing after pushing back the delivery time over and over. I am disappointed and I am sure the door dasher that had to wait was even more disappointed for waiting for nothing. I love wing stop it's just sad that I can't go to the one in my own backyard. If I could rate this restaurant and the manager and employees a negative rating and less than 1 star, i absolutely would. This place is ran by incompetent employees and management and is a complete JOKE that insults customers... when the employees and management are the ones who mess up constantly! (Food which they REFUSED to give me when I got there) I called and was upset about the entire situation and when I got to the restaurant the manager proceeded to instantly scold me and tell me he refuses to give me the food we PAID for...that I drove all the way there to pick up. The restaurant manager said I would be refunded money in 3 DAYS and said he didn't care that my kids were hungry for dinner and that he refuses to serve to someone like me and called me ignorant....i am Someone who is sick of their incompetency and the fact they're practically STEALING From customers. I will NEVER eat there again or waste my money on their shitty food and their AWFUL service. Just to be called names because I'm upset about their constant incompetency. I have EVERY right to be upset that they KEEP skimping out on our orders THAT WE PAY FOR and that we have to make two trips to get our food... just to get refused service and the food we ordered and ALREADY paid for because I'm upset about them being so incompetent. I really think wing stop has potential in Idaho Falls but my first visit was lackluster. The restaurant itself isn't huge but is nice and clean. They have a great pop dispenser with all sorts of flavors. The staff was very nice and helpful. I went about 5:15 on a Friday and was by myself and my order of 8 wings and fries took at 25 minutes to receive. The wings were fine but nothing special. They had way too much sauce on them and it overpowered it for me. It didn't help that I could look in the kitchen and see the wings come out frozen and immediately go into a deep fryer. The fries were undercooked and soggy but the flavor was decent. I hate to leave negative reviews but I was underwhelmed by the whole experience. read more

We were extremely pleased with our visit. Lots of poor reviews on here but this place just opened up and they are having so learning curves. We did wait about 20 minutes for our food but when it came out it was BOMB.COM!! Flavors of wings were amazing! Dipping sauces for them all and loads fries that were great. We spent like $42 on all this and 2 people ate it but man it was a lot and we were stuffing ourselves. The wait was long but the food was worth it! And way better then buffalo. I was so excited to get .60 cent wings today. I ordered the amount i needed to but when i went to pay it seemed high. I took my receipt and the math didn't add up. They were charging almost .75 cents. It may not seem like a lot, but when eating on a budget and expecting to be treated honestly and fairly on advertised price, I was very disappointed. I ordered the Parmesan garlic boneless wings and it was so salty i had to pick off the breading to stomach it. I asked for the corn plain and it came out cajun. I asked them to please get the plain. It came back out and was super salty too. When we asked why the price was more than advertised, the cashier said she would ask her manager. Then she avoided us. Another couple also asked about the price gouging and the manager, who had been hiding in the back, came out with hostile body posture and said he didn't care if the price was wrong. The couple said they would never come back. The manager was rude to us too about it, but tried to not give us a refund for a sauce we never received. He would not make eye contact and angrily gave us the refund. It was very unprofessional. First off, I'm not a wing fan. But I heard that they had a chicken sandwich, of which I am a fan. The place is cozy and clean and the staff were very friendly and professional. The day I ordered my sandwich it wasn't crowded, but it really did take a long time to get my order. I think there were two orders ahead of me, and each took 10 minutes to come out, so I waited almost a half hour. The fries were plentiful and very tasty (a bit on the salty side) but the chicken sandwich did not inspire. The chicken was fine but a bit messy with all the sauce. Unfortunately the bun reminded me of the cheapest hamburger bun you can buy at the grocery store. I don't know if I'll go back. It has ok frozen wings with good sauces. Horrible place. They advertise .60 wings on Mondays and Tuesdays and then overcharge and hope you won't notice. I asked why the discrepancies and the girl at the counter said she would talk to her manager. She then wouldn't come talk to us again. The "manager" hid in the back the whole time until another couple who were also overcharged asked to see the manager. He finally came out, already showing aggression and acting like it was an inconvenience. He said he wouldn't change the price or give a refund and didn't care. Then when I asked for a refund for a sauce I was charged for but never received, he angrily asked if I had already eaten my food. I said yes, but I never received the sauce and wanted a refund. He angrily opened the register and gave me the change. He was rude and hostile to me and the other couple. The food isn't great (overly salty), but they have no customer service or manners. I have never seen a manger hide and then come out with that much hostility. This was my second time here. The first time was nice but this was nauseating the way we and others customers were treated. The wingstop on montana is my favorite el paso location! They have fast and accurate service. The wings are delicious. They never dissapoint! They always have the friendliest cashiers! Michelle was very sweet while she took my order. The girl that handed it to me Kim repeated back to me, made sure everything was in the bag.
