I met the owner who was pretty chill and friendly plus took my order. I was there for the chicken sandwich of course, but also wanted to try their Philly Cheesesteak sandwich I've seen on their menu. I also ordered some seasoned fries and a Mexican Sprite. The fries were nicely seasoned and crispy. The chicken had the perfect crisp to it and was juicy inside. The coleslaw inside gave the sandwich a nice tangy twist, while the hot honey had a nice balance of both sweet and spice. I did have a bit of a challenge attacking this since it was a huge sandwich, but I definitely liked it. The Cheesesteak was a bit messy (in a good way) but was a nice size for a full one; probably should have gotten a half one but oh well. The sliced steak was tender and juicy, while I also enjoyed the flavors of the cherry peppers and garlic mayo. Would definitely order this again. This was an experience I'm glad I finally had the opportunity to check out. Will go back hopefully soon to try some other items.

We were already fans before attending a grad party in June where they catered and it was by far the biggest hit of the night by all who attended! Now my son regularly eats dinner, then heads out for a "second dinner" at How You Mac'n whenever they're open. The leftovers become lunch the next day, and he and his friends have practically turned creating the perfect mac combination into an art form. I checked their Facebook to get their location today and took a day trip from Dublin up to Napa. My girlfriend got the Wood Oven Mozzarella Chicken Sandwich. It came on a really good fresh roll (I believe a french roll). The mozzarella was fresh and the chicken was juicy and succulent. It was outstanding! I got the Curried Chicken and Vegetable Sandwich. The chicken curry was perfectly spiced, and again, everything was freshly bought and made. The pomegranate-nectarine chutney on top went perfectly with the sandwich. It's the best sandwich I've had in a long time. Both sandwiches came with a great arugula salad tossed in a white wine dressing. I talked with the 2 guys that run the truck for a bit. They're very friendly, hospitable, and, most importantly, they clearly take a lot of pride in their work. Great value, outstanding cuisine, and hospitable service. The bread was fresh and the chicken was quite tasty with the aioli and heirloom tomatoes. The heirloom tomatoes were amazing too. Every bite made me wanting more. I also ordered the Rancho Gordo Anasazi Bean Chili w/ chopped red onions and sour cream ($4.95). The Anasazi beans are some kind of heirloom beans. Wow, heirloom beans too? The chili was different than what I'm used to, but good in a way. It had less of a chili flavor, but was still spicy, hearty and bold.
