I had the worst experiences ever at Genesis of Gwinnett ! Their review is a bit overstated! My car was supposedly "in service," but it was never actually serviced or checked. My notifications never notified me the entire time I dropped the car off until I called two 1/2 weeks later to check on the car, then got a panic alarm because they didn't even know where the car was stored! Despite this, I was slapped with a $276 service fee for absolutely nothing. That is unacceptable and feels like taking advantage of customers. The Service Manager, Tammy Baker, is by far the worst I've ever encountered in the automotive industry. She has a terrible attitude, no professionalism, and treats customers with complete disrespect. If this is who they have managing service, it speaks volumes about the entire dealership. The staff across the board from sales to service are unbelievably rude. There is no sense of care, no respect, and certainly no commitment to customer service. It's shocking that a luxury brand like Genesis would allow this kind of operation to carry its name. The public deserves to know how bad this dealership is operating. Charging for services that are never performed, disrespecting customers, and showing zero accountability is not only unprofessional but also unethical. I would strongly warn anyone considering doing business with Genesis of Gwinnett to go elsewhere. There are plenty of other dealers who value their customers' time and money! Mrs. Kiva Colbert

I want to sincerely thank the entire team at Rick Case Hyundai Duluth for making my car buying experience exceptional from start to finish. A special shout-out to the General Manager Mark Johnson, who personally took the time to speak with the finance company on my behalf and went above and beyond. That level of involvement and commitment is something you don't see every day, and I'm truly grateful for the extra effort. To the Sales Manager Steve, thank you for ensuring everything moved smoothly and for keeping the process organized and stress-free. Your attention to detail and customer care really stood out. To my Salesman Dimitri, thank you for being so patient, knowledgeable, and supportive throughout the process. You made me feel confident and comfortable every step of the way. And to the Finance Manager John thank you for how efficiently and professionally you handled everything. You got all the paperwork sorted in under 30 minutes, making what's usually the most stressful part of buying a car surprisingly easy. Your speed and clarity were amazing. This team truly went above and beyond to make sure I drove away in a car I love, with financing that worked for me. Horrible customer service. I get to the service shop no one greets me or say we will be right with you. Just on their computers no acknowledgment at all. I hate going to this location for any service. Oh I forgot my car is still not ready after they called me ans said to pick it up on Friday and today is Saturday. Smh

The car I ended up getting

My sales guy Lane was very helpful in finding me a vehicle that worked for my needs and working with the dealership to get me the price I was looking for. He's very attentive to his customers and we located a vehicle that I liked and he really pushed the dealership to get me a price/payment I could work with. He's easy to deal with and very friendly as well. I would definitely recommend him if someone was going to this dealership to look for a vehicle

I left my key and departed. When my car was almost ready, the technician called with some Rex one fathoms that were discovered. I didn't feel pressured to get any nor did I feel they were making up stuff. He was straight forward and expressed what was imminent and what could wait, as well as how each item would affect my vehicle. When my car was ready, I received the call. Arrived to pick up, paid, and was on my way. It was an absolute pleasure to have interacted with the staff and being provided with the great service. I will definitely be back! A bit of training on how to talk to customers and basic etiquette would go a long way. Ever since it was sold to new owners, the place has been going downhill faster than a soapbox derby car. After being a loyal customer for over 5 years, I've decided to take my business elsewhere. I won't be returning for any car work, no matter how tempting their so-called 'deals' might be. To the management: Get some training on how to talk to people. It will go a long way for you. And next time, maybe take the red stuff out of your mouth before speaking to a customer. My 2003 Z71 Silverado has the infamously problematic 4L60-E transmission, that has banged, jerked,…read moreand clunked while shifting since the day I drove it off the lot, new. Well, because I have always driven it gently, it made it to 17 years old & 115K miles before losing 3rd & 4th gear (the 3 / 4 clutch pack). Since driving around in 2nd gear wasn't a solid option, I did an online search for Transmission shops in Duluth GA, and was pleased to see the high reviews for AAMCO Duluth, and decided to give them a call. I made first contact with Ron, who is honest, straightforward, and set me up for an appointment, and he was also the point man throughout my repair, keeping me up-to-date on progress, estimates, expected completion, and it was a very positive experience from start to finish. They gave me repair options, told me how many days to expect the repair to take, and actually wrapped up a bit sooner. The shop location is excellent, and the customer care was quick, friendly, and professional. The place is clean and they take pride in what they do - it shows. Generally, I'm not one to make a fuss one way or the other, but AAMCO Duluth deserves two thumbs up, and the team there deserves a real pat on the back. I've waited a couple of months before posting this review, and can now say with confidence that the job was top notch - smooth - leak free - clean. I highly recommend this shop.

I…read morehad a stellar experience here and, as a single female, I felt this team was looking out for me and making sure I had excellent service at a very reasonable price. 1. Professional Treatment - from everyone in the office from the moment I stepped inside the door. I was cheerfully greeted. They worked me in for diagnostics quickly. And even gave me a reminder call the day before. 2. The diagnostics - took only 1/2 day and they checked many things to be sure the problem was truly only the transmission. Ron was frequently in touch with me updating me on their findings and my options. He took time and thoroughly explained how and why my transmission was acting up. 3. Transmission options - Ron went over my various options of rebuilt transmissions and the warranties each offered. When I asked for his opinion, he gave it, but he never pressured me to choose one way or the other. He left it to me to decide. 4. Scheduled for work - I was scheduled quickly at my convenience for the work to be done. Ron told me to plan on a week, but it might take less than that. The work was done in 3 days. They had checked and replaced a small (and inexpensive) part on the brakes that needed replacing (which I had already known about). 5. Pricing - I thought was very reasonable and fair. I looked up the transmission prices and I was charged exactly that for the transmission. The cost for the work is standard. I felt I got very fair pricing. All in all, I felt I got the best quality care possible and I highly recommend this team of experts!
