I didnt buy my at the time new Hyundai Sonata, but wish I did. The color and style I was picky about wasn't there, but I couldn't wait, because I blew the transmission in my other car. But I actually love getting my Sonata serviced here, the prices are great, and they offer email coupons constantly, which helps out a lot. I will continue to service my car here. There is a large showroom, and big enough waiting area, and always quick enough service. It's always clean, and accommodating. They even have custom rims on certain sporty new model Hyundais, which I've never seen before. read more

We needed a car for my wife in early 2014 as her work was opposite the direction we take our daughter to school. Rick Case Hyundai came through and my wife got a new Accent wagon and she loves is. Today, June 4th, I went to Rick Case Hyundai as my 2009 Elantra, that I paid full in cash when I purchased it in August 2009, was tied up in a Title Loan we had with a company. Long story but a few emergencies drove us to have to borrow money and use the car as collateral. I was tired of paying 30 percent interest to this company so I asked Rick Case Hyundai if there is anything they can do to help me get a new car and pay off the loan with the Title Loan company. I said I would take a 2015 new car but they said they were all sold but they have several 2016's available. They got me a 2016 Elantra with all the features I needed and at a very good cost. Paid off the Title Loan company and my interest rate went from 30 percent to under 4 percent. Thanks for hooking me up two years in a row. read more

My husband and I bought a 2015 Hyundai Elantra here yesterday. Although I hate how long it can take to go through all of the paperwork, that is the norm when car shopping without a pre-approved loan. Dealership was bright, clean and comfortable and the entire sales team was great. We arrived early for our appointment and the salesman wasn't there quite yet. A very nice young man began to help us and then passed us off to D.K. who finished the deal. The GM was very personable as was the rest of the staff we interacted with. The finance guy was patient and was willing to negotiate with us and never gave us a hard time about negotiations. We were happy with the car, the experience and the service! Thanks, Rick Case Hyundai! read more

We bought a 2016 Hyundai Santa Fe Sport last week and were so pleased with our salesperson, Rochelle Saulsberry. She was patient and understanding, and really listened to our needs and wishes. I had called in on Monday after seeing the car on Autotrader.com and expressed high interest in this particular car. Due to my schedule that week, I was not able to make it in to the dealership until Friday, but they held the car for me and did not show it to other customers. We loved their professionalism and customer service. I cannot tell you the number of calls, texts, and emails I received between Monday and Friday to check in with me. I really appreciated how much attention and personal touches they expressed. read more

Some guy from Rick Case assured me on the phone that the charcoal colored 2016 Dodge Challenger I was interested in was still in inventory and sitting on the lot. I was one hour away before I was at the dealership to look at the car when he called. He told me to talk to Sales Mgr Michael Kim when I arrived. When I showed they told me the car sold several days ago. The bad thing about it is that I drove all the way from Smyrna, TN ready to make a deal. Why didn't they just called me to let me know the car sold several days ago? I even asked them to do that a week before. This was the worst, and I mean the worst, experience I had a mainstream dealership. Any dealership associated with Rick Case, no matter the inventory or deal, I will avoid. It's almost a bait and switch these guys want to pull. They offer a great deal and when you show up the vehicle is gone. And then it's the old "let me show you what else we got" routine. I simply walked off. read more

We were very interested in a vehicle that was on their website. Confirmed yesterday that it was still available. Today they open at 12:00. I called at 12:08 and the phone, after the recording, only rang, and rang...but no body answered. 10 minutes later same thing. 30 minutes later the receptionist answered and directed my call but no answer on the line she had me on and no voicemail to record on. Finally the 4th time I called at 1:15 I finally reached a voicemail of a salesman. I left a message with the stock number and asked if it was available and to call me back. (It's 11pm now and no one ever called me back.). We drove 45 minutes to go there thinking we would get a call before getting there. We get there and a different salesman, Henry O., says the car was sold. He of course had another one he was going to pull up. He said it had the same features that I was looking for (it did not) and said it was in our price range, it was $2000 more. He also said ALL their used cars were certified which they are not. Very poor salesman. Very dishonest salesman. I will not be dealing with this dealership in the future. read more

I've purchased 6 cars here and brought them to be serviced, so I've seen many of the improvements they have made over the years. The sales and service personnel are friendly and respectful. Service check in is a breeze, and the service itself is great. I have referred many people to Rick Case in the past and will continue to do so! read more

Thanks so much Rick Case, and especially Jared Rhodes! We just bought a used Nissan Leaf. This is exactly the car we wanted. Jared was great at showing us 2 cars we were interested in, and not pushing the more expensive model. We quickly came to a deal, and we are so happy with our "new" used car. The vehicle was detailed and charged so we could get home! Thanks Jared Rhodes for a great experience. read more

The Case family themselves are probably outstanding people that treated their customers right if they are anything like what they are described to be in their book https://www.amazon.com/Our-Customers-Friends-Business-Community/dp/0983998310 that they gave me when I bought a "certified" pre-owned car from this dealership (I purposely put quotes in for a reason). I wonder if they are aware of how their dealerships are managed and are viewed by their customers? If so, do they even care? Heck, these dealerships may have been sold to other proprietors years ago and are Rick Case dealerships by name only. Who knows. And it's because of that I say this review only applies to this specific dealership and not all Rick Case locations. Reasons for the low rating: 1. Shady sales tactics and 2. Abysmal service department employees. 1. Turns out I am a victim of their shady sales tactics. I purchased a "certified" pre-own car that's not certified. The reason why I went here is because of the price, approx. $2k less than the next nearest certified pre-owned of same make, model, year, trim and miles. The sales experience was good; sales lady was friendly and courteous. But when I tried to register my car to myHyundaiUSA, it would not register. After days of going back and forth with the dealer, which was of no help, and HyundaiUSA, I finally got an answer back from HyundaiUSA. Turns out my car isn't Hyundai certified even though I purchased the car being advertised as such. Hyundai promptly followed up with the dealership and found out the dealer is calling it "Dealer Certified". The HyundaiUSA rep couldn't tell me what that meant and only the dealer can explain. The rep also told me that the dealers do have some liberty of "dealer certification" but my car specifically cannot qualify as Hyundai certified as there was a previous incident which precluded it from being able to do so. Carfax does show minor incident, cosmetic only. I asked at the time of purchase of the reported incident and the dealer very specifically said that one cosmetic incident is allowed for "Hyundai" certification but not one mention of some dealer BS. I should've known something was up when the sales manager was so willing to work with me on the trade-in. He wanted to get rid of the car I bought as fast as possible. Oh, and the dealer's response when I asked for help on registering? "Call back when xxx person is here. He/she takes care of online registrations". Multiple calls to xxx, never answered phone, never returned call. The second "shady" event was the financing. The financing offer was almost twice the APR than that of the going average rate! They used a third party finance company to quote me. I questioned the rate and used my phone to get an immediate quote. The very same third party quote came on my phone at the normal rate! I asked the finance manager how the same company can give two very different quotes and he/she just back pedaled. Fine, just finance me now with your BS and get your kickbacks so I can get the heck out of here. I immediately refinanced. 2. I noticed some issues and had to take back to the dealer service center. I'm starting to think that there's more to the "minor cosmetic incident" than reported but this is just a gut feel and not formally accusing the dealer of any falsification of the vehicle history report. These service reps at this dealership are probably the rudest customer reps I've ever met. My goodness, these people couldn't care less of the problems I am having. "yeah, we check it and found nothing". It is an intermittent issue so I brought the car back there when the problem was happening. Specifically said not to turn off car so they can address the issue. Turning car off then on will make the problem go away until it returns at random. I was very clear about this. "we didn't see anything. There were no problems when we turned the car on in the shop. Please come get your car". You've got to be kidding! Go away was the message I got. These quotes don't reflect their attitude as they said this to me. Wow. Are they just miserable because of their work environment? I'm not surprised that most of the negative reviews are about the service department. Lessons learned: If the price is too good to be true, then it's not true. Have competing financing quotes on hand before you go. If purchasing certified, look for true Hyundai Certified paperwork to sign. I did have some certification paperwork but now I see that HyundaiUSA isn't on any of those. The dealer certification does extend some warranties but it will not be honored anywhere outside of this specific dealer or shops of their choosing after the standard warranty expires. And you see where their service department rate. Tires are a good indicator how a dealer operates. My car did come with new front tires but they are the highly affordable Walmart exclusive tires, definitely not OEM. read more

HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP AND SALESMAN JAY RICKARDS (javanierickards@rickcase.com). We are new to the area and did our homework before visiting Rick Case Hyundai. We had seen the dealership's inventory online and knew the vehicle we wanted to see. It was a Hyundai Tucson Limited. We were greeted upon entering the building immediately and introduced to salesperson Javanie "Jay" Rickards. Jay was friendly and responsive, quickly retrieving the vehicle. During our test drive, Jay was proactive in ensuring we had full knowledge of the vehicle. He filled gaps with warm conversation that was organic and appropriate. He made us feel very comfortable. When we returned to the office, Jay shared purchase and lease options. He was helpful and not pushy at all. It was clear that Jay had two objectives--to take good care of us and to serve his employer well. He very capably did both. I was in no rush to acquire a vehicle but open to it with the right deal. Jay handled all of our questions well and was responsive to our needs. Again, no pressure from him. He took our counteroffer to the sales manager and we agreed on a mutually advantageous deal. The process took some time from when we walked in to when we left, but through it all, Jay was communicative, warm, and helpful. I've been buying cars for forty years and the experience I had thanks to Jay's warm, professional, helpful manner far exceeded all other experiences--night and day difference. The entire office felt like a warm, pleasant work environment, which was an added blessing and the finance manager, Charles Noh was pleasant, professional, and not pushy either, but the gold star went to Jay. This young man is highly competent with knowledge, professionalism, caring, and commitment second to none. Ask for him and you won't be disappointed. This dealership is of high integrity and it shows in its employees. read more

Rick Case Hyundai Duluth - Car Dealers Near Me - Duluth, Georgia

Initially met with Marty Aldeman who claimed there were no cars in my price range and seemed to want to steer to higher priced vehicles (although we identified at least three already on the website). After he fumbled on his computer for several minutes pretending to find nothing, we told him we were going to see what was on the lot. A friend was with me and walking with a cane due to a recent knee injury and told us to go ahead of him so we could look. When Marty arrived outside, he was agitated that he could not immediately find us and became curt with my friend. We met Preston from IT and requested a new sales associate. Joe Harmer approached us and was initially pleasant. He stated my credit was good, then recanted when we challenged him on the exorbitant 15% APR. When I reminded him that he specifically said my credit was good, he became combative and blurted out "You have collections and I think you know what I'm talking about". Contrarily, I was completely unaware of any collections to and asked to see the credit report. Now visibly agitated, he returned with the report, pointing out and misquoting various sections. I told him I wanted to follow up with Equifax to investigate and dispute the one charge that seemed to be erroneously showing up in collections from 2011. Eager to make a sale rather than allow me to address concerns, he persistently challenged me, asking if I was displeased because he could not meet my exact terms. Again, I stated that I wanted to investigate the collection item before agreeing to an inflated APR. Logically, resolving this would entitle me to better savings? Joe became irate and exclaimed "let me walk you to the door". Before we had even reached the door he repeated "have a good day" several times, looming over my friend with the knee injury as he tried to make his way out the door. We were all in disbelief and at this point and I was irate. I repeated back to him "have a nice day" and he stormed back in the building like a pouty child. Sales Manager, Casey Lloyd, pursued us outside and apologized profusely. Casey was very patient explaining each part of the credit report but after two negative experiences, I had no interest in negotiating. I am still genuinely baffled as to why Joe became so defensive because I wanted to contest an item on my credit report. I felt as though he stigmatized me when I told him I really wanted a Ford F150 but that it was not in my price range. He said I must want it to "fish and hunt" and reminded us several times thereafter how things were much different in his hometown of Philly. I am an artist and a writer and actually do not fish or hunt. I think I'll stick to dealerships inside the perimeter from now on. Thank you Preston & Casey for being the single semi positive aspect of this experience. The following day, I went to Carriage Nissan and worked with Anthony Hernandez and James Westbrooks and was able to get a newer car in my desired price range with half the interest rate. Casey Lloyd ASSURED me this would not be possible, proving the guys are unconscionable and prone to price gouging. read more

I can't speak for the company itself or any of the other salesmen, but if you go to Rick Case Hyundai in Duluth and request Blessing Iyere, you will be in for a treat. I knew I was going to buy a car from him the moment that he crawled in the trunk of the car to demonstrate how roomy it is. He is very personable, and will do everything he can to help you. Do not do business with Rick Case. We had a terrible experience buying our used Hyundai Sante Fe, the sales team were awful. We continued to take the care for service there, I am still wondering why. They are always trying to get you to do extra service even on items that you just had replaced 3 months ago. Everytime I came in there was a different service rep to help me. My last experience 3 months ago was a nightmare. They were not able to get the necessary part for my car. I was promised by the service manager that she would find a part and have it by Thanksgiving. For the last 3 weeks I have been trying to reach the manager leaving 3 messages and texted her. I finally received a phone call today from her after I threatened to call Rick Case himself. She was very rude and said she didn't have an ETA on the part, I don't even think they tried. She did not understand that I was upset because no one had returned my phone call and could of cared less when I told her that I was taking my business to another Hyundai Dealer. I have realized that Rick Case and his employees don't care about their customers. All they care about is making money. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE WHERE YOU ARE TREATED WITH RESPECT. read more

I visited the dealership over the weekend and had the worse experienced in years. 1. The sales agent (Roxanne) was not knowledgeable about the vehicles and later filled a credit application on me. 2. When she asked about my SSN I hesitated and asked why? She said it was a registration form for the dealership. 3. So I asked her why she needed my SSN, she said the finance team would like to have it and run a soft pull on one credit bureau and that I didn't need to worry about a hard pull which can lower the FICO score by 20 points. So I gave it and she was off to see the finance team. 4. While I waited for her, 20 minutes later, I received a phone notification from Experian saying that there was a hard pull on my credit from Rick Case. I was upset and demanded to speak with whomever ran my credit. 5. No one claimed to and when I asked for them to remove the inquiry, one finance manager (Irvin) said they will not remove it. He also said that the sales agent was wrong in telling me that no hard pull would happened. He said he doesn't train the sales agents so that would be another department. So I went home disappointed only to get 2 more credit pulls from the remaining credit bureaus the following day. 6. Now they are calling every day trying to sell me a car. The nerve......!!!!! read more

This Dealership cares about making a SALE only!!! Let me first say that prior to taking my car here I had ZERO oil leaks and ZERO issues with my radiator leaking (went threw summer with NO over heating issues or leaks) or hood staying open issues. Anyway, I took my car there (ignorantly) to have its timing belt changed and water pump. First I get a call advising of some EXTRA repairs needed and agreed to 2 hoses being replaced. I return to get my car and suddenly the hood won't stay up, I can't turn the wheel and I suddenly need a radiator( never mentioned in the first call). Then to top it off I get charged for repairs that I didn't agree with or know anything about. When I questioned the sudden repairs needed I was told "well your car is old and it probably time to get a new car, I can set you up with a sales rep". Really now & suddenly what if we could get you all of your money back for the repairs!!!! Since getting my car back, I suddenly have some metal scraping sound going on, suddenly am seeing radiator fluid and brake fluid and have an oil leak. NONE of which was happening before taking my car to Rick Case Hyundai. I told a couple people about my experience and have been given similar situations that have happened to others in which their car worked worse after taking it to RICK Case Hyundai and every person had Rick Case representatives trying to SELL them another Vehicle. SO BEWARE THAT YOUR CAR WILL GO IN ONE WAY AND COME OUT WORSE THEN WHEN YOU TOOK IT IN , unless it's one of their NEW cars that's still under warranty. And even then BEWARE of something that's not under warranty suddenly needing replaced. read more

I bought a brand new SantaFe a few years ago and the backup camera never worked consistently so I brought the car in multiple times for the service department to test it and determine what was wrong with it, and of course to have it replaced. Every time I took my car in they said that if they can't see it fail they would not be able to do anything. Of course the issue is intermittent so when I brought it in it never failed, however as soon as I left the lot and parked somewhere else it did not work. I finally was able to make it fail in front of a technician at the lot but they would not take my car in because it was late in the afternoon and they were ready to close. I went back for an oil change this week and asked them to test the backup camera and of course was told the same thing again. After so many tries I got frustrated and sure enough got mad because they gave me the runaround (service told me to see sales, sales told me to see service, people would not acknowledge me when I came to see them, etc). The service manager's (Tammy Baker) reaction when I raised my voice to demand attention was to yell back at me and kick me out of the place, she would not let me explain, was totally rude and as a "customer service" manager she did nothing to try to figure out how deal with the situation properly. She was completely unprofessional and the other staff was good for nothing, they just sit around and help you only if you are going to buy. I have bought two cars from this dealership but I sure enough will never buy one again, they have nothing but disrespect for their customers. If I could give this dealership zero stars I would but I give it a 1 star since the system does not allow zero stars. read more

Worst Hyundai Dealership I have dealt with. I had my 15,000 mile service done here and they overcharged compared to the other dealers--it was a holiday Monday and the other dealers were closed and I needed to get the service done. What really compounded my negative experience was that they took of my OEM perfectly working wiper blades and charged me as part of this service to put on cheap, dysfunctional 3rd party blades that squeak every stroke and did not effective work. Then I asked them to send me replacement blades in the mail, they said they would but never arrived. I just cut my losses dealing with them and bought new blades a Jim Elilis--I wholeheartedly recommend going to them over Rick Case. read more

We were 12 hours from home traveling to Atlanta for our first vacation as a engaged couple. 30 mins south of Atlanta, my 2014 Hyundai Sonata died in the middle of 70 mph traffic. We have road side service with Hyundai and we were towed to Rick Case's hyundai dealership where we were greeted by the rudest woman working in service. We are 12 hours from home with no clue where we were by the time we got towed and how we were going to get around with no car. We were told to go sit in the lobby and we will get to you eventually mind you it's 4pm on a Friday where many rental companies close at 5pm and chances are the lady rudely told us we are probably stuck there till Tuesday at the earliest before they could even look at my car and that they couldn't do anything about it. We had VIP tickets given to us for a engagement gift to the Atlanta Braves game that very night. Upset and worried I went and asked the reception desk if there was a another hyundai location close by that could possibly help us by looking at our car sooner since we were only on vacation till Tuesday and the receptionist told us there was one 15 mins down the road. At this time the service lady saw this and stormed over and told me to not talk to the lady behind the counter that she can't help us with anything. I was blown away by how the woman talked to me and how she belittled the employer behind the counter as I was just asking a simple question. After my fiancé saw this, he asked the tow truck driver reload my car and drive us over to the other Hyundai dealership because how I was treated at this dealership and couldn't get over how someone could speak to a complete stranger like this and work in a service department for a large dealership. The tow truck driver called and told the other dealership our situation. We arrived to Jim Ellis Hyundai and the grandson of Jim Ellis himself came out and had things lined up with a loaner car for the night and sent us on our way worry free that we were in good hands and to enjoy our Engagement gift at the Atlanta Braves game. I wouldn't take a bicycle that alone a vehicle to Rick Case's dealership unless you want to be treated like trash and just another number on the customer list. read more

I've purchased 7 cars in the last 10 years, 2 of them from this dealership. Never have I had such an awful experience. You think car salesmen get a bad wrap? ? I say, so deserved. Never have I ever felt to deceived, so purposely lied to, talked down at, neglected, or disregarded. They wanted me to buy the car they most wanted to sell, refused to answer any of my questions directly, and after waiting around for almost 3 hours! I left without a new car, not so much as a quote on one of the 3 vehicles I expressed an interest in. I called them at noon asking how connected hyundai and kia were. The salesman answered very Confidently, "Very connected. I could sell you either." This was great news since I was interested in one of each to begin with. He said he'd do leg work, pick out the vehicles, have things ready when I got there. This wasn't the case, and his manager was very direct in telling me he could not sell me a kia. He suggested other hyundai models, even offered used luxury cars though I said I only buy new cars, came in specifically looking for new cars, and since he was adamant. ..I test drove one. Well, we ran out of gas, then the battery died. We were stranded, 25 degrees outside. They decided to send someone to get us, dropped me off at kia since they had the jumper box. He said he would be back in ten minutes. An hour later, no one was back, no one helped me, no one there would speak to me without an attitude. It was clear, no one wanted me there. I walked back to hyundai and for 15 minutes I stood around while everyone carried on like I wasn't there. No one asked me if I needed anything or offered to help in any way. I finally walked up to the manager explained things and he said he would find my saleman. He walked in a minute later, flustered and apologetic, explaining all the issues he had. No one cared. Everyone left. The store was closing and they were done. My salesman said he'd stay, help me see the Kia. Unfortunately, no one at Kia could be bothered to help. They made us hang around for 15 minutes before giving him a key. They were rude and unprofessional in their interactions with my salesman. We got in the car, it had no gas, and when he went in to request a gas card, the tension I could see through the window, the facial expressions, body gestures, were all so uncomfortable. I couldn't stand it anymore. I got out the car, walked in, and gave them a piece of my mind. Then my sale rep confirmed they were giving him a hard time from the moment he walked in. He was embarrassed and said sorry. I told him goodbye and I would never be going back. They lost and loyal customer. They didn't seem to care. Do not get serviced here. They have a sketchy business with the service department. Told me that the Elantra I own needs to get my serpentine belt replaced because it is cracked and will rip if I keep driving it. However I was able to examine it and the belt is totally fine. I also believe that they messed with my car because after a service I've done from here, on my way out of the dealership there was a bunch of white smoke coming out of my car. This dealership fraudulently advertised pictures of a loaded Sonata Limited with a great price on both Autotrader and their own website. We called to confirm and the told us AND texted us that the pictured vehicle was on the lot at that great price. We drove over an hour to see the car and, upon arrival, were told the pictured vehicle in the ads didn't exist, and they brought out a stripped down base SE model Sonata at that "great" price. The only reason why this place got 1 star was the good deal I got on my car, but the service there is horrible. I brought my car in Dec 2014 and had a maintenance plan that was supposed to be for 12 services of tire rotations and oil changes. However, at the beginning of this year, they told me I no longer had the plan and claimed it was under the old owner. However, this information was not relayed to me when I first purchased the car. I was under the impression I would get my 12 services but I only received about 4. Another issue I have had with them is that I back in March 2015, I took my car to be serviced because my tire was no holding air. They said I needed a new tire and it would be under warranty. I just took my car into because my tire had a flat and they said the warranty only cover $20 for a new tire. They never told me that the warranty would pro rate the tire nor would it be this significant. If I would have know that basically the warranty was only for a year, I would have went somewhere else. These people have lied to me on two occasions about my warranty and what was covered. If you want good professional service and people who will not try to get over on you DON'T GO TO RICK CASE! Go to Jim Ellis, they are professional, they don't lie about their coverage, they don't try to get over on you. read more

If I could give a negative star, I would. Terrible customer service on two occasions, within a 7 day time period, while looking for the same vehicle! First incident was when my mother and I walked into the dealership to purchase a vehicle for her and ended up standing around for a whole 10+ minutes without any sales person greeting us with a simple, "Hello" and/ or "Welcome in" needless to say, we walked out very unhappy that day. Then we gave them another try with a vehicle we found at one of their out of state locations, we even called and set up an appointment this time. We were coordinating with the general manager over the phone about this vehichle and he said that the time we set up he would not be there, but a more knowledgeable and experienced sales manager will be there to take care of us and he will update him on the whole situation. After speaking with the General Manager, Scott Baker I assumed we were all taken care of and set to meet with the Sales Manager, Josh Nicholson to go over all the info of the transaction and settle on a price. Once again they fumbled on this. After I drove across town an hour and a half through traffic to make this appointment, we walked into the dealership and there was no initial greeting whatsoever again, this time it took about 3 minutes for a sales person to turn around and introduce herself to us and showed us to a desk where we waited to see the Sales Manager Josh since we had a scheduled meeting with him. From there we spent a whole 45 min to an hour, waiting on this manager that never even came over to say hello and being passed off from one sales person to the next that had no idea of what the situation was. The last sales person we ended up with, Jeffrey Amola had poor sales tactics and customer service, and he just walked over to us, introduced himself and showed us a contract for the car and told us to, "Sign here". We should've learned our lesson from the first visit there when we were not greeted while we stood around for several minutes. This was a horrible experience and I would never recommend anyone to buy from here. My mother that was with me is a senior citizen and we were getting the vehicle for her and she was very unhappy with the poor level of service from this company. After all that happened on that visit, they never gave me a follow up call to see how my visit/ experience was, I had to call the General Manager Scott to complain to him about what happened. There are a lot more negative things to add, but I've already written a lot. I would give them a negative 3 stars. read more

Read the reviews and then run away. Purchased 4 vehicles over a 5 year span. Initially everyone and everything was great. I had some issues with the vehicles but they were always resolved to my satisfaction. However that all changed when there was damage to one of the vehicles noticed after being serviced. This issue was passed around from the service department and the general manager numerous times. Finally after weeks of lies, calls not being returned and promises broken I terminated the relationship. I no longer utilize them for anything. After a year plus an incident that required immediate attention occurred. They were open on Sunday so I took my vehicle in. Big mistake as I had anticipated. The part was not ready for my appointment, no idea when it would arrive and couldn't reschedule. Waiting on a call back to let me know when it arrives and then we can schedule the repairs. It's been a week and counting as feared. The super warranty they advertise is not worth the aggravation of dealing with this group. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. read more

My car sounded a little off when starting.i took the car immediately in thinking I needed a battery. After they "checked" I was advised I needed a starter that was out of stock. They ordered the starter, 2 days later it was placed in, car still sounded off, horn was very low when I got home. I figured that since they removed my battery maybe the horn reset because I figured the dealer wouldn't let me leave without fixing my issue. I was wrong. The horn was low because I needed a battery, the car had a rough start because of the battery. 7 days after I had the starter put in, my car died and left my stranded in 90 degree weather. Once I got the new battery my car is back to normal. Rick Case, Tony Parks response was, oh well, you did need a starter, well what do you want us to do. He had the nastiest attitude because THEY didnt do their job!!! I was the one stuck, I'm the one that paid for a starter I didnt need but Hes mad??!!!!!!! I would have gladly paid for a battery just like I paid for the starter. They failed me and didnt even take responsibility. read more

My car was in for warranty service this week (extended warranty that I paid an extra $1600). Received a call stating that my car was ready. Drove 30 miles to dealership and walked into the service department. There were 2 reps busy with customers so I waited patiently. When Tammy Bake(service manager) finished, she walked right pass me to another customer who arrived after I did. Guess he was a better paying customer! I again waited for another rep. After additional 3-4 minutes I spotted my car and walked to look at the work done. I could see through the window that the work was not done. I turned and walked back to the service department where I was greeted by Sarah. This was the first person that had spoke to since arriving. She advised the she would be with me shortly. A few minutes later, Sarah asked if she could assist me. I advised that my car was not fixed as was promised. She inspected and confirmed. She immediately called on her cell phone to inquire what had happened. This is where things turned bad. She advised that "a third party vendor" made a mistake and it was their fault, not Rick Case. I explained that Rick Case was at fault and they she take responsibility as I paid Rick Case and not the third party. She advised that it would take another 1-2 hours to have this corrected. I simply stated that due to their own fault, I wanted a detail done on my car. She immediately advised that she could not authorize a $190 detail. She then walked back into the service area where she advised Ms. Baker of the issue. Ms. Baker then stated the same, "it was the fault of a third party" and they are not responsible. I again advised that I did not pay a third party, I paid Rick Case. Sarah left the area with no explanation and I was left standing at the counter. After a few minutes, I asked Ms. Baker what was going on? She stated that I would have to talk with Sarah- I stated that she was gone with my car and told me nothing. She advised that she would be back shortly. I could see that I was getting no where with the manager so I went to the waiting area. 17 minutes passed and my son advised that Sarah was back. I entered the service department and Sarah was writing something on a file. She told me, " give me a minute and I will be with you". I returned to the waiting area and waited. Sarah arrived in the waiting area 3-4 minutes later, but much to my surprise, she went to speak with another customer. WOW, I could not believe this! Back to the service department I walked. Ms. Baker denied eye contact with me as I was 3-5 feet from her. After 2-3 minutes, I went to the sales floor and asked for the general manger. I was told he as not in,but he was in charge-did it get his name, but very nice man! He walked into service department where guess who was walking in, Sarah! She immediately asked me to come to her station where she told me that they had fixed the problem and she would give me a free oil change on my next visit. I took my keys and left. This happened 3 days ago and no inquiry from Rick Case. Every time that I go, I get a phone survey within 24 hours. I guess they knew what to expect... read more

I have purchased three Hyundai's from Rick Case over the last 3 years. The experience was good until this past April, when I purchased a Sonata. Rick Case charged me a $500+ Documents fee to get the vehicle titled with the DMV so that I could get my tag. They dropped the ball and despite my calling Ken, the Sales Manager who sold me the vehicle over the next couple of months (he assured me he would look into it and never called back), the company they hired to handle the actual application cancelled the application. Rick Case never told me this. Here it is July, 4 months later, and I can't get the car registered and can't drive the car. Ken had dodged my calls and I am still waiting for the GM to return my calls. This has been a disaster. Oh, Ken did return a call and offered to take my new car back in exchange for my old one (like that was what I wanted, to trade down). These guys have no integrity. Once the sale is complete, I felt like second hand news. read more

Awful dealership! I wish I could give them 0 stars. The salesman was completely pushy and told me I was wasting his time trying to do a trade in on for a used vehicle and that I HAD to get new if I was doing a trade in. We get past that after expressing that we don't really have to trade in our car but we wanted to downsize from an SUV to a sedan. His eyes lit up when he knew we had a top of the line SUV already so now he was interested in the trade in. We drove over an hour to get there after calling about the car, asking various questions, and asking if there was damage. They of course said no damage so we were ready for the test drive. Car comes out and damage ALL down the right side of the car purposefully edited out in the pictures. Mind you, they only took pictures from 3 angles instead of four. I called them out on their slack WITH the sales manager sitting with the salesman and the sales manager had the audacity to say "not my problem" and "we didn't ask you to drive an hour to look at." Like wtf!! THEN we got up to leave to go get our keys from the counter from the appraisal (which we never received the appraisal from the shady sales manager) and I had asked the sales manager for the keys and he said "yep, can't leave without those, you should've already asked for them" like what did he think I was doing?! I was clearly going to get them. Save yourself the trip and don't come to these shady people!!! I should have listened to everyone else's negative reviews. read more

WORST experience I have ever had with a dealership, the head of service (Tammy) is super rude, not helpful and has a horrible attitude never willing to help, they lied about things that were wrong with my car to upcharge me but I didn't know until I took it somewhere else I mean, I had to bring my car back 3 different times to hear bs. I would never ever ever in my life return to buy a car from them again. read more
