We got two pizzas a taco beef one and a Hawaiian style. Both pizza were loaded with toppings. They were delicious, cooked right. The crust was delicious and the price was right. Pizza crust taste pre-made. The pizza is just ok and you might do better with pizza pizza honestly. The taco pizza is a joke. They just don't make it work. If that makes sense. I have been seeing ads and came by this Winter Deal: 3 large pizza's and a lasagne for $51.99. Very good deal compared to many pizza places for the amount of cheese and toppings they put. You can see in the photo they do not cheap out on toppings and cheese. Crust was toasty and not oily compared to Pizza Hut's pan pizza. The lasagne was saucy, cheesy, and meaty. They also put the toppings pretty much to the edge so you don't have much of the crust. They have a pick up special of 10% but you can not double dip with their other specials. They are also just next to Lotus which I have been a few times and wish I knew about this place earlier! I saw only two people working and they only allow 1 person at a time so it may be a wait if you are trying to call/pick up. COVID-19 practises: 1 person only. Sanitizer available. You will need to politely ask the person to wait outside if you notice them just taking up the space while you could be helped. The staff/owner's don't so if someone is standing on their phone inside and you know your order is done get in there! read more

Best pizza ever. So many great recipes. I am fairly picky eater and grew up only ordering Hawaiian Pizza. Graduated to Tropical Hawaiian but stalled out there. This place has a Taco pizza that is just so good. Cheese Hamburger is good too. Meat Lovers packs a punch. The margarita is so good with spinach and cheese. Chicken Special is good too with a different sauce on it (which isn't my personal favorite). I now have a hard time deciding which pizza (or 2) I will order! Easy part is choosing Rmd Pizza. They have a Lasagna/Pizza deal that comes with Garlic Toast and pop which is great to have a lasagna for the next night. (It is good too but not my favorite sauce.) When family/friends come to town, always try to order so they can taste what I've raved about. They are very similar to Round Table Pizza where I used to order from and enjoyed but #5 is closer to my home. Not sure if they are affiliated? (I'm not sure their online ordering works. -Decent pizza place- There's really not much to say. The pizza had a toasty crust. Toppings were a decent amount. It wasn't buried in specialty toppings, but it had a healthy dosage of deli meats on the underlayer. We ordered the everything special and tropical Hawaiian. Both were overall good! I picked Richmond Pizza for a recent Ubereats delivery for the first time, and I was glad I chose it for its gluten free option. I noticed no other pizza shops in Richmond had this choice on their Ubereats menu. The pizza I ordered tasted way better than expected, it was flavourful, the toppings blended well, and the portions are good. The garlic bread was fresh, their buffalo chicken wings wasn't too intense and should suit most people's preferences. I'd definitely recommend friends to try it out. Honestly I'm surprised to see so many bad ratings on here..perhaps they really took those feedback to heart and made major improvements..:-) read more

This is probably one of the worst run pizza place. They just do not know how to manage expectation and time. We ordered to pizza and was told it will be ready in 25 mins. As we were on our way to pick up, they called and told us that one of the ingredients was out. Seriously? Why can't they call right after receiving our order? I found out why later. We changed to a different kind of pizza and was told it will be ready in another 25 mins. We waiting outside. When we went to pick them up, they told us that they got a large order and there's a backlog. So what? They need to set proper expectation instead of keep taking orders that they can't fulfill on time. There were a bunch of people waiting as well. Each time they said "5 more minutes". Only another 30 minutes later did we get our pizza. In total, it was 1.5 hours from the time we first ordered. This is unfortunate as their pizza was reasonable given the price but because of the poor service we will not be back. read more

The last time we ordered from Richmond pizza our order was incorrect We were missing items, it took a long time for the order and had to call four times to the restaurant. The people at the restaurant apologized saying the driver was older and was confused and the next pizza would be on them. Tonight I ordered a pizza at 9:30 and it is now 1030 and still waiting for the pizza. I spoke with multiple people who kept putting me on hold. I decided to order from this pizza place as my son and all his friends live in the area and love the taste of this pizza, this is the second time I've had a delivery and it's not gone well. Easily amongst the worst pizza experiences I've ever had. Had an error with my online order. Called to resolve it. They couldn't find my original order. Placed a second order. They told me it would be 30 minutes. An hour later, the pizza finally arrived. I was charged more than quoted when I'd ordered it but whatever, that happens. Still tipped. Times are tough.
