Grabbed a dim sum combo with a side of sticky rice wrapped in lotus leaf as well. Everything was delicious. Please support this small business, there's no place that offers the type of true dim sum cuisine here in Reno that they do.

Parking is very easy in the shopping center lot. Honey Bakers is a small shop where you order to-go. Highlights The location offers a range of dim sum standards (har gow, siu mai, sticky rice, etc.) that you can order on demand. Around Autumn festival time, there are also mooncakes and other traditional pastries, with lotus, black bean, red bean, taro, egg custard, and other fillings. There is also a long specialty menu of sweet and savory "buns," including steamed and baked char siu bao, coconut pineapple, red bean, and chicken. I don't think I've ever seen so many options in one place, amazing! Turnaround time is pretty fast as well. Lowlights The dim sum prices are "boutique," and by that, I mean much more expensive than dim sum restaurants I've been to. Dim sum doesn't have that many offerings around here, and so you pay for the convenience. The buns are more reasonably priced, but the fillings are on the low side, and some aren't quite as fresh or tasty as I'm used to. Again, demand often impacts these factors, so I can appreciate a small business has to balance things. Overall, a convenient option if you're craving dim sum or Chinese sweets.

The Chinese Duck House serves Roast Duck. The duck was good, not dry or oily but also not amazing. It was good but not amazing. We started our meal with the Chicken and Corn Soup. One of my favorite soups, this was prepared perfectly. Smooth, flavorful and served hot, it was perfect. A great way to start our evening. We ordered the Fried Tofu. Now this was amazing. The Tofu, lighted breaded was cooked to perfection, with a slight crispness to the outside and silky smooth on the inside. So good. We also ordered the Salt & Pepper Pork Ribs. The seasoning was really delicious. The slices of pork was a little on the thicker side, which was nice but the meat was a bit on the dry side. Great flavor but a bit dry. We ordered the Beef Chow Fun with gravy. Everything was really good but the noodles seemed to stick together making them a bit bulky and a bit chewy in texture. If the noodles hadn't stuck together, I think the dish would have been much better. We ordered the garlic green beans, a special on the board. A wonderful taste of garlic and onion, the green beans were cooked perfectly. So good. If you want good, simple Chinese, the Chinese Duck House is a solid option. It's nothing fancy but its clean with good service and ofcourse delicous food.

The Atlantis Resort and Casino is already a must stop spot whether you're a Reno local or visiting Reno for the first time, so while you're here/if you haven't already, you definitely need to check out Red Bloom. Red Bloom brings a unique blend of popular cuisine from China, Japan, Korea, Singapore, Thailand and Vietnam to create a great menu of variety and flavors. From atmosphere, to food, to service it was overall a great experience. Transparently, it isn't often I receive 'bad service' however this particular day at Red Bloom, exceeded expectations. Not only was staff incredibly kind and welcoming but they truly delivered a quality customer experience. Everyone was incredibly hospitable and checking in with us regularly, we felt like VIP members and this alone created a very positive ambiance for our meal. We had such a hard time deciding on our options that day but ended up going with a number of appetizers rather than entrees as well as a Mango fruit tea boba! I'm a sucker for boba and the tea itself was super refreshing and very aesthetically pleasing. I'm not a huge fan of pork plates however, there are a few that I will bend for and the Pork Bao Buns are what bring me back to Red Bloom every time! They are such a nice texture and the cucumber compliments the meat very well. We also grabbed the BBQ pork buns, Crab Rangoon and lastly some Shrimp Har Gow which we topped with some chili crunch and soy sauce and it made a great bite!! Overall, it is always a great experience at Red Bloom. If you're looking for quality customer service, hospitality and good eats it's definitely worth checking out!

Not only has the food become more fine dining, but so has the dining room and the restaurant's popularity! It's virtually impossible to eat here without a reservation giving the small dining area and limited tables, and they are regularly well booked in advance, so it is very recommended to give them a call well in advance to make sure you have a table reserved before arriving hoping to be seated. My favorite dishes are the kung pao chicken and their pork fried rice, but they have several other popular dishes, especially their rangoons. The portions are large and entrees don't typically come with rice, so it is best to order dishes family style to be shared. I can't wait to return, I am excited to try their Mongolian beef next!

Parking was easy since the restaurant sits a little away from the busiest part of the center. We were greeted right away and seated as soon as we walked in. The dining room is large with an open layout and plenty of room between tables. The decor follows a classic Asian style with umbrellas hanging from the ceiling and themed pieces throughout the space. Service was warm and attentive. Our server checked in often, stayed on top of drink refills, and answered questions without hovering. We ordered a mix of Chinese dishes and dim sum. The dim sum stood out and ended up being the highlight of the meal. The main dishes were less consistent. The calamari felt heavy with breading, and the pot stickers, while flavorful, didn't quite hit the mark. The fried rice and duck were both on the salty side. Overall, the place is comfortable with kind service, solid dim sum, and a few dishes that could use a lighter touch.
