The Gai Wings were flavorful, moist on the inside, and perfectly crispy on the outside. The Lemongrass Soup was bright and slightly herbal with a refreshing hint of lemon. The Pad See-U had that wonderful savory, slightly sweet soy sauce flavor, and the Sautéed Eggplant was soft and silky with a savory, garlicky flavor and just a touch of sweetness.
