I didn't complain because of the high rating on Yelp, I thought 'well maybe in Thailand they use picked vegetables and they pickle the potatoes and carrots' (trying to keep an open mind), however I just check on Google and it says "Traditional Thai yellow curry--and standard Thai, Indian, or Japanese curries in general--never use fermented or pickled potatoes and carrots."
