I know it is all about the hauling but it tells me that the guys that work for this company, doing hard work, are all class. Last moment of truth. I pre-paid for a 3/4 of a truck. The owner (sorry, I'm bad with names) was the one working and within ten minutes, he'd recommended a vacuum based on our needs and budget. Never once did I feel pressured to buy a more expensive unit and there were no upsells or anything like that. He was super friendly, clearly knew his stuff, and sold us a Titan T3200 along with an additional box of vacuum bags. I did some research after getting home and Napa Valley Vacuum's pricing was competitive compared to online - there was no markup, and we got to support a local business. The owner offered to assemble it for us for free, but we opted to just do it ourselves. The new vacuum works great, and seems well built. I don't doubt this will last a very long time. As a bonus, we were told that the vacuum includes two free annual services and they'd even throw a new bag in at that time. How cool is that? Overall, I'd give more than five stars if I could, and really appreciate this business. Highly recommended!

I ordered online a 6 pack of Ultraphase 1 detergent and was upset that a 3 pack of UP1 and 3 pack of UP2 arrived instead. When I contacted the company Russell admitted to his mistake and completely refunded me and told me to keep the rest of the order! I received confirmation from Russ, the owner, that he got the tracking number for the package. Then I didn't hear a word from him for over two weeks. When I asked for a status update, I was ordered to "be patient." After a spirited discussion, Russ had to edit his website so that the advertisement for scissor sharpening now more accurately reflected reality. Some time passed and I finally got another message from Russ - informing me that he had given my Ginghers to someone else. He claimed that she would ship them to me, but that was a lie. The rando he gave my scissors to is a thief who has kept them for herself. So I trusted Napa Sew And Vac to sharpen my Ginghers for me, and instead I got robbed. When I asked Russ how he was going to fix this situation, I was again ordered to "be patient." He didn't actually do anything to help until I stared posting reviews and publicly sharing my experience - then suddenly he was willing to take action! He eventually bought me a replacement set of Ginghers and shipped them to me. Which, ultimately, was the right thing to do, but it's not the same. I also have no way of reviewing the sharpening service Napa claims to provide, because I never got the scissors that were actually sharpened returned to me.
