After evaluating the situation, he determined that the issue was a damaged power line that needed to be rewired, which was outside the scope of an HVAC repair. Instead of simply leaving, Derek took the time to explain the problem and gave me the knowledge I needed to make the repair myself. It's rare to find a company that is this responsive, honest, and helpful. Having an air conditioning technician show up the same day during a heat wave is impressive, and the customer service was exceptional. Even though his schedule was already full that day, Don made the time to come out between appointments and quickly fixed the issue.
