Dry but tender and flavorful. I love that char grilled flavor. Bbq sauce nothing special but glory sauce had that NC vinegar tang plus sweetness to cut through the heavy pork meat. Mac n cheese & slaw were good. Nothing special. Corn bread was average. The warm/hot buns/bread was awesome.
