The hallmarks, to me, seemed to be the softness of the bakes and the sensitive balance of contrasting flavors and textures. To channel my favorite Top Chef contestant of all time, Carla Hall, this coffee tastes like it's roasted with love! I can't say enough nice things about the owner, John Rich, who works the COVID-safe takeout window and has evidently donated coffee for Sherman School SPTO meetings for years.
