Went a bit out of our way to try this coffee shop which had received good reviews. The shop is in a gray, bland industrial looking building, which also houses a gym and a rock/gemstone store. There is plenty of parking. The outside of the coffee house isn't impressive. But inside - it is rustic, large and has many tables around, some in corners to create an intimate and private space. It's very comfortable and inviting. The coffee house was clean and the bathrooms were clean as well. The staff were very friendly. They offer a variety of coffees, typical of an artisan coffee shop. There was food and different types of good looking pastries offered. We ordered a Macchiato but they didn't know how to make that. So we settled on two Cappuccinos. The prices were a bit cheaper then other well know coffee places. The cups and lids were a bit of a disappointment. They were cheaply made and I was worried the lid would pop off. Unfortunately we were not impressed with the coffee. It was watery and weak and we ended up not finishing them. This is a very nice looking shop, and the staff was sweet, but unfortunately the mediocre coffee doesn't make it worth a return visit for me. read more

Really sweet staff and a lovely welcoming space - the arugula egg sandwich on sourdough has bacon and cream cheese and is such a delicious choice! I also got a iced coffee with oat milk, and it was a really good coffee. There's plenty of seating and is definitely family and kid friendly! read more

My husband introduced me to this cafe a year ago, and I absolutely love coming here. It's a hidden gem. I love how they make everything fresh and the breakfast is always so delicious. I decided to get the ABC breakfast, but I put it on a wrap . The only thing I didn't care for was the apple butter, and the yolk wasn't really cooked fully. Other than that everything was very good. Came here recently to grab coffee on the go with a friend. From the outside, you can't tell that its a coffee shop, it looks more like a commercial building. Upon walking in, the space is pretty spacious and cozy - good place to catch up with a friend or do some studying (when this pandemic is over). They have a good selection of foods and pastries to choose from. You can also buy coffee to brew at home (they got some really big bags here). Coffee was good and prices are very reasonable. Worth the travel to try here, the staff was very friendly and more than happy to answer any questions i had with the menu. The lemonade i had was very fresh and really did taste homemade since it was so lightly sweet and not heavy like a syrup mix made. Had the chipotle maple sausage breakfast sandwich, first they toasted the sourdough bread perfectly, no burnt spots and not overcooked to cardboard, real fried eggs nicely over easy, sausage was great, but have to say it tasted bit dry, the maple syrup was a sweet treat to a savory sandwich, as for the chipotle sauce, wish was bit stronger since the maple syrup really was just so sweet, so no contrast. Overall, a great sandwich way above what you get at any local diner or other cafes. Chocolate chip cookie was amazing, soft center and crunchy outer edge, with a buttery mouth feel bite. The toffee glazed cookie, was alright, disappointed it was not soft and all crunchy and kind dried out. The Irish cream macaroon was yummy, lightly sweet and velvety cream spread in the middle, plus i like golden sprinkles on top, really selling the theme well. Update: management reached out to make it right, good sign of a business run well. Original review: I always drive by and finally stopped to try out the coffee. I ordered a hazelnut latte with oatmilk. Not sure if the oatmilk needed to be shaken, but the latte was watery. The flavor was meh. In the future I'll just get a regular coffee with cream to play it safe. Also use a sleeve/napkin before you grab your cup from the barista because they make them HOT, I work at a coffee shop and regularly handle hot cups so I mean this one had to be close to 190°/200°. My friends and I every Friday morning go to Noble Coffee Roasters before school because their food is so good. We normally get a hot chocolate and some warmed buttered croissants. Driven by a few times on the way to my brother's country club. Finally made it in. Wow, unexpected delight. Full coffee menu, including espresso, drinks, Italian sodas, lots of syrups for steamers. The cold brew was on point. No trace of bitter, smooth and bold. of course drank it straight black. Be sure to check out the full bakery cases and lots of seating. I came in during the week and wanted a STRONG black coffee so the helper told me to try a Pressed pot but the coffee wasn't grinded enough and it was the weakest coffee I've ever had, it was a total waste of money. I did have an excellent lemon tart and an awesome espresso. The problem is you have a bunch of young workers who don't care about the product they put out or maybe they just weren't trained properly. I was really excited to come here because I live so close and I was pleasantly surprised. The atmosphere is calm and welcoming. I was looking for a nice spot to write and this place is perfect. I expected Albanians to make a good coffee and they did, my cousin got a smoothie with mango and strawberry which was also great. They had Albanian coffee and pite on the menu which also put a smile on my face. The staff was really nice and friendly to everyone. After years of patronizing Noble Coffee Roasters to great satisfaction, visits over recent months have been decidedly lackluster. An unfortunate incident with the manager on 10/2 -- unpleasant enough to prompt this poor review-- occurred after I requested soap for the men's room, whereat there was none, nor trace: I quietly mentioned this to the bespectacled "manager" Evan and was told, "Sorry, the dispenser was stolen yesterday," while he wore an annoyed smirk at the temerity of its asking. I obviously wasn't the first to be a nuisance. Any alternative available? He repeated the mention of the great caper of yesterday, more firmly, amping up the attitude as if I wasn't getting it, and as if it were a valid excuse. After the encounter another patron who overheard his replies thanked me and she mentioned leaving a review. Let's lay aside the revelatory revulsion of significant food/beverage prep happening onsite without the men's room having any hand-soap since "yesterday," and consider the abject rudeness of any reply instead of, "thanks for letting me know, I'll take care of it." He didn't seem to understand the import of food handlers (and hey, customers too) being able to wash their hands after using the toilet (during a pandemic). Instead as if I were just being a nuisance, he identified himself as the manager, and finally told me I could just use the sink in the ladies' room, which was busy enough without diverting all of Saturday's clients and staff past its own sink. And Evan, the staff waiting to get back to the kitchen sink to wash risks cross-contamination along the way. By mid-afternoon on any weekday, as if waiting till closing to deal with it, the condiment/creamer table is messy and in need of all supplies. Often the cook is running food to tables, tickets are backing-up while this happens, and just as often it's bc nobody is poking their head back there to see about pitching-in: The emphasis remains on supporting the most mundane front-counter tasks. Mornings start sharp, and it's steady diminishment from there. On any day, the two most mercilessly busy people are always the person working the register, and the griddle cook. The rest are bouncing inefficiently off each other around the cappuccino/espresso maker. Same staff count, but this ever-busy cafe used to run like a Ferrari and is now a joke. Staff seem to be waiting to be told what to do, and no one's telling. *Retrain that manager who shamelessly thinks that not providing soap is okay in a public restroom, whatever the reason. I've not seen this guy take a step-back and assess how well (or not) the staff is running at any time now that he's identified himself as in-charge. The smallest bump at the door and they're instantly in the weeds. There's no sense that improving the customer experience is the goal. Consequently, the cheekiness seems plastic. And yet there are terrific, friendly associates on the team. Please promote them. *Never allow the overwhelmed cook to run food out into the dining area unless there is absolutely no one to do so: Aside from the increased risk of cross-contamination, in the real world there's always a follow-up request that stretches the time-sink away from their job, requiring a return/re-visit more appropriate for a runner (i.e., may I have ketchup?). There is always help, though they're oblivious of the grill cook's need--because no one is talking about help with each other! Get a desk bell pronto. No one seems to be asking each other for help... *Person working the register should be expected to direct the counter help as the main expeditor. Instead the help they receive while taking customer orders is ad hoc and just inefficient (see last bullet). *Have a clear punch list of tasks during downtime. Institute an hourly audit of the condiment area. It's often depleted and unappetizing. *Larger-sized black teas get a single tea bag, and all that gets upped is the hot water volume. So that's what you pay the larger premium for, more hot water. Really? Throw an extra tea bag in there so you're not serving insipid tea. I understand staff shortages, but having patronized NCR's for 3 years now on a near-daily basis, I notice the same head count is still there, but the new faces lack the same devotion to superior customer service that the place had in the past, and it definitely shows. read more

Food and treats are delightful but you can wait 10 mins while a quiche is heated up bc the cook sometimes is delivering food to tables. Six people are making your coffee though. Stopped her on way back after a trip to Port Jervis. Wonderful atmosphere, nicely displayed pastries, bright, airy and inviting. Very busy on this rainy Saturday! Decaf Cappuccino & Albanian coffee were superb. The almond horn looked wonderful but was on the dry side and not what I'm accustomed too , not very flavorful and not much almond. The waitress was kind enough to substitute a different item. The lemon pastry with powdered sugar was also excellent. Will stop again, throughly enjoyed ourselves chatting away. I am a student visiting for 5 weeks. I was recommended to come here for good coffee so I thought I might spend the day here studying. I saw that there is WiFi but what good is that if there are no outlets to plug your computer in. Maybe this is not the vibe that they want but I really hoped it was a place I could do my work and enjoy some coffee. I ordered a BLT, it was just ok but made poorly. There's a small menu of lunch options including a good grilled cheese sandwich. Coffees are varied in flavor, size, hot/cold etc. The lemonade and apple ciders (both seasonal options) were very good. Down sides:. Closed on Sundays. No longer open later than six with the exception of the music nights.
