I live in Monroe and recently found out about this spot the next town over. I am always looking for independent coffee joints. Since I'm in Chester a couple times a week, I've been wanting to check it out and finally got there this past week with my son. I got the Gronk Latte, which has vanilla and caramel syrup and it was smooth, sweet and delicious! My son got a smoothie which was also really tasty. Prices were reasonable. Went there at 11:40 on a Sunday with Google Maps saying they are open until noon and yelp saying they are open until 1:00. No one was there- the front door was pulled shut. Poor ability to keep to time and I was excited to try it. Won't be back. read more

Got to this establishment very early on when they were just starting out - since then they have made additional quaint improvements that make it a fun filled spot to stop in and enjoy local eats with local music . Ok this shop is ADORABLE! The menu is huge and absolutely insane, I feel like there is something for everyone! We appreciated the hospitality, and how many styles of coffee you can order - our coffees were strong and so great. Homemade pastries, coffee beans, and don't forget a full line up of events and shows at 3pm! This place also serves drinks so it's perfect for anytime of day! Owner is so nice and personable. Menu has a little something for everyone, and the coffee was good and strong. There was a gorgeous outdoor space, as well as a stage set up inside and it looked like there was a full bar as well. This place is a nice spot for a coffee drink or a beer hood seating on the front porch inside or the back; they have live music it's not my favorite coffee spot, the reason is I try one of the specialty drinks and wasn't a strong coffee taste, but It's definitely a pleasant spot in the area. read more

finally came across this place after living in the area for almost a decade! better late than never! went about a month ago with my sister and i'm still talking about their london fog special and almond croissant, typical price for the area but I'm so content because it's actually good and worth it. barista was also very nice :) only teensy critic is the seating arrangement...really wish this cafe had a comfy lounge area (especially because they have live music nights). it's barstools and wicker outdoor furniture that looks like it was just brought inside? a "Friends" styled couch or some comfy reading chairs would be amazing! overall, can't wait to come back :) read more

My teen daughter and I ate here first and enjoyed it so much we brought my husband back a short time later! The atmosphere and decor is creative and inviting; there is a small stage and various seating. Its not very large so get there a little early if you are attending a show. There is also picnic table outdoor seating with a nice meadow view in the back. The service is great and the owner was so friendly and welcoming! The menu had a variety of options including coffee, sodas and alcoholic drinks to satisfy a variety of tastes. We enjoyed the food and drinks and will definitely be returning! read more

Could not recommend this place enough !!! The baked goods are always fresh and SO yummy. I am a HUGE chai addict and have tried different kinds from all places local and this place by far has the BEST chai I have EVER had! So if you are a lover, you no longer have to search! Such a great coffee shop! Stopped in today for a to go lunch. Their special soup of the day was Gumbo with rice. Omgosh SOOOO GOOD!!! And since I was there...I grabbed a Maple Nut Latte as it was on their specials board. Latte was perfection. Great espresso w just the right amount of spice and sweet. Great addition to the Village of Chester. Best coffee this side of the river. Cool vibes, nice owner and good baristas. I like their macchiatos. Perfect place to refuel before a walk or bike ride on the Heritage trail. And you can study up about the old blues musicians on the wall placques while their music plays in background. read more

My first time at Meadow Blues was for their grand-reopening -- a location close by that is apparently much more spacious than their former establishment. The service was incredible and the owner actually stayed open a little later to make sure I could get my coffee. The place has a stage inside for karaoke nights and open seating in the back with games for the kids, such as corn-hole. They have an array of options from smoothies to matcha teas to great tasting coffee. Definitely a place I will be returning to! read more
