Stewart's sells 6 packs for that amount... The staff has a hard time placing orders inside when there is a touch screen. Not everyone wants to use one or may have a specific request that can't be done in a touch screen. It may be time to make my own doughnuts. read more

The first incident was few months ago when I asked for an order and 6 orders of hash brown, I was told that I am not allowed to buy 6 orderyof hash brown, he can give me two only !!! I went to a different DD, at the second Dunkin Donuts they gave me hash brown as many as I wanted ut they did not have the rest of my order so I had to go back to the first one! Today I went there started my order with asking about Munchkins I was told they are out for the day, offered me donuts, I told them I will go somewhere else and get all of my order at once, went to the one on my way home, it was closed for construction, searched for a third lication and went there they don't have a drive through service so it was hard for me to go inside with 3 kids under the age of 5.. Went back to the first one to get only donuts, after I ordered, I asked for Munchkins again and the girl kindly told me that they have them !!! How come ?? The supervisor Charlie is mean and rude, he was standing next to her when he heard me asking for a manger, he was doing something but he did not even bother by looking at me until 3 minutes later, then immediately told me that the employee who told me no Munchkins was fired !!! Lol how stupid would I be to believe that he was fired in the past half an hour!!! I said I don't believe you, just as you don't believe what you're saying!! This is consistently the worst experience we have at a dunkin, every time we order here. The crew gets our order wrong every time. I have a dairy allergy and we mustve said five times for oat milk, they gave me regular milk-- again. This isnt the first time this has happened with them either. Also they seem put out and angry every time we order here. We felt like asking if the guy was ok who was taking our order because he was straight up groaning while taking our order like the whole time. If this was all a one time thing Id let it go. The drive thru line was extremely long, I waited over 15 minutes at the window for my coffee and for my food. The person that was supposed to be working the window walked away and went doing something else for another 15 minutes and no one even bothered to ask what I was waiting for. Horrible ! The staff aren't trained on how to make the drinks. If you order an ice latte they give you a cup of milk... I don't see anything wrong with this Dunkin' Donuts.. I go here often on my break from work or before/after work.. it's in a good location by some other stores like shop rite, tractor supply or the bowling alley. The prices are the same as other dunkins. They've never told me that they're out of something. They have comfy couch seating and table seats with chairs and booths and they have stool seats along the window with wall outlets. I think I've had hard crispy cheese on something I've ordered once but I showed them and they replaced it.. I hate when places do that. They give you old crap and they can clearly see it looks gross. The coffee has been terrible here lately. To me it either tastes old, bitter, too much milk, and not enough sugar even though I always get my drinks light and sweet. The one on 211 in Middletown is so much better and consistent. My last drink was so bitter and tasted like the coffee was old and they did not make it light and sweet like I asked. Today I got a hot coffee instead of iced and it tastes mostly like milk with not much sugar in it. Tried to give them a few chances but it seems like they're issues will never be fixed. I don't know if the entire staff is new, but they just don't seem to know what they're doing. No matter the time of day, the drive-thru lane is always long and wraps around the building because the staff is so slow and incompetent. Most of them don't wear their masks properly even though they're working with food. Yesterday, after placing my order at the speaker, I was sitting at the window waiting for about five minutes while the staff was just milling about chatting and one girl by the window was wiping down the counter. She didn't even acknowledge my presence. I finally got tired of waiting and asked her for my order that I could see just sitting on the counter. I used to like this location and the staff was good but in the past six months or so, the quality has gone downhill. This place is a mess! Without fail, every time I come here, my order is messed up. From half empty lattes to wrong bagels. Staff has absolutely no idea what is going on. I ordered a whole wheat bagel with nothing on it and got a plain bagel with cream cheese. Told them what the order should be and got a whole wheat bagel with cream cheese. Food is rarely fresh. My experience here was ruined as I watched the manager have a screaming match with one of her customers. Not what I expected at all. I came in on a Sunday afternoon and was so appalled to see this. The customer was waiting on line for 12 minutes and complained about her service. She asked the cashier (yes there was only one) for his manager. Customer service is terrible! I went to order an Iced Coffee and I was on the Dunkin website while waiting in line doubling checking if I can veganize the order. I accidentally missed the place to order and an employee came out, was very irritated and told me, "you have to order back there, or it's gonna fuck everything up." and walked off. The rare overwhelming need for a coffee is the only reason I find myself returning to this Dunkin' Donuts. Every now and again, I convince myself to go for a cup and a breakfast sando real quick before I run some errands ( I live 1 minute away). EVERY time I receive my order I am instantly reminded why I had previously told myself I would never return. The coffee is usually forgivable, but the food they serve is mind blowing. Once they put my tots in the bag upside down... thanks. Every sandwich I have ever purchased from this location looks like it was assembled by a toddler. Flat breads are consistently burnt and hard as a rock. I have worked in a deli before and I know it can be stressful at times when it is busy, but this is inexcusable!! With my experience working at a renown local deli, I could run a DD with my eyes closed. The staff is to blame, the employees suck. Management is worse, the problem hasn't been corrected, or even improved in the slightest.
