The next day we brought the coffee back, and they were wonderful about it! They happily replaced the drink with a fresh one. The environment is also very nice. The owner puts a lot of work into decorating the place. Although it is a bit crowded, I like the vibe in general! Altogether, pretty good place. BINGO, I came across Horton House Scone Company at my local health food store. So I bought 2 and they were SO GOOD that I had to buy directly from the company. They are so good that my 30 and 32 year old couldn't even tell that they were Vegan, gluten and dairy free. Most people associate gluten or dairy free foods (actually vegan for that matter too) to be tasteless and dry. Well, think again. If it was taken out of the packaging and put on a plate at a 5 star restaurant you wouldn't know that it had no gluten or dairy. For those with nut issues they are also nut free. I feel like I absolutely hit the jackpot. My entire family eats these scones. BTW the customer service is amazing too. They went on vacation and couldn't fill my order for a couple of days. They actually called to tell me that. Everything is just great about this company. My recommendations to try: Apricot, Cinnaswirl, Peanut Butter Chip are among my favorites. Just ordered another box and will try the blueberry bayou this time. If it's like the others, I will not be disappointed. Thank you for amazing and tasty gluten and dairy free options!
