Curb appeal is great, decor is very "period" (vinyl seats, tall booths, coat racks everywhere). Service was very kind but not particularly speedy, I think that's just the vibe of the place. Red pizza is sweet tomato sauce with a chewy bread-ish bottom, light cheese. White pizza is some sort of cheese encased in dough but it's flat. See photos. Rosemary shake and whatnot on top of the white pizza. Potato pierogi's were great, HEAVY though. Actually all of it was really heavy. If you have gallbladder issues just skip right over the white pizza and the pierogi. You'll have a gallbladder attack. I'm very glad this establishment has indoor dining - the place across the street doesn't even have a dime in option, which is trash when you're just traveling through town like we are. Kid approved the red pizza wholeheartedly and enjoyed the indoor puck sliding game that was adjacent to our booth.

How does this legendary pizza only have 3 stars on here!? Just order it tonight and man it was perfect. So good so filling and fairly priced. This pizza is as unique as it is legendary. Get it while you can!

Just moved to the area and have been trying all of the Italian restaurants. This is so far the worst place I have ordered from. The portions were small compared to the price. I will not be ordering from this place again. They are an absolute scam. Many other places in the Pittston area are better. Check out Domino's before this place!!!

While on the "boys weekend" we decided to take the 40 minute drive to experience the "pizza capital of the world" by coming to Revello's. We were not impressed. We entered at 12:10 (opened at 12) to a completely empty restaurant. After multiple hollers to find if anyone could help, the kitchen staff came out to say where we could sit (the green spots due to COVID-19) and that the waitress should be coming shortly. The waitress finally showed, and we were able to order. Apparently there are some rules as to how many cuts (slices) have to be ordered. I ended up with a broccoli white cut, and three red cuts with meatball. A cut is about the size of a iPhone with a large case. The broccoli was nice and crispy with a tasty baked layer of cheese and minimal broccoli. The red cuts were not as crispy, and surprisingly a little cold. The cheese blend is a lot of American which I just could not get used to. The meatball slices were good, but had a spoonful of unheated sauce on top. My friend had three red cuts with onion, and he also had a plain white. He, too, was not impressed. Way too much goopy American cheese, and not that hot or crisped. He did like his two pumpkin beers, though. Yelp check-in got us a free "homemade" cannoli. The waitress was nice enough to give us two! My friend said that all the pizza places in this famous area known for their pizzas all use the American cheese. I don't think I'll be coming back anytime soon. Glad, though, we did check it out. Service was friendly, but inattentive to our needs. Said she'd get what we needed, but went off to complete other tasks before forgetting about us and then apologizing. There was a huge water puddle that was caused by the closers last night, and the waitress only partially cleaned it up even having a kitchen staff come to look at it and it was never attended to our whole meal. Poor. $23 for two for lunch.

Classic Old Forge pizza, one of the best. Old school for sure. Gotta try it out!

Great old school, family pizza place. Classic Old Forge that has to make the short list. Good service, great ambiance and the pizza was spot on.

Pizza is definitely rushed and no where near what is was in years past. The staff is either completely clueless or down right rude. We watched a table of six get up and walk out after no server even took their drink order for 22 minutes. It took 25 minutes to take our order and all our food came out at the same time. How is it possible it takes 45 minutes for two salads?? The pizza sauce was cold, I don't mean warm, I mean cold. It's not worth the time nor the disappointment.

Doesn't pepperoni usually curl up a little bit when it's cooked on a pizza properly?

Hard to call this pizza of any kind. If you like (barely) melted American cheese on bread, I guess this would be your place. Was this thing fully cooked or what? /shrug Shandra's is MUCH better and they're not even in Old Forge. Limited hours there though.

Looked forward to Old Forge pizza. Ordered tray of 12 cuts red pizza $17 on menu. Asked if 4 cuts could have sausage, $.40 a cut on menu. Had for sodas, $10. Got the bill, $47.28! When questioned, was told because of the 4 sausage cuts, gets billed differently. Was not told that when we ordered. We would have ordered differently, 6 cuts regular, and two orders of the 2 cuts $5, with sausage. Rebel lots won't see us again.

Uh, maybe nobody wants to work for a place that serves crappy pizza and forces their employees to wear awful shirts like this, Revello's?

My bf had been wanting to go to Old Forge to get pizza for a long time. We finally got the opportunity, as we were staying with friends who'd rented a vacation home in Damascus. We got them all excited about the pizza in Old Forge. We picked Revello's because we got there kind of late, and they stayed open til 8p. Plus, it looked like more of a sit-down place than some of the others, and we had a big group. Ugh, I feel so bad that we convinced our friends to go there. This place was such a disappointment. The pizza reminded me of school pizza, only about 1000 times more cheese. It was actually pretty gross. Not only that, the wait staff were forced to wear awful shirts saying "Sorry we're short staffed, but nobody wants to work anymore." I was just waiting for someone to come out and start preaching about how evil unemployment benefits were. Right after we paid the bill, my bf and I went across the street to Arcaro and Genell's and got a pizza from there, to go. It was 1000 times better than the school pizza at Revello's. Go there instead.

Unlike some of the other well known pizza spots in Old Forge, they are open for lunch and also have an indoor dining area. I ordered in advance since pizzas take a while to cook, and was ready right on time when promised. The lady that answered the phone was really pleasant in taking my order and answering questions I had, and also made it a point to chat with us when we came in. I appreciated the genuinely friendly conversation and her checking in to ask how the pizza was after we tried it. The interior seating area is cozy, clean, and modern, with tasteful pictures of Italy's landmarks on the wall. We went with a tray of the red, which is the standard pizza with cheese and red tomato sauce. While it looks like a Sicilian slice, it's feel is airy and much lighter, with a great crunchy crust. While the sauce and cheese were decent enough, they didn't measure up to the quality I'm spoiled with in the New Jersey/Philadelphia areas. The crust was really the star of the show, and gave vibes of a unique taste akin to a French bread and/or Ellios pizza crust the way they used to make it decades ago. While it wouldn't be in my wheelhouse for a style of pizza I'd regularly get, we were satisfied with the taste of the pizza and the overall experience. Since I haven't tried any of the other Old Forge pizzas and have nothing to compare it to, I'll chalk the pizza up to a 4.5/5 for its own unique special style, and am happy to round up for the satisfying experience and friendly service. I'd recommend giving Mary Lou's Pizza a try to others looking to experience Old Forge pizza.
