During this visit I got a chef salad... lettuce was not cut very well and little portion of meat unfortunately (nothing like the business owner pic shared on yelp from 9 years ago lol). Husband got the sausage and peppers and it was super tasty! Service was takeout and timing for items ordered was good (20 mins). Place is off a main busy road and has a few spots out front to park if available.

With that said this still should've been a five star experience if not for a couple tiny hiccups. First off, I started off drinking at their bar and bottle shop across the parking lot. In fact, I was going to get a pizza over there, except I wanted to be all healthy and get a salad as well, which was not offered on the limited, pizza and snacks only menu available at the bottle shop. I closed my tab and walked across the parking lot only find a very interesting set up of a to go area very much separated from a sit down only restaurant. Quickly figured out I need to be in the to go area, where I was able to get a draft beer while I waited for my pizza and salad to go. Luckily I asked for a min to settle my tab as I wanted a can to take with me, at which point I found out about the cash only aspect. Last part of slight disappointment resided in the fact that they let me sit there with an empty glass without telling me my pizza was ready, until I finally went to the counter and they asked if I was ready to go. Uh yeah I was actually. By the time I go back to the hotel 14 minutes away, the pizza had gotten cold and required reheating. Fortunately, it was good enough that even with the reheat, revealed itself to be one hell of a pizza. Subtract another fraction of a point for not putting any plastic silverware for my salad. By the way, salad was fine, but pizza slaps.

Nice small little location but parking is limited and traffic coming off bridge can be a pain if heavy traffic times. Seating inside with a few tables/bar stools and walk up counter service. Now, pizza... my fav is Grandma's style and it did not disappoint! Nice portion sizes and flavor was great. Will def be back next visit to PA and can't wait to try more things.

This was a great tasting sub, I was able to taste the freshness of the meats and cheese, I also had some of their chicken soup which hit the spot on a cold night, it was loaded with rice, carrots, celery, and of course chicken. Now for starters I am trying a cup of their broccoli and cheddar which really hit the spot, a basic and old school soup, very delicious. Now they have something called the bacon cheeseburger egg roll which comes with a side of I believe it was a type of onion aioli dipping sauce. These came out very hot and delicious without the sauce, the sauce pushed my taste buds over the limits, I never had this type of appetizer before, you can smell that sauce before you even taste it, you know it's well when that happens. Now for my pizza, I got a personal, mini pie loaded their supreme way. The taste brought me back to a time long ago, if the recipe changed at all you can't really tell. Now my server was really great too, knew the menu off the top of her head, very professional and welcoming. Januzzi's is your old school pizzeria, now they do make goodies to take home with you. As soon as he hangs up the phone he says... Even if the pizza was terrible, which it isn't, I would still order from Cheers just bc of how nice the guy is who answers the phone. So many places act like you're a bother just bc you're calling to place an order. We have been huge fans of Cheers for years and will continue to be. If you haven't tried their pizza definitely do so! It's one of a kind. We love the round pies, but do occasionally try some of the special square pizzas we see shown on Facebook. We just placed an order tonight!

FANTASTIC pan fried pizzas. Don't take this as negative but…read moreremember decades ago when Pizza Hut was a decent place to go to? Their pan pizzas were actually edible? This is kinda like that but tons better and fresher. They use peanut oil and the result is a crispy bottom with a nice sauce and cheese (and the topping of your choice) on top. They ask you if you want onions and I would recommend that you do so. They aren't a topping but chopped into the sauce. Took a road trip up to Pittston to get some on a summer Friday and the only negative thing I have to say is that the PA turnpike charges $11 one way. I could have gotten 2 more trays!!! It's been 3 days and the kids are still eating the leftover and declaring the deliciousness. I bought 4 trays. PS hit up SBC down the street, their summer beers (shandy) are incredible.
