Only a few times have I commented and rated a restaurant on Yelp let alone gave 5 stars but I had to do this this morning as I thought about the absolutely delicious light pizza I had last night with my wife. From the beginning to the end it was above average treatment I got from who answered the phone to the man who brought the pizza out to my car. They asked to put me on hold when I called to order and said thank you when I said ok, when they picked up they apologized I know this sounds weird but it was really nice compared to the way your usually treated. Then I pulled up and called to let them know when I was there and he answered the phone and said ok frank look over your shoulder and my pizza was coming at me with a smile and thank you . I've eaten in 2 times & ordered delivery a few times. I had stuffed eggplant & it was delicious. The eggplant was cut real thin which is how I like it. Creamy ricotta filling. Portions are large, so I've had takeout containers each time. My husband, who is Italian, loved his chix parm. He even had some left the last time we ate there. We took cannoli home for dessert later as we were so full. We weren't able to eat the cannoli until the next day for lunch. They were fabulous -- still crunchy & fully stuffed. One of my favorite restaurants in NEPA. I crave their food when I'm out of the area. The best pasta sauce in all of Scranton! I high recommend the meatballs, chicken Parmesan, gnocchi and meat ravioli if you're looking for Italian. Additionally, the boneless wings are addicting and the old forge style pizza is delicious!! Worst pizza I ever had in my life. I got a white pizza in my order along with a salad and cannoli. Salad and cannoli were fine, pretty simple to not screw up, so good job guys. The pizza, on the other hand, was delivered to me with the cheese undercooked. It was disgusting. Unimpressed with how the manager handled my call the next day. The 3 things I like about pizza is a yeast raised dough, Savory sauce, and mozzarella cheese. The way Bella makes their pizza is with a busquit like dough, imitation cheese and a sweet sauce with little to no Italian seasoning. The driver called and insisted he was at the correct door even when I was at my door (and he was not). Pizza was cold. The price may be ok, but the quality isn't. read more
