While they were punctual and efficient, I was shocked when the crew arrived, inspected my mattress, claimed there was a 'stain,' and demanded an extra $100 fee to complete the pickup. I refused for several reasons. First, they never disclosed their inspection process or fees upfront. Second, the mark wasn't a stain, but simply eight years of normal wear and tear. Third, I don't understand how they can pre-determine a charity's acceptance criteria just by glancing at it. Ultimately, this felt like extortion from the driver. On their online site I provided very detailed information about what need to be picked up they gave me a price totally $285 they charged me $10 to secure a pickup time which was payable non-refundable at a time of booking they gave me a window between 9:00 to 12:00 that I had to sit in an empty office just waiting for them however did not show up by until 2:00 p.m. and then gave me the price of $850 despite of what they told me initially I called another company and they came very promptly very professionally finished the job and they charge me $300 I didn't have to wait and the pricing was accurate I would never ever deal with this company again and I suggest you don't do that either. I had an extremely disappointing experience with ReSupply's Donation Pick Up (LA Junks). After confirming a scheduled pick-up in Lynwood, CA, the company completely flaked, calling at the last minute to cancel and requesting to reschedule for the following day. I was assured they there still going to show for them to have their call center contact me with a for sure cancelation. This was highly inconvenient, as I had traveled all the way from Kern County specifically to handle this matter. A company that operates on scheduled services should respect customers' time and commitments, yet ReSupply demonstrated a lack of professionalism and reliability. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend their services--or any of their third-party vendors--if you're looking for dependable donation pick-up assistance. Zero stars given read more

First let me say that I was going to post a picture of the two movers that handled our donation, but Verizon had issues yesterday and the photo disappeared. This pick-up was extremely easy. My husband passed away last week and I donated all of his medial equipment (to include his hospital bed). Eric and Carlos were our movers. I was so pleased with their kindness, friendly attitude, and their efficiency. They took special care with all of the items we donated and even reassessed our invoice. It didn't cost as much as I thought. I would definitely use Resupply again and recommend them to my family and friends. read more

ReSupply - Movers Near Me

We hired ReSupply to pick up several large items. After we provided a detailed list of the items, they quoted us about $350. ReSupply had told us the movers would assess the cost of moving the items at our location and let us know if the actual price would be different, but this did not happen. What did happen was that, after the items were picked up, ReSupply billed us $1000 with no warning and no explanation. They billed us for 24 large items when, in actuality, we had at most 3 large items. Being charged 3X what we were quoted was a massive shock. If we had known we would be charged such an exorbitant amount, we would not have agreed to pick up our items. We were unable to get in touch with ReSupply and had to leave a message. Luckily, we called the 3rd party that came to do the delivery. They verified that the number of items was the same as what we originally said, and they were able to get ReSupply to adjust the bill. They got it down to 6 large items and, in the end we paid around $575. After all that, we were still charged over $200 over what we were originally quoted. In case you were wondering, ReSupply has still not called us back. We are very frustrated about this, and hope that ReSupply will resolve this soon. Moving is stressful and expensive enough to have a surprise expense like this. As terrible as this sounds, after reading other reviews I realize that our experience is not atypical. I donated a walnut-finished bedroom set including two end tables with drawers, a walnut platform bed frame, and a walnut seven drawer dresser. The bedroom set was in excellent condition. Additionally, I donated an unused SOLE fitness recumbent exercise bike. I paid $1451 for the bike in 2021. I donated these items 2 years after my wife died. I wanted to donate to Habitat for Humanity because I believed someone who couldn't afford these items if they were new would be able to buy them now from a Restore. I also believe in the Habitat for Humanity mission. I was hesitant about paying $218.00 for the items to be picked up, but I thought from the information provided by Resupply Moving that they would be handled with care. That was definitely not the case. The items were stuffed into the truck with no moving blankets to protect them and were dragged on their sides on the bottom of the truck. The furniture was obviously damaged. I was appalled by the way the furniture and exercise equipment were treated. If I had known that I was going to pay $218.00 to have my belongings treated in this manner, I would have stuffed them in my neighbor's truck and had him transport it to the Durham Restore. read more

I scheduled a ReSupply donation pickup for June 15, 2026 from Noon to 5:00pm. Unfortunately, the individuals assigned to pick up the item never showed or called to report the reason for the delay. After a few telephone calls, I was able to get an individual to respond to my complaint no one showed up to pick up the donation. The company refunded the funds to schedule the donation pickup. This was my first time using ReSupply Donation. I normally use College Hunks; they are dependable and and call if delayed. read more

Booking was easy. The arrival window was noon to 5 PM. I got a call from the driver at 8 AM telling me he was on the way. I told him he was not to come before the afternoon window. He told me that his paperwork indicated morning pickup and to reschedule I would have to start the whole process over. The company was sending me messages for afternoon pick up right up to 10 minutes before he showed up 4 hours early. He came in and looked around and shoved a phone in my face to accept the new fees which were $100 more than the original estimate. I need the stuff gone that day so I signed. It wasn't until I got the receipt that I saw the charge for 3 flights of stairs. This is a single story ranch with 3 steps not 3 flights. Resupply would not refund the up charge. Scam! I was lied to and ripped off for over $200. When they arrived they stated that they did not accept second hand rugs (these were Persian wool carpets) but would dispose of them for me. I asked how much that would cost and was told "it's usually about $100 per item." I then declined and told them to leave them. They said they would do me a favor and take them anyway but to make sure I completed the transaction by hitting "accept" on my phone which he pointed to. I felt bad so I made sure to tip them. The next day I saw that I was charged $268.00!!!! After complaining and much back and forth, I was only refunded the tip I gave. Unacceptable. Did I mention that I am a senior citizen? Beware of this company. I am filing a formal complaint with the Massachusetts Attorney General's office. Shame on them. read more

Terrible customer service. I would never use this service or recommend it. Definitely do NOT use this service if your goal is to ensure your furniture is being donated to a good cause (Goodwill in my case). My experience with them is the most negative I have ever had. I contacted ReSupply and listed all items to be taken to Goodwill Industries. They provided a $136 estimate, which seemed fair to me. But when the drivers arrived (late), I discovered that was only for the sofa with recliners on the end. There is no way I could pay the price ReSupply charged for my items. My charge to take the sofa and a matching recliner was $15 initial fee + 176. I do not blame the local truck drivers and, without a doubt, I feel taken advantage of as the customer. Had I known and not been under a time constraint, I would have called 1-800- You Got Junk; they are FAR more reliable and trustworthy. I would have listed my items as free on Marketplace or Nextdoor. Very expensive to donate goods. Initially it was $99.00 which increased to $470.00 given recycle fee if Goodwill did not accept. 2K for perfect condition Lazyboy recliner with ottoman; I was informed it would likely be recycled....extra cost. Walking up 5 stairs to move the furniture....extra. As a retired veteran with almost 28 years of service who retired in 2023....ridiculous. I should have loaded up the things in a U-haul and called it a day. Not a fan at all; however, the movers were really good and didn't damage my house when moving the furniture. Sorry fellas not impressed with your business practices. Nevertheless, we all need to make a living I suppose. I just wouldn't use a Veteran owned business if at the end of the day there is no real benefit. You are monopolizing on your 4 years of service with a likely deployment. Disappointing Experience - Lack of Communication and Follow-Through I scheduled a donation pickup with Resupply and had everything set out and ready between 8:00 AM and 12:00 PM as instructed. By 12:10 PM, no one had arrived, and there was no communication letting me know the pickup was delayed. When I tried calling to speak with a representative, I was redirected to an online chat. After waiting 20 minutes with no response, I reached out again. Only then did I receive a text saying a driver had just accepted my pickup -- now rescheduled for 10/10. Shortly after, the driver called to say he was heading to the dump before coming to me. It was now 1:00 PM, well past the promised window. Normally, I could overlook a small delay, but I'm caring for an elderly person recovering from knee surgery and needed to pick up her medication during that time. Instead, I was left waiting with no updates or accountability. Resupply's mission to support donations is great in theory, but reliable communication and respect for people's time are essential -- especially when appointments are scheduled days in advance. We could only reach helpless Sales people somewhere (overseas? Central America?) by phone who disavowed any responsibility for their logistics. Help is only by text, which ReSupply basically doesn't answer except for a meaningless paragraph saying "we're working on it" -- which they were obviously NOT because no truck ever arrived for our confirmed appointment. Bottom line, ReSupply never came and never followed up by phone or email or text. AVOID this company at all costs unless you want a lot of frustration and incompetence in your life. Terrible service. They said they would pick up extra-large armoire furniture and gave us a price for pickup. They showed up and said we would have to take it out to the street for them to pick up after waiting 6 hours for them. They gave us a business card for a company that would move it from the house to the street for pickup for $100.00. We called the pickup company and they said they would do it for $150 dollars. Then your company would come back the next day and put in their truck for donation. The site clearly states in there estimate they pick up extra-large armoire furniture. Nothing about having it moved to front of the house. We would expect them to do that. Totally wasted our time and costing us more money to continue with them. We chose ReSupply specifically because it is advertised as veteran-founded, and my husband is a Vietnam veteran. Unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing and unprofessional. Issues: 1) Initial communication was by phone, but afterward all communication shifted to text only, making it difficult to get clear information. 2) We were given an arrival window of 8 a.m.-12 p.m., but the pickup team did not arrive until after 1 p.m., with no notice or explanation. 3) When scheduling, I clearly stated that one of the items was a sofa bed, and I was told that was acceptable. When the workers arrived, they said they do not take sofa beds. They ultimately agreed to take it only if we paid an additional $100, a fee that was not disclosed beforehand and felt pressured. This experience was frustrating, misleading, and unprofessional. It also raises concerns about whether donated items are actually delivered to the charities Resupply claims to serve. We will have more items to donate in the coming months but will look elsewhere. read more

The pick up was a total disaster. It was scheduled two days in advance and we received several texts and emails every day leading up to the pick up confirming a morning window. The confirmations included a license plate., so it all seemed legit. On the day of the pick up, less than thirty minutes before the end of the window, the driver texted asking for pictures of the items to be picked up. The initial booking and subsequent confirmations included details on the two items. Instead of apologizing for missing g the pick up window, the driver changed the window. When we asked why he hadn't notified us earlier, he said that he was too busy. Then the company cancelled the pick up altogether without notifying us. We found two other services that were cheaper and picked up within two hours of booking. DO NOT USE THIS ORGANIZATION. If I could give zero stars I would. read more

I will never use ReSupply again. Their extremely poor communication led to a surprise charge of $200 extra that left me feeling ripped off, and their customer service did nothing about it. I offered to donate a mattress and box spring in good condition to a local charity. The charity used ReSupply for the pickup. ReSupply's website estimated the pickup charge to be about $180. I was VERY CLEAR in my application that I was donating a mattress and box spring. Nothing in the application process indicated there might be a problem. The ReSupply driver arrived on time for the pickup. (I do not blame the driver for any of this.) When he saw the mattress and box spring, he said, "Oh, we don't accept these items for donation. We have to throw them out as trash for an extra fee of $100 per item. They told you that, right?" So $200 extra for my two items. And of course nobody had told me anything about it in advance. If ReSupply had informed me about these fees when I arranged the pickup, I could have made an informed decision about what to do. By learning about them at the last minute, I was stuck (due to other circumstances) and had no choice but to pay, for a total cost of about $380 (more than double the estimate). I was left feeling ripped off. I contacted ReSupply customer service that I was dissatisfied. They replied in about 24 hours and wrote, "[We are] truly sorry for the inconvenience you've experienced & thank you for providing this feedback, we will take it into consideration so we avoid this inconvenience in the future & I will be more thank glad to provide this information to our management team so they can work on it." That's it. No accepting of blame, no next steps for me, no offer of even a partial refund for their mistake. As a business person myself, this kind of inadequate response is guaranteed to lose a customer, and ReSupply just did. read more

I scheduled a pick up for a sectional and they said that they'd be here between 8 AM and 12 PM. I took off work in the morning so that I could be here when someone arrived By 11:30 AM. No one had called to confirm an ETA so I called the company which you never get a real person it's always Via chat, I explained to her that it's horrible customer service to say you're going to arrive somewhere within a FOUR hour window. I take off work and then she goes on to tell me "well This is a partnership with other companies so maybe they're backed up" She did say she would check with the driver and give me a call back. She called me back and said that they canceled the order (through their system) because "there's no coverage in my area" and she said I never got an email about that... duh lady!!! So I'm assuming my order is canceled. I called a different company to try to see if I can get someone out here. But then not five minutes later I get a text from resupply -- stating they'd be at my house between 2 PM and 4 PM Which of course confused and frustrated me -- because she said my order was canceled "no coverage in my area" so how are they not coming ??
