Zero stars if I could. Scheduled a pickup for tomorrow 9 Aug...with a follow -on delivery of new furniture. Tonight at 7pm, they canceled the pickup and offered a new day. Click the link and zero availability. NEVER will use them again. And I've already scheduled another service for tomorrow. Buyer beware. read more

Donor beware!!!!!!!!!!! The price you are quoted on their too easy and too fast online form is NOT the fee you will pay when the guys arrive. We requested a pick up for the last two items we had in our vacant house, a sofa and a desk. The sofa was in one piece, but we did them a favor and broke that up into three pieces so it's easier to carry out. Online, we were quoted $176 to pick up the two items, and when the guys got here, they said it would be $618! They said that there were four items instead of two! If you can believe it? Ugh!! And that they would have to take the executive wood desk somewhere else to be recycled, so there is going to be an extra several hundred dollar charge. We sent them away, and we will never, ever use them again! It was absolutely awful and almost a $400 plus difference. Seriously, don't do it. Call a hauler or Taskrabbit instead and ask them to bring the furniture down to your local Salvation Army or other place that takes furniture donations. It will save you a whole bunch of money and you'll get the donation direct from the charity. This is a scam! They have over 30 complaints with the BBB for this same reason!!! I was forced to give 1 star but it wasn't earned. read more

They no-showed the first pick up in McKinney Tx blaming the weather, after I waited 4 hours with no word - would still be waiting a week later if I hadn't called. It did snow/ice several before but the roads were completely clear by then. So I let them reschedule. And again today a no-show after waiting 3 hours at the uninhabited apartment. Again no notice - I had to call to find out. The service is trash (pun intended). Just call someone else and save yourself the hassle. read more

Scheduled a pickup with a 4 hour window, they needed payment up front. They never showed up. Customer Service is automated and unresponsive. i finally heard back the next morning from someone, who apologized and scheduled a follow up appt for another morning, several days later. I haven't heard anything to take up time work for this, and yet again- it was a no show with zero communication. i have read that similar things have happened to other customers too. Ag this point I believe this is either a scam, or incredibly incompetently run organistation at best. Do not recommend. read more

ReSupply is a predatory and probably illegal scam that abuses charities as well as donors. The company - whose name intentionally mimics Habitat for Humanity departments like ReStore - acts as a fake broker between the public and charities by charging huge fees for pickup services that are often FREE if booked through the charities themselves. I didn't fall for it and hope no one else does either, but how evil that such a thing exists, as it seems to prey on elderly folks and those too busy to look a little more closely, and ultimately discourages donations. It also dominates search results and shows up faster online than the charitable organizations themselves. Disgusting. You can report this scam company to the FTC, as I did, at https://reportfraud.ftc.gov. Takes less than three minutes. Please do it! read more

ReSupply was so easy to work with to donate my furniture. The communication was excellent. It was easy to reschedule my pick up when needed. The movers were kind and did a great job taking my furniture out of the house. Highly recommend!! read more

The good - the two guys sent out to pick up 2 pieces of furniture did their job well The bad - Salvation Army contracted with Resupply to pick up 2 pieces of furniture & transport to Salinas Salvation Army for about $153. It looks like Resupply sub-contracted with a Junk Hauler. When the Junk Hauler guys arrived, their manager jacked up the charge with a disassembly charge (not needed), a stairway charge (they used the elevator), additional transportation because they said they were taking the furniture to Habitat for Humanity in Santa Cruz (not Salvation Army Salinas), & a "recycle fee" for the furniture that we donated to be resold. They contacted their "Manager" who set the price. It was take it or leave it. This is a strongarm tactic that left us no choice but to pay the inflated $333.94 fee. I don't want to ever deal with Salvation Army, Resupply, or a Junk Hauler again. read more

The guys were punctual, pleasant and helpful. I would definitely call upon ReSupply again.

Goodwill in Chattanooga, TN recommended them for furniture pick up. They wanted $230 as a "small donation" to pick up free furniture to go to Goodwill. OUTRAGEOUS. I'll post it all on Craig's List instead. read more

i had a pick scheduled for 7-11-26 the contractor John from Aquia Junk Removal never showed up, first he kept changing the time, then at 3 pm he canceled the pickup up he never informed Resupply i had to forward the text John sent me about canceling the pickup read more

If I could give this vendor zero stars I would do so. Scheduling the pick up was easy, even though I had to pay a $10 booking fee up front on May 12, 2026. When the guys showed up to pick up my donation, the plate number on the vehicle did not match the one in the text. In addition, the truck had no signage identifying it as ReSupply. Once the guys got to the storage room to pick up the 5 pieces of furniture to be donated, they scraped the wooden bench legs and the sofa table edge along the concrete floor of the building, damaging the goods. Then they refused to take the bench because it needed to be re-upholstered, so they would either leave it or throw it in the trash for me. In my experience, the Habitat Restore folks will take such things because the DIYers love that sort of stuff. The real insult came when I got the final invoice for "services". I was charged a second "booking fee" on top of the base price plus the fuel fee. I would NEVER donate through ReSupply in the Houston, Texas area EVER again. I will either take the items myself or put it at the curb for free. The cost and hassle is not worth the effort. I agree with Ambi N. - DO NOT USE ReSupply for any "donation" to any non-profit. Take it yourself, or do what I am doing with other things I have - give it to a struggling person living on Social Security who holds garage sales to make money to buy groceries, pay utility bills, etc. read more

I scheduled a pickup with five days' notice and received a confirmation the day before. I prepared everything and waited around for four hours--but no one ever showed up or contacted me. When I reached out to customer service, the representative said they couldn't help and then abruptly disconnected. Completely unprofessional experience. read more

A very frustrating experience!!! I booked a reservation almost two weeks from our move-out date in June 2025. My reservation was canceled the day before the scheduled donation pickup, a week before our move-out date, but the ReSupply team was non-responsive on rescheduling even though I replied with a few new rescheduling dates. I sent two emails and made two phone calls, leaving multiple voicemails. 3 business days go by without any sort of status or communication on how to proceed with a new pickup date. We were on a tight schedule for moving. Unfortunately, and a large burden on me, I had to find my own way to get our furniture donated through Facebook Marketplace. Consequently, ReSupply "service" was not as advertised. FINALLY, after using a 3rd communication method, via text, I finally got someone to simply cancel my reservation and refund my $10 reservation fee. Unless you are not on a timeline or have unlimited patience with last-minute cancellation(s) and zero communication or status, do not use ReSupply. Save the headache and uncertainty, DO NOT USE RESUPPLY! read more

I wanna change my review of resupply. I was quite annoyed when they were supposed to come and pick up some furniture from Me one piece being a sofa bed and the driver said they were not allowed to take sofa beds. I was annoyed because three receptionist had told me that was OK I have to say their follow up is just excellent. I got a call today apologizing for being so late and replying to my feedback but then saying that it was the drivers that were wrong and not the receptionist and they do take alphabets. They also offered me a $200 refund on what I had spent so I think when a company owns up to their mistakes and make up for them you have to give the company a lot of credit. read more

Horrible! I placed an online order 2 weeks before my move indicating what items needed to be picked up. I received a price and a confirmation. The morning of the pick up I received a text saying that they were reviewing the order and realized they did not charge me correctly-I said ok so I will pay the higher price (I needed to get the items out of my apartment that day and was really in bind). They said sorry we don't have the right size truck to pick up today-we could pick up in a couple of days. I seriously cannot believe how unprofessional they are-horrible horrible horrible. DO NOT USE THEM, they are the WORST read more

We decided to sell our home and move south from Connecticut to Florida. Our plans did not include a lot of our furniture since our new home would be less than a third of the home we currently lived in. We used Restore for many of our donations. I delivered many of our donations in my SUV but when it came to the furniture, I couldn't. We called Restore and set up a pickup time with them. They gave me a window of time when they would arrive for the pick up. The driver called to let me know he was on his way. The two guys were very friendly, respectful and professional. They loaded up our donations in very short order. I truly appreciate how easy it was to schedule a pickup up and then have two people show up that did a fantastic job. I highly recommend Restore. They are truly community oriented. read more

ReSupply's estimation tool for picking up and hauling furniture items to Habitat for Humanity is way off! When they came to pick up my 13 furniture items, the cost they calculated was more than double what they originally estimated...and it sounded like they would junk the items, more than donate them, at Habitat for Humanity. In my opinion, better to have a yard sale, or have Livermore Sanitation pick items up for free over time, to dispose. It really wasn't worth trying to donate old furniture to Habitat for Humanity, when ReSupply is charging double to haul it, then dump it anyway. :( read more

when arriving, haulers tell you that the charity doesn't want this or that and it will have to go to landfill, quoting more than double the orginial quote. read more

Horrible experience - they let me know the day of that they would not be coming, and I'm moving tomorrow - meaning I needed the pickup today at the latest. They did refund my holding fee, but I had to pay a lot more to make alternate arrangements. Do NOT use them for Restore / donation pickups. They are not reliable and will not get your items. Hire your own hauler - it will be cheaper and more reliable. read more

We carefully declared each item to be picked up on ReSupply's, order form, stated the floor, stated that there was an elevator. The crew (uncouth and discourteous) demanded a price that was far in excess of what ReSupply's website had estimated ("we have to add an elevator fee, we have to add disposal fees") even though there were fewer items than I had declared. ReSupply's customer service was not available; the pick-up was canceled. Be forewarned: Resupply does not supply any services, it merely farms the job out to third-party companies who, like other junk haulers, set their own terms and demand extortion-level prices ($305 for what would fit in my car trunk?) read more

This company uses 3rd parties for furniture pickup. Even though my appointment was confirmed with ReSupply, they never received confirmation from the hauler so nobody showed up. I rescheduled with ReSupply, received confirmation that my pickup would proceed on a different day, and again nobody showed up because their hauler did not confirm the appointment. In fact, ReSupply never heard back from the hauler both times, yet failed to inform me that nobody was coming. Extremely unprofessional and a complete waste of time. read more

Never again. Quoted online $139 for a sleeper sofa to be donated. Driver to arrive Saturday between noon and 4pm. Calls me at 3pm saying that he can't make it today. So now Sunday between 11 and 2pm. Had to call them at 1:30 to see if still coming. Told will be 2:55. Nice guys came to get it. Quick and easy.. but wait they can't donate a sleeper sofa so now I have to pay $40 recycling fee. Oh and now they want a tip. So for $222 I get rid of the sofa. Next time I'll burn it in the spring. Never again. Very disappointing read more

We hired ReSupply to pick up 4 large items, 7 medium sized items, and 1 small item, everything was quoted at $365 with $26 reservation fee. They then told us the movers would assess the cost of our items and let us know the actual price. When the movers arrived they quoted us $1200 to move everything and to dump it, even though it was marked as donations. They wanted to quote us for everything being an extra large item, and that what we had paid would barely cover the cost of 1 item. If we had known the price we would have had to pay earlier, we wouldn't have wasted our time with ReSupply. We contacted a supervisor who wasn't helpful. They said we had to pay a convenience fee to move all our items and that we didn't classify them correctly. As per their website we followed what would be considered a small/medium/large item. The manager still claimed we filled the information on their website wrong and the price would be adjusted. As this was happening the movers supervisor called them and we could hear them talking about how much they had to convince us in the next 10 minutes so they could charge us everything. We had to firmly state we were cancelling our order and would figure something out ourselves. We then had to urge the movers to leave before their supposed 10 minutes since we were no longer interested in their services. Don't waste your time using ReSupply!!! We wish we would have read reviews before wasting our time. If we had the option, we would give them 0 stars. read more

The short: don't use them; they don't fulfill their promised services, your donations won't make it to people in need, and it's a super frustrating process. The long: I'm so sad to share this is the company that Goodwill uses (and I recommend stops using ASAP) for donations. They gave me a delivery window and let me know last-minute that they couldn't come get my donation. I rescheduled but was moving across the country, so had very limited time. They missed the new window again and were super unhelpful, and I was so sad to see hundreds of dollars of things go to the dump instead (I lived in NYC, so unless you use a donation service, the items get thrown out unfortunately). People who really needed those things could've used them, and it's such a bummer to see. They also don't respond until your window is up on purpose. Sadly, I recommend donating elsewhere if a company uses this company to do donation pickups because your donations aren't going to make it to the people who need them and it's a really frustrating process. read more

great communication and service . called to move up the date and it was confirmed. be sure to tip them

The delivery crew canceled on me for three consecutive days. I only found out by continuously following up with the customer service team. They mislead you with price and then charge so much more once your package is picked up. Then they call and text until it's paid -- I wish they had been as communicative when I needed them to be! read more

While the men that came to the pick-up were very nice and came on time, I would not use them again. I felt mislead as to the cost of the donation we wanted picked up. They charge an $80 recycle fee if Goodwill doesn't take it and the guys were sure Goodwill would except it and we would be refunded the whole recycle fee. After they had hauled away the item I was told that Goodwill would not take our sectional (which had no stains, rips or damage of any kind, so find it hard to believe it was unacceptable) and $20 was refunded as apparently the dump only charged them $60). Did not know about this recycle fee until they were already at the house and the couch was on the truck. Instead of expected $129 fee it was just shy of $200. Felt scammed and trapped into letting them haul away the couch. Also they backed into our driveway taking out a huge limb from a tree, which we had to spend almost an hour cleaning up the mess: sawing it into logs and disposing of the logs and all the branches and leaves. read more

TERRIBLE COMPANY, STAY AWAY...FAR AWAY! Shame on the Salvation Army for recommending and using them exclusively. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with in my 57 years on earth. Bad business model, crappy process, poor training, customer support people are clueless and have zero ability to actually help. Driver showed up 4 hours late, no communication. I had to delay another vendor to the next day....they are a good company that wanted me to get the best service. RESUPPLY IS NOT THAT TYPE OF COMPANY. STAY AWAY!!! They have a single phone number with two options: no answer, leave a message after waiting several minutes, or talk to someone to book a new appointment. The second gives you people who are clueless. The customer support manager had no ability to communicate with the driver. Two people promised a manager would call the next day, which I knew was just a way to get me off the phone. Nothing! No return calls. Driver offered me a discount and then they charged me the full amount. I support veterans, my best friend is one. But a company needs to care about its customers to last, not boast about their service to our country and then shit all over customers. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!! read more

Alex, James, and Zac were awesome. Professional, careful, and quick to move the donated large furniture.

Reading the other reviews - it is clear that people do not understand the donation process through ReSupply. I found the website to be clear and upfront regarding the process, the cost, and service expectations. Think about this before booking: the fee covers the time and efforts of the local movers who save you the hassle of renting a truck, handcart, and soliciting assistance from friends who may or may not end up being helpful... Not to mention the time waiting in any donation line (which these days can be quite long). After using several other local companies directly for furniture or trash removal, I recently decided to donate a washer/dryer and bedframe to Habitat. Each time I pay for removal by a company, pick up rates begin around $200. ReSupply not only quoted me less than that, the final cost of service was actually less than I expected. If anything, it was great knowing roughly how much it was going to cost rather than being blindsided in the moment as I have been in the past. Scheduled my appointment late on a Monday for next day. Well, the guys were communicative, gave me a solid timeframe, showed up during the stated timeframe, and were extremely thoughtful. Despite my living down a long hallway with many narrow turns, the guys made it seem like it was no big deal and did not damage anything in the process. I received my donation receipt quickly and without issue. Just because you're donating something it doesn't mean the efforts of others to assist in that donation can or will be free. Habitat, Goodwill, and other charities would lose money if they had to pay out of pocket for our stuff. Pretty clear to me! Thank you ReSupply for connecting me with a great team for my donation! read more

ReSupply was suggested by Goodwill to donate large furniture that I could not move myself. Scheduling was easy and the gentlemen who made the pickup were courteous and worked quickly. I read thru the website carefully and was aware of the fees charged. Make sure to be accurate when listing your items so there are no surprises. ReSupply is a good resource. read more
