Horrible. Same story as those who who gave previous terrible reviews. Booked 2 weeks prior with an itemized list of what was to be donated....paying to donate said items, should be noted. I get a pick up window of 8-12. Then told it would be 12-2. Then text back again at 2, 3:30, and 5:45 wondering where they are. Finally get an answer at 6:30pm stating an unforseen circumstances song and dance but they don't take large items. Again, full list of items given 2 weeks prior. Terrible business practice. And the timing does little more but put me in a bind to try to get these items out before my move date. Also noted that not much is addressed by the owner unless it's a raving review. Which speaks volumes in itself. One star is too much but was not afforded the option of less. read more

They provided pick-up service for two pieces of heavy furniture that would have gone to the landfill, except they transported our donation to a worthy organization. Furniture removal was scheduled for 7/20 from 8-12. Movers were a no show. No reason provided as to why nobody showed up. They attempted to reschedule but due to circumstances, I could not continue to wait to see if the job would be done; and this was a time sensitive move due to end of lease. I've learned that just because the words Vetern owned are part of the name doesn't necessarily mean it's a good company which is a real shame. We we're quoted a price for a pick up and the end price was over double the quote. One item which we were told would go the charity actually had to go to the dump. It was a two piece item so the cost was $120 extra. The yahoo's who picked up the furniture we're either trying to pull something or couldn't count. After complaining to the company we did get a refund but it still wasn't near the quoted price even after paying the $120 extra. Resupply needs to know who they are having pick up items. Even though they partly fixed the over charges I would never recommend them or use them again. This was for my 94 year old mother going to an assisted living care. Disgusting! read more

Scam! I had appointment with 4-hour time frame. They confirmed and charged me. There is no way to speak with an actual person, only text messages that take 30+ minutes to respond to you on. Be aware that this is a FOR-profit organization. Each time you call, they may provide a different quote. For the same item, it could be $148.00 and then it's $168.00. They initially charge you $18.00 in booking fees, but then you may find out it's actually $19.99. Stay away from this company. I was introduced to this company via a furniture donation to Goodwill. Resupply apparently handles the transportation of donated items scheduled for pick up. Resupply subcontracts local junk trucks to do the actual pickup and delivery. It seems the left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing. I filled out the Goodwill online form and received a quote. The Junk Truck guy ended up charging me almost double the original online quote. He was perturbed I even questioned it. It was obvious this is a regular occurrence. He became aggressive and said they could remove the furniture from their truck. It was really uncomfortable. I will never do this again. read more

She confirmed that the information the scheduler had provided me was true; there was a local charity that accepted mattresses in good condition. She also told me that the driver would be retrained. I FULLY support veterans, however scheduling a pickup time off of your calendar of openings just to pick up ONE item, then your company NOT being able to keep the schedule is a POOR reflection of how your military owned company places a cloud of laziness over all the military members I have in my family, which are NOT lazy. I want to commend the executive leadership at ReSupply for reaching out to me personally after reading my devastating review regarding the terrible service I received while attempting to close my mother's estate. After reading my review, they revisited their email/chat log and understood why my review read what it did. ReSupply leadership made it right by following through on the refund they offered me but, more importantly, both Matt and Chris took the time to listen to how they can better improve their customer service by listening to an actual customer. You don't get that level of concern from most other businesses. I expressed to them both that in my intentional hiring of a veteran-run, veteran-employing business, I do expect that those gentlemen behave with a level of disciplined respect one earns after enlisting. Cancelled at the last minute, leaving me stuck with the furniture I wanted to donate. The web site said that their drivers take everything, then determine what can be used and what has to be recycled. If an item has to be recycled, there is an extra charge. I had a couch that in excellent condition and a chair with a stain. Based on their information, I figured out that they would take the chair to be reused and recycle the stained chair. I also accepted that I would have to pay extra for this. I put all of this info into my pickup request. I selected a pickup day and time (between noon and 5:00 P.M.). The day before, I got an email that the pickup was still scheduled and I even had an assigned driver. At 3:00 P.M., I got an email that my pickup was canceled, "due to unanticipated problems with the driver." It turns out that you can't call them. You can only communicate by text. I began a lengthy back and forth by text, with a rep. It turned out that because of the stain, the driver refused to come at all. It took about an hour to get this all figured out and I was beyond frustrated! I was having new furniture delivered the next day and I live in a small apartment. I ended up having a relative move my old furniture to a corner of the room, to make room for the furniture delivery, while I eventually found a new service to pick it up. read more

First of all, I work over nights and they contacted me via text at 6am to cancel my pick up. Second, they did not refund my deposit and I cannot reach them by phone or email. Resupply is a scam! I was charged $10 just to schedule. Then, $150 to pick up a completely disassembled Thomasville cabinet in good condition. Then, after they loaded the item which was so easy I could have done it myself, they told me I would see a $50 charge for taking the item to the landfill "in case" Habitat for Humanity rejected it, otherwise I would get a refund of the $50. Habitat states they "take furniture in any condition." How am I supposed to know if Habitat rejected OR EVEN SAW my cabinet? I contacted resupply by text and was sent a bunch of CYA policies, copied and pasted. They ignored my voicemail. My objection to the $50 "in case it goes to the landfill" fee scam was completely ignored and they have no record of what happened to my cabinet. I was also charged a $7.40 fuel fee which was not part of the original fee. The total charged to my card was $202.38 which is an outrageous fee based on deception and lies! Especially heinous to cheat old people and deny those in need of donated furniture. read more

Our first time using ReSupply and we were very pleased with the exellent service. First, they were very responsive when I texted them for an update on our pickup. Jacob and Jeremiah showed up our our apt with a big smile and made the process go smoothly. They did a great job moving our sofa and two very large bookshelves out of the tight apt (with no marks on the walls). There were no surprises on the bill, too. I scheduled a pickup with AMVETS who uses ReSupply as the hauling company to pick up a dining table. 24 hours before, ReSupply sent a text messages stating "Alberto we've received your request and cancelled your donation pickup" - I DIDN'T cancel the pick up...ReSUPPLY cancelled. Would not recommend. The workers were pleasant enough. Pretty unhappy with the end price. I could have said no when they gave the revised price, but needed to be out by the next day so no time to figure something else out. The charge was double my original quote and was told I had more there than I said in the original quote which was not true. I described pretty accurately what I had. I may have had an extra bag of linens/blankets which was super lightweight. Then at the end, there were 2 empty boxes sitting there and I said, "Can you guys take these also and just toss them for me?" They said sure. Then my receipt had $10.00 added for this which they never mentioned. I know it's only $10.00, but I feel they could have told me. I just did if for convenience, but I could have tossed it myself. And I also thought I would not get charged for the things that Habitat for Humanity would use and I was charged for everything. Do not use these people. A one is a too good of number for this outfit. Unprofessional, inept, overcharge and deceitful. My wife asked Goodwill if they would take a piano and they said they and after that everything went downhill. Goodwill said they would pick it up for free and then they called and said it would cost $150 and we agreed to do that but then they called up and said that it would be $300 and she agreed to do that. Instead of Goodwill coming and picking up the piano we got these people and instead of charging $300 they charged nearly $400. They were woefully unprepared to move it with no covered truck (open bed trailer and it had been raining)) , no ramps, insufficient personnel and clueless workers. They and Goodwill lied about where it was going and we are not even sure it got to where it was supposed to go, because these people were mostly hauling just junk. In the invoice we received from them were charges for items transported that we never had transported. I would never ever use these people and am considering never using Goodwill again. read more

We scheduled a pickup for this morning between 8-12 for 3 large pieces that show a 2 person requirement. What showed up almost 2 hours late, was a man with his 2 children with a small flat bed trailer and pickup. The man said both children were over 12, but nothing else. We did not want the children hurt trying to move large cabinets or the furniture destroyed on the trailer that was much too small to haul the pieces. This was not acceptable. read more

Wasn't able to leave less than one star! I selected this company because it said it was veteran owned as I too am a veteran. i scheduled a pickup on January 11, 2024 for January 13, 2024 between 1200-1700. I am still waiting to be contacted. I emailed the company around 1230 on January 13th to get a better idea of when i could expect the movers to show up. Claudia Lemus responded two hours later and said the driver would be arriving within the hour. She asked for the best contact number so I provided that again. I emailed again at 1700 as nobody had shown up yet. Still waiting for a response... The item I need picked up is a mattress and motorized bed. I needed this done today as I need to put a hospital bed in that room in case my aunt is released to come home from hospice. So not only is the bed not removed, my mom, my aunt's other two sisters, and I lost over 5 hours of precious time with my aunt who may only have days or hours left to live. And I now have to find another company to move and dispose of this bed or do it myself. One of the worst experiences I have ever had. I would never use this companies services again. It is very confusing and deceiving. I set up a donation pick and I was no showed after I took the day off work to make sure I was there during my time window. I chatted in to the customer support line and they took for ever to get back to me. I mean FOREVER! They finally got back to me a few days later to set up another appointment this time they show up. Once they should up i was given a much hight price than originally quoted. They ended up leaving items after I paid for them to take them. Once again I chatted in just to wait a few days for them to reach back out to me and tell me that they will reach back out to the driver to see what happened. I tried for two days to get stuff moved. In the end they gave me nothing and a $300 situation went to $1500 situation. I had to hire another company and lost cleaning deposits because the stuff wasn't moved and they did this all last minute to me and had nothing but apologies and I have an elderly grandfather who comes home to no where to sleep because of them. I used ReSupply on May 5th and they did a very good job. Signed up to use them again on May 16th. This time the communication wasn't good, never received confirmation once I booked. I had to reach out via text the morning of and then they confirmed, they would be coming between 8am and 12 noon. Never showed up. I was on a deadline, so I had to go with another company. Seems like both St Vincent dePaul and Habitat for Humanity and other charities use ReSupply for pick-up of furniture etc. When you go to St Vincent dePaul or Habitat for Humanity, it goes directly to ReSupply. I always want to donate to various charities, but ReSupply needs to be more consistent. read more
