I am grateful that the staff bothered to empty the 2 drawers of clothes I left in the Elite member room 408 when I was in Pullman for a wedding! The room and the view was really nice, too, the breakfast was good, and they have a pool, a fitness room and a laundry room w 4 laundry machines and 4 driers (although I had no luck getting the 2 laundry machines I tried using to work, but that is a minor spot in the overall excellent picture). Second stay here for Palouse Summer Series. Chose this over team hotel. Large rooms. Full kitchens. Perfect for family of 4. Super nice people work here. Polite and helpful staff. Laundry on site which was helpful for tournament. Will only stay here when in Pullman. read more

Very enjoyable stay for two nights. Room was beautiful and clean. Staff outstanding and helpful. Second night we spent at the bar. (Tuesday) The young man who was our bartender was excellent. Very accommodating indeed. Decided to stay in and enjoy the complimentary bratwurst dinner which was really quite delicious We will stay here whenever we visit Pullman. Good times. read more

The hotel is great--clean, friendly staff. The only reason for the 3 star is, the lack of HOT WATER/poor shower head as well as the STICKING door handles EVERY WHERE. After traveling 5 hours and walking around campus for 8 hours--the last thing you want is a luke warm shower with an out of control shower head. read more

This is a new place (as of 2015) and it is *awesome* -- clean, stylish rooms with a staff that is friendly and professional. The free breakfast is great. So is the free shuttle service -- the staff cheerfully picked us up from the airport, took us to the college, and picked us up from town when we wandered there from the campus. The rooms feel more like a studio apartment than a hotel -- truly a home away from home. read more

We really enjoyed our stay here while visiting WSU and University of Idaho. Clean, new, and modern room with comfy beds, fully equipped kitchen, and a nice desk. I drive an electric car, they went out of their way to find an outlet for me and put up a cone to save me the nearest parking spot for when I came back after dinner. Nice, hot self serve breakfast with proteins, carbs, and fruits. read more

Stayed 3 nights in these excellent accommodations! From check-in to check-out, the staff were very friendly and customer oriented. The One-Bedroom King Suite was roomy, clean, and the kitchen was well stocked with supplies to prepare and eat a basic meal. Full oven/stovetop combo, microwave, 10 cup coffee pot, refrigerator, toaster, and dishes for 4, including wine, cocktail, and coffee cups. The living area was comfortable, and the bedroom sizable enough to have plentiful storage. The fitness center was nicely equipped with elliptical machines, treadmill, stationary bike, free weights and even yoga mats. The indoor pool and hot tub area was very clean, and the air and water temperatures just right. The laundry facilities were clean, and higher capacity machines. Breakfast buffet included fruits, scrambled eggs, hard boiled eggs, dishes, meats, foods for breakfast burritos including tortillas & shredded cheese, juices, coffee, milk, and breads. Evening "gathering" time around the bar area included a night of grilled burgers, and various cocktails, wines, and beers on tap. Basic supplies, including foods, etc. were available in the pantry area and parking was plentiful. Located very close to, and apparently on, the WSU campus, and yet less than a 5 minute drive to the airport, grocery stores, event centers, and dining options. read more

I travel all over USA for business. Can be tiring after many legs of long flights. Was delighted when I checked in to this Residence Inn, lovely sized, clean room (size of a studio apt) & sweet, helpful front desk team. They gave me a terrific recommendation for local pub for supper. Not all hotel chains are this quiet, clean, and staffed with such nice folks. Spacious rooms, Full Kitchen, Comfy and clean beds and room. Pleasing staff. Good selection of breakfast items - Sausage, Scrambled eggs, Roasted Potatoes etc. Rest are usual items - cereal, cold milk, bread, bagels, waffles, selection of juices, coffee etc. read more

Great place! Such nice rooms, easy access to WSU games - this location is right on campus and the only problem you are going to have is finding rooms that aren't already sold out. They release rooms for the year in December, when the football schedule is released, so if you know that you want to go to a game - get your room early, New hotel, excellent rooms, nice lounge area downstairs. read more

What a stunning place!! Right on campus so convenient, opened a few months ago so dont trust GPS! Friendly staff, inviting lobby area (also used for the breakfast), nice little bar. Also outside patio area with fire pit. Good exercise room not only with top of the line cardio equipment, with built in TVs, but free weights. Nice pool and smaller hot tub. Sport court outside. Rooms had 12 foot ceilings, well stocked kitchen, very comfortable beds, room had a huge walk in shower and thick towels. A little bit of carry-over noise from room above's bathroom. Breakfast was buffet, with make-your-own waffle, a variety of muffins, sausage, scrambled eggs, biscuits and gravy, potatoes, cold cereal, fruit, juice and coffee. This is my go-to place while visiting WSU! read more

So upset with the way management handled my problem. I was told I would be charged a rate and when I arrived the told me it would be DOUBLE that price per night. I wouldn't have stayed at this hotel if I knew it would be this expense and they did not accommodate me in any way, shape or form. read more

I was very impressed with this hotel. Clean, comfortable rooms. Nice amenities. We stayed here while visiting WSU. We picked up Chinese food for dinner, and came back to hotel to eat. The kitchen had china, silverware, glasses, basically everything. We enjoyed the layout of the suite, and will come back when visiting our son. Also, hotel provides free shuttle service to WSU, which was greatly appreciated. read more

We were there Sunday PM through Tuesday morning. All "hot" breakfast items (eggs, turkey sausage, etc.) were cold; all bread products were stale; coffee tasted as if it was re-heated. The 2 four slice toasters for broken for the Sunday - Tuesday time frame we were there. We ate breakfast out the next day. For a 3 year old hotel, beds had already started to sag, shower floor was dirty as well as the portion outside of shower. Left hand corner of mirror (which stuck out from wall by 2 inches) was broken off leaving a very sharp, hazardous jagged edge (told blond lady at front desk on Sunday and she said someone would be up to fix it; by Tuesday check out time no one had been up to fix it). Coffee pot was stained with burnt coffee. Coffee maker hot plate was covered in burnt coffee and could not be used (it smelled the room up). Housekeeping could not bring us clean glasses as, per the maid, she 'did not have the keys to that room' leaving us to find the key keeper. For two days the elevators were dirty and smelled of wet dog and smoking, making us gag when we rode the elevator to/from our 4th floor room for 3 days. The three piece sectional couch was cheap and provided no comfort when sitting on it. We wanted to check out 1 hour after arriving but too tired to do so. The lady at the front desk on Monday and Tuesday was very helpful and nice. read more

My son is a student at Washington State University at Pullman. I visited for Dad's weekend and only got to stay at this hotel for one evening because they were booked the other nights. The hotel was wonderful from start to finish. I called the hotel to book the room and the desk person gave me a lot of helpful information. They were happy to pick me up at the airport at 12:05 a.m., but my flight got diverted to Lewiston due to fog. I arrived at the hotel by cab at 1:30 a.m. the morning of 11/6/15 and they were waiting for me. They had actually called airport to check on me. My room was very large, extremely well maintained (like new) and immaculately clean. The Wi-Fi was excellent. Staff were happy to drive me to the airport the next morning so I could pick up my rental car. I went back to the hotel that afternoon because my son had a class. I worked in the comfortable lobby for about 3 hours. During that time, I heard "Austin" provide excellent customer service 100 percent of the time, even though the calls and flow of people coming and going at the front desk never stopped. I know good customer service as that is what I do for a living in Boston Massachusetts and let me tell you that Austin got it right every time. The young guy who was on when I checked at 1:30 a.m. and the young lady who was on later that morning also had excellent customer service skills. I will be visiting Pullman many times over the next 4 years and will always be staying at this hotel if I can help it. Keep up the good work! read more
