There's not too many options in this little town, but here's some things to consider. + The rooms are spacious and clean. + The staff is very helpful and nice. + I really liked the little breakfast space and all of the college memorabilia all over. - Cold water shower on multuple days due to too many guests. - High prices on graduation weekend. - Cocktail prices ranging from $18-20 (insane)

    Breakfast area

Room was clean but in a sorry state of repair. In room coffee maker didn't work. Breakfast was your choice of dry cereal, waffles, bagels, or microwavable breakfast sandwiches. Absolutely no low carb options. The bed was hard with two small, lumpy pillows. It isn't the worst place to stay in Pullman but there are definitely way better places to stay for the price.

False fingernail missed by housekeeping in 217 shower. Not my color or I would have reused! ...Not! Gross!

    1. A/C wouldn't come on randomly and wouldn't cool below 68° setting 2. Dogs barking before 10 am on Saturday and after 11 pm on a Sunday 3. Black false fingernail in shower 4. Door scrapes floor, sticks open 5. TV 1 min to charge ea channel 6. Noisy shower floor 7. Noisy bathroom fan 8. Noisy/creaky/squeaky plastic sounding mattresses (both) weekend sitting down/getting up 9. Headboard lose when leaned on/sat up against 10. No ventilation in elevator, nasty smell and heat 11. Not enough parking 12. 1 pack of coffee for 2 queen bed room 13. Not hot enough water 14. Loud, out of place water running/hose leaking sound in vending area 15. Ice vending only on first floor 16. Cheap clock radio with terrible sound and impossible to read controls, written in black on black 17. Not enough outlets for 2021, enough for maybe 1985, when we had far less personal/mobile electronics 18. Didn't OK late checkout despite hotel being at less than 25% capacity 19. Side door exit only 20. Dark, poorly-lit parking lot away from building 21. Coffee maker in room made fair coffee. Nasty powdered creamer packets ruined it. Could have easily had real creamers in fridge in room instead. 22. Harsh lighting in room, no soft lighting option.

    Duck tape! Lol

This is a awful place to stay we couldn't get our room until 7:30 pm, they gave us inactive keys so we had to go back down stairs, I went to take a shower and noticed duck tape on the shower rod and once I started my shower I had a mostly cold shower. We were very tired after moving our daughter from a 3 story apartment to a 4 storie apartment. We left Seattle at5:00 am in the morning that day so we were very tired. We payed 360.00 for two nights. Not worth it!!!!

It's not as fancy as a Marriott or Hilton, but you don't need that if you are just looking for a safe, convenient, and interesting place to stay! Nothing boring about Nintendos and a chalkboard to draw on in each room, a cozy fire pit, & the World's longest oatmeal bar (vegan-friendly, and you can ask for gluten-free oats, too)! The staff are all friendly and communicative via text, email, or phone! They will text you a door code if you arrive too late to check-in in person. Definitely stay here if you have dogs because this is one of the rare hotels that do not charge extra for dogs unless damage occurs! And while most hotels limit you to two dogs, we were okay with three (and we told them ahead of time)! The fire pit was a nice place to hang out with our group and doggos, and we met some nice people who were visiting with their dogs as well. You also get a free drink token upon arrival, and there are events on select nights. If you don't want to hang out at the hotel, downtown Pullman is just across the street! The hotel is on a main road, so you can hear the street starting around 6:30am, but the nights were very quiet. Because this is more of motel, there isn't daily cleaning by default and no iron or coffee amenities in each room, so just be mindful of that when planning. Parking in the main area can be a bit tight in the evenings but there is a another lot on the other side that remained mostly empty. We were even able to slow charge our EV in one of the spots. All in all, great small town hospitality experience for a great price! Way more interesting than a fancy hotel!

Very eclectic little motel. Easy to check-in and out. Several nice outdoor gathering spots. Rooms…read moreare furnished with random items but there is a nice mural on the wall with the bed. My biggest complaint is the mattress which had a huge dip on the right side so no one could sleep there. Because of this, I probably wouldn't stay there again.

The property design seemed to have been a larger brand back in the day, and Choice Hotels purchased it and put a Quality Inn within its place. I was here for only one night while traveling out of Seattle en route to northern Idaho + Montana in July 2021. I think that I paid $98 with tax, which is about right due to high demand with summer travel following Covid times from the year prior. My room on the 2nd floor was fine. A bit larger than expected, with well-maintained furniture that conveys a classic design of hotel furniture from a decade or so ago in the Palouse area. I found my room to be quite cozy and quiet before heading out to my destination the next day. Breakfast was so-so, in that an employee actually makes eggs, sausage, etc. I fully expected nothing but cereal and toast, yet was surprised that there was a little bit more of an offering (yet not a whole lot more). Parking can be confusing, in that there is a dentist's office that shares the parking lot with the hotel (I worried about him getting vehicles towed). The rest of the parking lot seems to be in the front of the building, yet slightly tight. Definitely recommend getting a parking space early, if applicable. I did notice a shuttle van parked next to the hotel, so check that out if you need rides to the airport. There is a pool here, as well as fitness center on the 2nd floor (didn't appear open). There is a walking/running trail across the street, and the Washington State University campus is in reasonable walking distance from this property off of Bishop. Downtown Pullman isn't that far away (just beyond the bridge from WSU) with eateries and other small shopping venues. Overall, I'd say that this particular Quality Inn has an above average value than most of the other Quality Inn properties that represent the brand.
