Brand new slippers after 24 hrs at Marriott pullman. FILTHY CARPET.

They require you to insert a card into a machine that monitors your activity while in the room and if you opt out your lights dont work. No microwave in the room but they boast of the ONE community microwave in the lobby. I wouldn't be able to return it almost felt like a slight upgrade from a motel 6. I wore a brand new pair of slippers and the black residue proves the level of filth in this room. The sink was clogged badly with hair, and the white shower floor was discolored with more dirt. The fridge barely worked, so botulism is also a risk if you dare store food requiring proper refrigeration. Marriot courtyard skips a complimentary breakfast, but hey you can spend an additional $20 for a one hour to prepare breakfast sandwich in the cafe (line their pockets but your stay won't be enjoyable since they cut so many corners. Upper management must make their money first lol). Oh and parking is $10 daily (you're kidding right?) Don't stay here. It's more like a motel 2, not a name brand like Marriot. I'm warning you this location is not a good place to stay, and Marriot no longer has pride; instead corp Greed seems to have precedence here at the Marriot

My company put us up here and we enjoyed our stay regardless of my stay here we're the heat pump was so noise like a hamster on a squeaky wheel but i managed. The hotel is on WSU campus pretty much a hop skip jump away love how clean this hotel is ample parking and very friendly staff. Room has refrigerators a microwave would have been nice like Fairfield inn we stayed. Overall awesome place to stay

Brand new slippers! Eewwwee Marriot how often do you shampoo carpets?

One of the best places to stay in Pullman. It is a short walk to campus and Martin stadium. Super clean and great staff.

It's not as fancy as a Marriott or Hilton, but you don't need that if you are just looking for a safe, convenient, and interesting place to stay! Nothing boring about Nintendos and a chalkboard to draw on in each room, a cozy fire pit, & the World's longest oatmeal bar (vegan-friendly, and you can ask for gluten-free oats, too)! The staff are all friendly and communicative via text, email, or phone! They will text you a door code if you arrive too late to check-in in person. Definitely stay here if you have dogs because this is one of the rare hotels that do not charge extra for dogs unless damage occurs! And while most hotels limit you to two dogs, we were okay with three (and we told them ahead of time)! The fire pit was a nice place to hang out with our group and doggos, and we met some nice people who were visiting with their dogs as well. You also get a free drink token upon arrival, and there are events on select nights. If you don't want to hang out at the hotel, downtown Pullman is just across the street! The hotel is on a main road, so you can hear the street starting around 6:30am, but the nights were very quiet. Because this is more of motel, there isn't daily cleaning by default and no iron or coffee amenities in each room, so just be mindful of that when planning. Parking in the main area can be a bit tight in the evenings but there is a another lot on the other side that remained mostly empty. We were even able to slow charge our EV in one of the spots. All in all, great small town hospitality experience for a great price! Way more interesting than a fancy hotel!

The property design seemed to have been a larger brand back in the day, and Choice Hotels purchased it and put a Quality Inn within its place. I was here for only one night while traveling out of Seattle en route to northern Idaho + Montana in July 2021. I think that I paid $98 with tax, which is about right due to high demand with summer travel following Covid times from the year prior. My room on the 2nd floor was fine. A bit larger than expected, with well-maintained furniture that conveys a classic design of hotel furniture from a decade or so ago in the Palouse area. I found my room to be quite cozy and quiet before heading out to my destination the next day. Breakfast was so-so, in that an employee actually makes eggs, sausage, etc. I fully expected nothing but cereal and toast, yet was surprised that there was a little bit more of an offering (yet not a whole lot more). Parking can be confusing, in that there is a dentist's office that shares the parking lot with the hotel (I worried about him getting vehicles towed). The rest of the parking lot seems to be in the front of the building, yet slightly tight. Definitely recommend getting a parking space early, if applicable. I did notice a shuttle van parked next to the hotel, so check that out if you need rides to the airport. There is a pool here, as well as fitness center on the 2nd floor (didn't appear open). There is a walking/running trail across the street, and the Washington State University campus is in reasonable walking distance from this property off of Bishop. Downtown Pullman isn't that far away (just beyond the bridge from WSU) with eateries and other small shopping venues. Overall, I'd say that this particular Quality Inn has an above average value than most of the other Quality Inn properties that represent the brand.

Third, we could not understand the motel's office attendance language. Her English was hideous. We had to ask her to repeat helself several times. The issue was that the reservation wasn't under our name, it was made by our granddaughter. As we showed her the online receipt with my granddaughter's name on it, she kept asking questions without reviewing our printout. After finally getting it all squared out, we had to give her a credit card to hold the room. She said it was in case of damages. We understood but she later returned to the room asking for my granddaughter to fill out the form, she said it had to be filled out by the same person who booked it. We called our granddaughter (luckily she was in the area, as we were in Pullman for her graduation). The woman asked her for her credit card as well. We were outraged. We checked out early in the morning. We will never stay there again! By the way, the woman appeared to be either the owner or the owner's kin of the establishment. I honestly don't think she knew what she was doing.

And she seemed very impatient about that. I don't know how his experience went afterwards. The room was clean had a nice fridge and microwave so I have no complaints about that. The only complaints I do have is that there were no ice machine no Wi-Fi and there were no outlets near the bed. Besides that I give it a thumbs up I was only here one night so I can only judge it on that
