The Lobby that was beautiful and has a very comfortable recliner!

We stayed at this hotel while I was in town for surgery from a local surgeon. The surgeon wanted me in town for at least five days until I could get in with him for a checkup, so I stayed here. I do not regret it at all. I enjoyed every single day that I stayed here. The staff was all very nice and helpful to me. They had a huge breakfast every morning that consisted of waffles, bacon, sausage, eggs, and more. The breakfast was delicious! It was so worth it to me. The rooms are nice. The rooms are nothing too fancy but have soft beds, newer carpet, and dark colors. The housekeeping staff does a GREAT job at cleaning the rooms. The staff was kind and respectful to me as well. The hotel wasn't all that busy except for Friday night/Saturday morning and then it was ok after that. There were some noisy people but nothing was too bad or shady. I really appreciated the staff extending my check out time for me until 2 p.m. instead of 12 because I had someone coming to pick us up. That was really nice and something that they didn't have to do. Thanks, Quality Inn. There is a restaurant right next door as well called Birch and Barley that is worth trying. It is really good. Go to the local Safeway if you can get there to pick up snacks, etc. as the gas station across the street has gouging prices. Overall, I recommend this hotel for a short term or long term stay or whatever your lodging needs may be! We will be back Quality Inn!

Stopped in for a few nights with our puppy. Got a ground floor unit. Electronic keys would not work. Changed them 3 tmes. Front clerk finally came to do it and told me I had to 'Pull outwards while pushing down to open. Which worked about half the time. Very frustrating. Bathtub shower drain partially stopped up. Not draining well. The shower curtain rod had apparently been replaced but walls bot painted. Hear lamp in bathroom burned out. Mini fridge not working right. Turned it up all the way and still barely cold. Very disappointed this time around

This is a difficult place to review. Why, some things are good and most are not. First, the front counter staff members are not very friendly and may even see customers as a hindrance to their daily routines. I was surprised with this because other hotels in Pullman are welcoming and seem to recognize the importance of revenue. Second, the maintenance and housekeeping "yell" down the halls to one another. This did not happen once, twice, but three times in the two days I stayed here. The maintenance is lacking as the room condition and even the hotel exterior are lacking. This is discouraging. So, why 3 stars? The saving grace is the breakfast! It offers more breadth than competing hotels. Their selection is more than one could sample. While it is not restaurant quality, it is very good for a two star hotel. Will I return? I do not want to, but given the fact that other hotels fill up in Pullman, I may need to stay there again.

Surprisingly nice hotel and very affordable. The breakfast was probably the best hotel breakfast I've had. Fresh eggs, great fruit, more.

It's not as fancy as a Marriott or Hilton, but you don't need that if you are just looking for a safe, convenient, and interesting place to stay! Nothing boring about Nintendos and a chalkboard to draw on in each room, a cozy fire pit, & the World's longest oatmeal bar (vegan-friendly, and you can ask for gluten-free oats, too)! The staff are all friendly and communicative via text, email, or phone! They will text you a door code if you arrive too late to check-in in person. Definitely stay here if you have dogs because this is one of the rare hotels that do not charge extra for dogs unless damage occurs! And while most hotels limit you to two dogs, we were okay with three (and we told them ahead of time)! The fire pit was a nice place to hang out with our group and doggos, and we met some nice people who were visiting with their dogs as well. You also get a free drink token upon arrival, and there are events on select nights. If you don't want to hang out at the hotel, downtown Pullman is just across the street! The hotel is on a main road, so you can hear the street starting around 6:30am, but the nights were very quiet. Because this is more of motel, there isn't daily cleaning by default and no iron or coffee amenities in each room, so just be mindful of that when planning. Parking in the main area can be a bit tight in the evenings but there is a another lot on the other side that remained mostly empty. We were even able to slow charge our EV in one of the spots. All in all, great small town hospitality experience for a great price! Way more interesting than a fancy hotel!

Check in was fine, although they forgot to acknowledge my Bonvoy rewards. Once I asked if they had bottled water, they remembered my reward snacks. The beds are hard and the pillows are soft, so that was a bummer. They provide soap and shampoo in the shower but no extra amenities/vanity kits. The rate was decent. My sole complaint is that whoever designed the ventilation did a bad job as the attached picture will illustrate. The bathrooms, which are very nice, generate a great deal of moisture and steam. The moisture and steam does not get sucked out of the bathrooms adequately by the ventilation. Consequently there is a great deal of moisture and mold in the walls and, in this case, on the ceiling. Those who have health reactions to such conditions should avoid this property.

Third, we could not understand the motel's office attendance language. Her English was hideous. We had to ask her to repeat helself several times. The issue was that the reservation wasn't under our name, it was made by our granddaughter. As we showed her the online receipt with my granddaughter's name on it, she kept asking questions without reviewing our printout. After finally getting it all squared out, we had to give her a credit card to hold the room. She said it was in case of damages. We understood but she later returned to the room asking for my granddaughter to fill out the form, she said it had to be filled out by the same person who booked it. We called our granddaughter (luckily she was in the area, as we were in Pullman for her graduation). The woman asked her for her credit card as well. We were outraged. We checked out early in the morning. We will never stay there again! By the way, the woman appeared to be either the owner or the owner's kin of the establishment. I honestly don't think she knew what she was doing.
