They stand by their warranty and showed the same work ethic and courtesy as they did on the original job. It's been about a year from the original roof work, and we discovered a small leak. They came out quickly and fixed it, and it has held in the two heavy weekend rains since. read more

*2/4 update* Saro, one of the owners, met with me and provided a lot of background around their training process, their approach to fixing roofs, workload during this time with the recent rain, etc. that provided a lot of context in the matter which was very helpful and appreciated. At the end of the day, we have a felt paper underlayment which is not as durable and their recommendation was to replace that and lay new tile as changing individual pieces of tile would not maintain the same level of waterproofing. I do believe this is an honest business and my particular situation was the result of some miscommunication and misunderstanding. *Previous update* When Rescue Roofing came to inspect the leak at our property, they showed me photos of our insulation being soaking wet. We have since had 2 other contractors come by to inspect the attic and insulation, these contractors were unable to find any wet insulation. I also went into our attic myself and did not see any wet insulation. My experience with Rescue Roofing has been very negative in that what Rescue Roofing told me was drastically different than what other contractors have told me and Rescue Roofing failed to detail their findings in their quote as well as NOT include any pictures of the wet insulation and damaged underlayment (which another contractor also said is perfectly fine). Why would they not include this? It is standard practice for a contractor to provide these. *Original review* We have a leak in our roof, which became apparent from the heavy rain that has hit LA in recent weeks. I called Rescue Roofing Construction to get an inspection done. First appointment, they didn't show up. They later called and said one of their employees injured themselves. Fair enough, stuff happens. We rescheduled for later in the day, again they did not show up and there was no call letting me know. Instead, I was sitting around waiting for someone to show up all to no avail. Rescue Roofing Construction shows up on the third attempt and they said they BELIEVE the leak is due to the underlayment and their recommendation was to: 1. Replace the underlayment and tile for about 1/4 of the house (i.e. where the leak is located) at a cost of $17k. 2. Replace the underlayment and tile for the entire home at a cost of $55k. I know the roof and underlayment are fairly new so this recommendation of theirs seemed to be overkill and unnecessary. That said, I got another inspection and this other roofer said the underlayment looks FINE. They did notice an issue with the flashing on the roof and said there are a couple of tiles that need to be replaced. They quoted me $800 to get it repaired. This was a drastically different diagnosis than what Rescue Roofing Construction provided. My thoughts are that Rescue Roofing Construction did not conduct a thorough inspection, because if they did why did they not notice the issue with the flashing on the roof? Instead, they opted to propose replacing the underlayment for 1/4th of the house or the entire house, both of which are UNNECESSARY. I would NOT recommend Rescue Roofing Construction for the reasons stated above. read more

Recently Rescue Roofing completed a job for us and I would rate them on these points; * Presentation - By far the best presentation for the job. Very thorough. * Communication - Kept us appraised with the progress of the job. * Cooperation - No job is without glitches. They absorbed some of the unforeseen costs and cooperated to keep costs down. * Timeliness - Project was completed without any undue delays. * Results - We are very pleased with the results. Nick and the Rescue Roofing team are amazing! We found a few leaks on our roof and hoped to get that fix before more rain came in. They were prompt in response and came the next day for an estimate. Nick was super fast in keeping me updated on when they would be able to start. The crew was fast, efficient, and cleaned up after they were done. So far there have been no more issues with the leaks and highly recommend Rescue Roofing! read more

They 3 key things I look for a contractor is punctuality, candor, and expertise. Eddie from Rescue Roofing knocked all three out of the park. He arrived well dressed and well mannered this morning, 10 minutes early! Within 15 minutes, he was able to address our concerns in layman's terms and visuals to help us understand the situation. Although, we didn't need his services this time around, I will certainly be reaching out to Rescue Roofing in the future for my roofing needs. read more

After two weeks of vetting, Rescue Roofers landed my #1 pick amongst 5 competing companies. My main point of contact was Eric. He gave me peace of mind in making an educated decision, regardless of which company I was to choose. Rescue Roofers provided the clearest, most concise contract, and Eric diligently explained all parts of it- line by line. After speaking with him, I became familiar with the industry standards and identified pitfalls in other companies' poorly written contracts, overpricing, and quality of services. Although Rescue Roofers were not the cheapest options, their honesty and transparency are why I selected them. One day after signing the contract, they attained the required permits and began demolition. Then six days later, they finished a complete re-roof. Given the time-sensitivity of other projects within the home, it was important that they finish the project sooner rather than later. Eric was unaware of my need for a quick turnaround but delivered a clean and finished project three days earlier than expected. When it came to financing, Arthur was very kind and thorough in explaining the loan process to my mom. Her skepticism changed as he explained specific numbers, due dates, and concepts like no early payout fees. (Note, financing was with a third party company) Again, the company establishes trust by educating its clients on related procedures to make educated decisions for themselves. Also, we ran into a few hiccups in attaining the actual loan, but they patiently worked with us to adequately compensate them for their already completed work. Again, I'd like to reiterate. Rescue Roofers were not the cheapest option, but I have no regrets about choosing them for the job. read more

I had a very serious leak cause a lot of damage due to recent storms. A lot of roofers look at it, but they all were so flaky. They'd either ghost me, not bother to follow up on estimates, or just were very hard to get in contact with. Allen from Rescue Roofing showed up and gave me a similar diagnosis as other roofers (so I knew it was a proper analysis) and detailed how they'd fix it. He even went to bat with me when I had to battle my insurance company throughout the claim. We did it under permit, passed inspection, and no more leaks! Great work--I'd highly recommend them. read more

I contacted Rescue Roofing with a very tight deadline to replace the roof due to an insurance company inspection. The roof was over 25+ years old and the granules were already coming off. Eddie came out with a second roofer with his company. They were prompt, informative and gave a quote right then and there. Although the quote was the second highest, they were the most professional company that was willing to invest their time and the answering any questions or concerns. They went over the scope of work, the schedule of payments and time it will take to replace the roof and get the final inspection done. I dealt with vendors regularly and I have to say that I am 100% satisfied with the work and workmanship of this company. Additionally I also want to thank Eddie for being a professional at what he does best! Thank you! read more

Giving a shout out to our main guy Eddie M. who we had an opportunity to work with when we replaced our roof 2 yrs ago. Eddie was very pleasant to deal with during the whole process. He was thorough in explaining all our options during our first meeting and always made himself available to all our questions from beginning til the end of the project. SoCal was just hit by a a bad storm the past few days. Much to our surprise, we started having a bad leak on our ceiling in our dining room on Day 1 of 3 of the storm. There was water coming out from the chandelier. I immediately called the company because we feared that the leak would cause bigger damage. As expected, I was told that they were trying to prioritize all calls which I understood and will send someone soon. After 3 calls though I was still not given any ETA. Texted Eddie and immediately received a response from him. He then just informed me that he moved to this new roofing company as their general manager (well deserved promotion ). He could have stopped there and referred me back to my roofing company. Instead, he went over and beyond to help us by reaching out to his previous contacts to get someone come to our house to check out the roof. The guys came the next day...found a displaced roof tile and fixed it. We haven't personally worked with Rescue Roofing Company, but they will be our first go to our future projects since Eddie is now there. He is an asset to any company. Check them out! read more

Bought a 20 year old home with concrete roofing tiles. Needed the underlay checked (~20 year underlay lifespan), called rescue roofing. A next day appointment was able to be scheduled. James and Allen from rescue roofing showed up on time. They were thorough and extremely helpful. They used a drone to examine the roof and climbed up in my attic, they gave my underlay a clean bill of health and told me to have it re examined every 3-5 years barring any leaks. All of this was done free of charge. At 20 years old the underlay does need periodic examinations, and James and Allen gave me their honest opinions, that it's good for now and to periodically reevaluate. I'll be calling Rescue Roofing in 3-5 years to reevaluate and I will definitely be getting a quote from them on this repair when the inevitable time does come. read more

I recently bought my house and the rain we had couple weeks ago I noticed a leak in the ceiling of the attached garage. I knew at that moment I needed help. I found Rescue Roofing on yelp. Read great reviews so I contacted them. James (Foreman) came out to do a free inspection. Noticed that the roof was already 30 years old and parts of the house needed re-roofing. James was professional knowledgeable and their quote was reasonable as well. He walked me thru the process step by step. James visited my home a couple times to make sure project was going smoothly. He always available with any of questions. The crew working on site were very respectful and did an excellent job with all the prep work and clean up. This company was ON IT! ADAM was our main contact and he made the process so easy not only dis they have the best price and didn't feel pressured or like we were in a car dealership ( so many other companies made us feel like we had to negotiate to get a better dealor super pressured to commit right then and there it felt horrible when you are trying to make an educated decision on a huge investment) BUT Adam came in gave us his price, timeline all the info we needed even gave us our financing options if we chose to go with them. I don't usually write reviews, but I just had to hop on here to say that I could not be happier with the service at Rescue Roofing. Shopping around for an entire roof replacement can be such an overwhelming experience, especially in the beginning when you start getting estimates thrown at you. What should be in it? What shouldn't be in it? Does it cover everything your roof needs? While soliciting bids from multiple roofing contractors, it felt like most were only primarily interested in upselling me; however Adam was different. He gave me absolutely no sales pressure, did a very thorough job of inspecting the problem, and in the end quoted a really fair price. Through the entire roofing replacement process, Adam responded to all my concerns promptly and took care of them immediately. At each step of the way he came by to check in and make sure that I was satisfied with the work-in-progress before moving onto the next step. He was VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE and GREAT AT COMMUNICATING all of the contributing factors to any issues or concerns that arose. He always offered multiple solutions, was very professional, and made sure to prioritize making the entire process of the roof installation be as painless for me as possible. Adam was just a great guy. He was over-the-top generous with his time and advice. I've sent him so many pictures of my roof with so many questions, I've lost track. He knows exactly how to help people, build rapport, and earn loyal customers. His crew were always friendly, hard-working, and never complained or showed discomfort at any of my questions or requests. I could not be happier with the service. From the positive experience I had, I highly recommend Rescue Roofing. read more

Nick and Adam responded to our request for reroofing our home. They were very knowledgeable, helpful and professional. They took their time to clearly explain the process and show samples of the high quality products they would use. Their price was higher than two other bids received but they quoted for a 50 year product and the others a 30 year, so that makes sense. since the roof on the other buildings are all 30 year roofs, we went with another contractor. I wouldn't have hesitated to go with them if things had been differen. read more

They are very honest and friendly. Yesterday Eric and Sam came to check my roof to see any leakage( there is water leak from the roof) They even have drones to check ( very technological and upgraded) on the roof and show me on the screen . Of course Eric went up the roof to check to see what issues on the roof. It turns out drain clogged issues or tiny crack on the edge of roof. They told me to bring plumber first to resolve issues and then seal the crack with handyman. They are not like other roofing company to try to rip you off to say fix/repair the roof. They are very honest and trustworthy. I highly recommend this company. Also they said they have 30 yrs warranty for roofing job if they do. Thanks Eric and Sam! read more

This review is a few months overdue. Overall, great experience with Rescue Roofing Construction. The folks we worked with were James and Harry. From the beginning, the experience was great. Our relationship started with a free consultation. We needed to get our roof replaced. Harry and James came to inspect our home and did both an exterior and interior review to understand the condition. We consulted with a few other companies and no one else did this. Harry explained they wanted to understand the structure/foundation and disclose conditions found so nobody had any surprises. Through this, they discovered our HVAC system needed work as well (house was from early 70s and no maintenance has been done for a long time). I greatly appreciated this attention to detail. They also took drone footage of the roof to get a full 360 view. After a thorough consultation, my parents who are hard to impress felt comfortable and confident in their abilities. We shared timeline with Harry/James and they were able to make it happen and even worked with their manager to get a better deal for us. Shoutout to Nick as well. James was our main point of contact through the process and he was friendly, communicative, transparent, and available. There was alot of back and forth between the electrical contractors and the county and James ensured I was informed. Roof looks great. HVAC system is running well. Thanks Rescue Roofing! read more
