Rescue Roofing was amazing and really saved us. We had a big leak from the winter and Hurricane Hillary was coming. They came out on a day notice to come up with a plan. Allen, the foreman, was extremely helpful with this. Then the next morning (Saturday as Hillary approached) the excellent crew was out bright and early to quickly tarp the roof. I called around to multiple roofing companies and had multiple inspections and estimates but rescue roofing was the only company that came out and took the time to listen and give proper feedback on my leaking roof. I was also able to go up with them on the roof and let them know what I've already done to try and fix the problem and they listened intently to what I had to say. The other companies were very dismissive and just said they couldn't see any damage from the roof and they didn't know where the water was coming from, so my experience right off the bat with rescue roofing was refreshing positive. They went over all the steps and materials with my husband and I and also offered to tarp our roof for us since we had so much rain coming in, they came out the very next day and had it all finished quickly. After the rains passed and we had some sun, they came out and tore off my old roof and installed the next one within two days. My leak is completely fixed. He then asked personal questions for about an hour and the estimate appeared to depend on my job and a misconception of my salary. The estimate seemed to change with no written records about the updates and the option for financing was not mentioned at all. The person also tried to pressure me into signing a contract that day. He wanted to get my AAA information for an additional discount and kept going on his phone multiple times causing the session to extend until 1 pm when I had made it clear I was only available until 12 pm. I said it depends on how much more there quote is as if its alot more then my deductible then why wouldnt I do a claim instead. They said they wont do quotes if you tell them you may do a claim. We recently purchased a house and had some potential issues with some of our roof tiles and the area around our chimney. Alan from Rescue Roofing came out to do a free inspection, and he was very knowledgeable, helpful, friendly, and honest. He performed a thorough inspection, including checking the roof and taking aerial photos with a drone, as well as climbing into the attic to do an interior inspection. At the end of it all, he informed us that our only concern was the tiles themselves (which we can handle on our own), and that there were no signs of water damage and no major roof work was needed. They recommended no city permit, but I insisted for it. The new roof started leaking after they were done. When I entered my attached garage and saw light shining through the roof (from the roof caps), figured it was time for either a repair or new roof. James was the foreman on my project and upon inspection, a roof replacement was recommended (the roof was already 30 years old). James and the company were great regarding communication, professionalism and their quote was reasonable as well. They completed the job (including city inspection) in about 2-1/2 weeks. The delay was primarily due to the unavailability of the shingles (totally understandable because of supply issues...like everything else). Would recommend if you need a roof replacement or repair.
