Though the process of getting quotes for roofing companies is interesting, our experience with Jon was fantastic. It was raining when we requested their services (like many others during the atmospheric river downpour) and they were still very responsive. They were respectful of our time, kept us updated, and respected/care-took our property. read more

I had this roofing company come out because I had a small leak in my roof. I appreciate Arthur, who not only bought a drone so I could see exactly what was going on on my roof, but was candid enough to share that I needed to replace the roof instead of a partial fix when it would need replacing soon. I am not ready right now as they did offer financing, but when I am ready I will give them a call. read more

I would recommend rescue roofing. I had a whole roof replacement done recently. Thanks to Gio and Eddie made the process easy and smoothly. The job was done in the timely manner. read more

I am so happy to have found this company. I did my usual review with 3 companies and they stood out by far as the best. They responded quickly and were extremely professional. James, one of the foreman, was the first person I met, and he was amazing. He responded quickly to my calls and texts, even late at night on weekends!!! Our roof project started in the summer, and we didn't expect rain. Surprisingly, a hurricane came. I wasnt sure if i would find someone that would give a reasonable price and come quickly. They did. It was about 750 square feet and they finished in one day. His team was hard working and professional as well. Thank you so much James and Rescue roofing. You REALLY did rescue my home!!! read more

Very responsive and very friendly. I had a leak in the roof and they easily identified the problem and just as easily fixed it. Great experience from then answering the call immediately, quickly scheduling a free inspection and estimate, then fixing the problem. read more

My house was built in the 50's and was badly in need of a new roof. I got several bids, and after eliminating the unlicensed contractors and suspiciously low quotes, I chose Rescue Roofing Construction. They are fully licensed and insured, and I felt confident that they would be the best choice. They were prompt, honest and thorough with my bid. They used a high-quality synthetic underlayment and had several options for colors of shingles. They offered solutions within my budget for unexpected damage, and got it done incredibly fast and efficiently! My roof is beautiful and it was a pleasure working with Abe the estimator and Sam K the foreman. Sam kept me informed throughout the process, handling permits, inspections and installation. I highly recommend Sam and this company to do an excellent job!! Thank you so much!! read more

I was just checking around for pricing on new roofs. I'm selling a home inCA and buyer gave me a, what I thought, was a very high estimate for a new roof. Called rescue roofing and 4 other roofing companies and they were the only one to give me a price idea on the cost. I told them I wasn't doing the repair but just needed to know if buyers had a fair estimate. Super professional and honest. Did not mind spending some time on a not possible customer. This is what I call excellent service. Will most defined use them if I ever have to get a new roof where they service. Honesty to a T. read more

Respondes quickly, came fast before the rain and offered a solution that provided some peace of mind.

We were very happy with Rescue Roofing. We had a leak in our roof and found Rescue Roofing online. I made the appointment online and then received a call shortly after to confirm. Sam came out and quickly found the problem. He was able to get a crew out very quickly and fix the issue. With a strong El Nino predicted this year, I am very happy we had Rescue Roofing come out and fix our roof. read more

I'd love to give Rescue Roofing 10 stars if I could. This spring, our homeowners insurance was being canceled and we were told we needed to replace our roof right away to be reinstated with a different company. Having never replaced a roof, my husband and I were stressed out big time! Thankfully Rescue Roofing was the first company we called. At the time it was raining almost every day. Not a great time to replace a roof! Luckily Adam from RR was incredible to work with from start to finish! He understood our need to install the roof quickly and even called in favors to get the permits and have his crew start immediately. Adam communicated every aspect of getting the roof done and contacted us proactively with updates every step in the process. His positive attitude, courteous manner and responsiveness to all my questions really helped alleviate our stress throughout the install. Everyone we worked with was very professional and respectful on our property. Although the weather didn't always cooperate, we were very happy with our new roof and Adam's knowledge, professionalism and great communication every step of the way. Thanks Adam! read more

Rescue Roofing was amazing and really saved us. We had a big leak from the winter and Hurricane Hillary was coming. They came out on a day notice to come up with a plan. Allen, the foreman, was extremely helpful with this. Then the next morning (Saturday as Hillary approached) the excellent crew was out bright and early to quickly tarp the roof. Allen went above and beyond through all of this...he was communicating at night and on Sunday even to make sure we were happy. Pricing seemed fair, especially considering the speed up the work. read more

I called around to multiple roofing companies and had multiple inspections and estimates but rescue roofing was the only company that came out and took the time to listen and give proper feedback on my leaking roof. I was also able to go up with them on the roof and let them know what I've already done to try and fix the problem and they listened intently to what I had to say. The other companies were very dismissive and just said they couldn't see any damage from the roof and they didn't know where the water was coming from, so my experience right off the bat with rescue roofing was refreshing positive. They went over all the steps and materials with my husband and I and also offered to tarp our roof for us since we had so much rain coming in, they came out the very next day and had it all finished quickly. After the rains passed and we had some sun, they came out and tore off my old roof and installed the next one within two days. My leak is completely fixed. I have no more water running into my wall, and I am extremely satisfied with the whole experience. read more

The person sent for the inspection and estimate was over an hour late. He then asked personal questions for about an hour and the estimate appeared to depend on my job and a misconception of my salary. The estimate seemed to change with no written records about the updates and the option for financing was not mentioned at all. The person also tried to pressure me into signing a contract that day. He wanted to get my AAA information for an additional discount and kept going on his phone multiple times causing the session to extend until 1 pm when I had made it clear I was only available until 12 pm. Overall, I am disappointed with this service as it was not very respectful, professional, or transparent. read more

Came over for an estimate. Waited for more information. Someone called me to ask how that consultation went and I advised them I was still waiting for a call back. Never received one and now we're almost a month after my consultation and nothing. I do not recommend. read more

Indeed they are Rescuers! The foreman Allen was diligent, attentive, and highly professional. The workers showed up, worked hard, and produced such excellent results. After a few years of postponing the inevitable and having gone through two rain storms, my husband and I decided it was time for a new roof. After listening to a radio advertisement, we decided to get an estimate from Rescue Roofing Construction. Sam came to our house, did a thorough inspection; not only the outside, he also did a brief inspection of the attic and was able to give us knowledgeable information about the state of our roof and an estimate that very closely matched our cost and budget. After getting a couple other estimates, my husband and I decided to go with Rescue Roofing Construction and we haven't looked back. Sam and the crews were efficient, clean, and responsible. Any questions we had, were answered and when the job was completed, we felt extremely satisfied with the quality of their work. We definitely recommend this company to others who like us are in need of some peace of mind when it comes to roof issues. Thank you all at Rescue Roofing Company! read more

Rescue Roofing just came and made repairs to my roof. I couldn't be more pleased. They showed up on time and James, the project manager, took care of the job and showed me pictures of the work they did. He was good to explain everything they did. I asked them for a quote for a roof leak. They asked me if I was going to do a insurance claim. I said it depends on how much more there quote is as if its alot more then my deductible then why wouldnt I do a claim instead. They said they wont do quotes if you tell them you may do a claim. My advice is to lie to them so you can get a quote or keep shopping around. read more

We are very pleased with the quote David gave us. He is knowledgeable and explained all the options for our roof. He didn't try to upsell us a new roof and was very honest. We really appreciated his honesty and knowledge. read more

Our insurance company told us we needed a new roof in order to keep our homeowners insurance. We interviewed several roofers. Rescue Roofers offered the most comprehensive service at a competitive price. Eddie, our contact person, was amazingly knowledgeable, helpful, and a pleasure to work with. When we learned that our 25-year-old roof was in need of a TOTAL replacement due to weather-related damage, Eddie offered us several options with varying prices. We chose Rescue Roofing because they gave us a detailed estimate after thoroughly inspecting the roof, they provided various options at different prices, and they could start the work right away. Their work was excellent and they were GREAT about cleaning up after themselves. Eddie, the lead person (contractor) was a pleasure to work with. They finished the work on time and handled all of the paperwork and inspections required by our insurance company. FIVE STARS! I'd give them more stars if it were possible. read more

My wife and I had concerns about the condition of our roof after the recent downpours over the past few months. Don from Rescue Roofing was extremely helpful and came all the way down to Anaheim to check on our shingles. He was knowledgeable and communicative (I had a million questions for him and he patiently answered every single one!). Although we did not go through with a full roof replacement, their pricing was very competitive and their customer service was top notch. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone with roofing needs! read more

Great company. I had multiple roofing companies inspect my leaking roof. Every company told me I had to replace my roof for a minor leak. Rescue roofing was the only one that told me my roof isn't that bad yet and can last another 7 years. They came by, patched my roof and I was good to go. read more

We recently purchased a house and had some potential issues with some of our roof tiles and the area around our chimney. Alan from Rescue Roofing came out to do a free inspection, and he was very knowledgeable, helpful, friendly, and honest. He performed a thorough inspection, including checking the roof and taking aerial photos with a drone, as well as climbing into the attic to do an interior inspection. At the end of it all, he informed us that our only concern was the tiles themselves (which we can handle on our own), and that there were no signs of water damage and no major roof work was needed. We are very grateful to Alan and Rescue Roofers for their honesty and integrity, and the valuable information they were able to provide to us about our home. Plus, Alan was just generally courteous and nice to work with. When the day comes that we actually do need roofing work, we will 100% be going back to to Rescue Roofing. read more

Got a roof repair done by rescue roofing and had a great experience and a job well done. When I entered my attached garage and saw light shining through the roof (from the roof caps), figured it was time for either a repair or new roof. James was the foreman on my project and upon inspection, a roof replacement was recommended (the roof was already 30 years old). James and the company were great regarding communication, professionalism and their quote was reasonable as well. They completed the job (including city inspection) in about 2-1/2 weeks. The delay was primarily due to the unavailability of the shingles (totally understandable because of supply issues...like everything else). Would recommend if you need a roof replacement or repair. However, make sure its Rescue Roofer based in the Glendale/Pasadena area as there are a couple other Rescue Roofers on Yelp which are not related. read more

My roof repair was more of preventive maintenance... still extremely important to get done properly. Rescue roofer did the job properly with great customer service. I have had negative experiences before with companies on yelp. Rescue roofers really took care of my job well... hard working and fair and attentive to customer needs. I recommend them. I have peace of mind. read more

We thought we had a roof leak so we found these guys online. They came on time and inspected the roof with a drone and went into the attic. They were very nice, professional, and very thorough. I would highly recommend them for any roofing needs. read more

The only time I add reviews on yelp is when my experience is either very good or very bad. In this case it was amazing. I'm sure many feel the same way I do about "must do" home repairs, dreadful every time. You know how you feel your back is against the wall and you really don't have a choice but to bite the bullet knowing time is not on your side and your budget will never be realistic. Well my experience with Adam and the entire staff at Rescue made the dreadful expectations a rather a pleasant and grateful experience. Adam was incredibly helpful and professional. He visited my home almost every day during the project and always answered my questions with such positive energy. Every project has its challenges but he was able to walk me through them and find the proper solution without making me dig deeper into my empty pockets. I truly couldn't be happier with the results and the amazing service while working with them. Thank you! read more
