While the major portion of our bathroom remodel is officially complete, we did decide to make some…read moresmall changes. We swapped out our existing chrome faucets for gold hardware, and the difference is night and day. The previous faucets had a very sleek, almost Star Trek-ish look (a fun nod to my hubby, who is a serious sci‑fi fan), but they no longer fit the direction the bathroom was taking. Once the rest of the space came together, it was clear the chrome felt out of place. The new gold faucets align beautifully with the overall design and add warmth and elegance to the room. They tie everything together in a way the chrome simply couldn't. What felt like a small change ended up making a big visual impact, elevating the finished space and giving it a more cohesive, intentional look. If you're on the fence about switching hardware finishes, this is proof that even after the "big" remodel work is done, thoughtful finishing touches can truly transform the final result. The faucets were priced competitively. Many thanks to folks at Tri-Supply!

What took so long was figuring out and getting the correct part from Whirlpool/KitchenAid. Try-Supply has been nothing but apologetic about our experience. So much so and they've tried so hard that they would again be our first for buying new appliances. I don't know what went wrong before, but their recovery has been great. Thank you for caring and getting it done!

PROS: (1) Some of…read morethe deals are great. (2) 3 month warranty (3) Warranty actually works, at least for me. I've called, they came quickly. (4) They also repair for hire even if you didn't buy from them. CONS: (1) Prices not marked anywhere. You have to ask about the price for each and every unit on the floor. (2) Some units are overpriced. It's up to you to figure out whether the price is right. Help figuring: Figure a new appliance will last about 12 years. If it costs $500 new, that's $42 per year of life. So an appliance that's 7 years old should be worth 5 x $42 = $210. But the 7-year-old fridges I saw at 3PA that would be $500 new are priced around $300, and are all banged up, and come with only a 3mo. warranty vs. 1Y new. So, those fridges weren't a good deal, at least when I went, but the price on the range I bought was fantastic. YMMV.

Repair man said it was because it was tucked too close to the wall and melted t something/caused a short 2 weeks ago the dryer went out again, repair man said it was due to not cleaning lint trap (we clean lint trap all the time) he repaired,I PAID additional repair fee, it worked for 2 cycles, same problem. (Cost of repairs alone is already more than I paid for the dryer) I called and asked that they replace the dryer because clearly there was something else going on and I have already paid the cost of a replacement dryer. Manager said he would talk to the boss and they agreed to replace. After the delivery and replacement the delivery guy returns and says we owe $75 for the replacement. This wasn't told to us in advance and I had already paid more than enough to have a working dryer. Will not be using again. They had a repeat customer that would have continued using them. Now they don't have a customer at all.

We live in the Houston area and wanted a Murphy Bed for our guest room and we shopped a number of…read moreretail stores, looked at hundreds of beds on the internet, and never found one we liked. Then I stumbled on Wizards for Hire. In one of his website's archive pictures, he had the ONLY bed we liked. I reached out through the contact form on the website and heard back from Stephen Cruser, who prefers being called simply "Cruser." Cruser answered all of my questions so we decided to buy simply from the picture without seeing the product in person He sent me an invoice to pay half up front, and the other half after the bed was delivered and installed. He sent me an invoice, and I paid the upfront amount by credit card (I figured I was safe with credit card protection, so I felt I had little to lose). From time of order, until installation, the timing was about 7 weeks. When it was all said and done, Cruser answered all of my questions and he built us a custom KING SIZE Murphy Bed with bookcases on each side, with side drawers that serve as nightstands and in power and USB plugs on each side bookcase. He also installed lights that shine down on the pillow area when you are in bed, that turn on/off and dim with a remote control (you can read while in bed and turn the lights on and off without having to get up). He also let us pick out our cabinet hardware and paint color. An added bonus, the compression shocks that help offset the weight of the bed when opening and closing, and the Murphy Bed hardware he uses has a LIFETIME GUARANTEE! Cruser showed up promptly this morning to install our bed. He arrived with bookcases that were assembled, and all other wood panels and other trim arrived in separate pieces and painted to the color of our choice (we picked out in advance). He began putting the bed together and installing the bed and spent more than 4 HOURS assembling and installing the bed. When it was all said and done and we saw it fully installed, my wife, who was reluctant to buy a Murphy Bed from the onset, summed it up in one word: "AMAZING!" He told me, he has built MORE THAN 1000 MURPHY BEDS and has delivered and installed them as far as MAINE! Cruser did a wonderful job, our bed is beautiful! We give Cruser a resounding 5 STAR RATING and we could not be happier with our choice! We are now raving fans and would wholeheartedly recommend you contact Cruser if you want a MURPHY Bed. TO BOOT...His price was considerably less than store bought beds and other prices I got from local folks who build Murphy Beds locally in the Houston area. Their prices were not only higher locally and typically don't even paint it! On top of that, our bed is constructed way better than anything we have seen anywhere else. CRUSER - Great job my friend for a job well done! BRAVO! KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK and God Bless!
